Russian Tu-22M3 long-range bombers and Tu-95MS strategic missile carriers will take part in joint Russian-Tajik drills on March 27-30, the Russian defence ministry said on Tuesday.
The Russian warplanes will perform long-hour flights to drop bombs and make simulated missile launchers at unfamiliar testing grounds in Kharbmaidon, Momirak and Moskovsky in Tajikistan, the ministry said.
Apart from that, according to the ministry, special parachute systems Arbalet will be used to perform airdrop drop missions from Il-76 planes.
