The Persecution Of The End Times Has Begun: All Over The World Christians Are Being Killed And Tortured

Has the persecution of the end times begun? All over the globe, Christians are being beaten, intimidated, tortured and even killed. In India, Christianity is being called "an AIDS virus".  In Afghanistan, political leaders openly call for the public execution of Christians on the floor of their parliament.  In Indonesia, there is one city where Muslims spread dead rats and cow dung all over the area where Christians gather to worship, so the Christians have to clean it all up every week before they are able to gather for service.

Things are getting very intense out there.

Now there are increasing reports from around the world of Christians that are being sentenced to death for believing in Jesus.

In Iran, Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani has been convicted of "thought crimes" and he is now scheduled to be hung for the crime of "apostasy".  Please pray for him and his family.

In Pakistan, a 37-year-old mother of two named Asia Bibi has been was convicted of committing "blasphemy" and has been sentenced to death. According to Asia News, Bibi was the one that was actually abused and attacked.....

Some of the women workers had reportedly been pressuring Bibi to renounce her Christian faith and accept Islam. During one discussion, Bibi responded by speaking of how Jesus had died on the cross for the sins of humanity and asking the Muslim women what Muhammad had done for them.

The Muslim women took offence and began beating Bibi. Afterwards she was locked in a room. According to Release International, a mob reportedly formed and “violently abused” her and her children.
Unfortunately, it was not the violent Muslims that were charged.  Instead, Bibi had to face trial and now her children are going to be deprived of a mother.

In fact, a radical Islamic cleric in northwest Pakistan has offered a reward of $6,000 to the person who finally does put Asia Bibi to death.

How sick is that?

And we are supposed to believe that Islam is a "religion of peace"?

The truth is that persecution is coming to North America too.  You can see the signs popping up everywhere now.  For example, an atheist billboard that calls Christmas "a myth" has been posted in a prominent location near the Lincoln Tunnel - a 1.5-mile-long tunnel that connects New Jersey to New York.

Back on June 18th, two Christians decided that they would peacefully pass out copies of the gospel of John on a public sidewalk outside a public Arab festival in Dearborn, Michigan and within 3 minutes 8 policemen surrounded them and placed them under arrest.  Remember, these Christians were on a public sidewalk and were only very quietly handing out literature.

The entire world is turning against the Christian faith.  If you are going to be a Christian in the future, it may just end up costing you everything.  Now is the time to decide which side you are going to stand on.

This is from a Blog of 2009...is it better now?

Ethiopian Muslims Burn Down Five Churches, More Attacks Feared

Washington -- International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that in the past two days, thousands of Muslims have razed five churches and the homes of two evangelists in Asendabo, Ethiopia. Christian leaders are asking for protection after the Muslim attackers continued burning churches even after the federal police were sent to the town.

The Muslims started the attacks yesterday after falsely accusing the Christians of desecrating the Qur'an. More than ten thousand Muslims shouted "Allah Akbar" (Allah is great) as they burned down five evangelical churches. The government sent the federal police force to protect the Christians after the Muslims burned down the first three churches. The Muslims overwhelmed the police force and burned down two more churches today.

Speaking with ICC, Christian leaders expressed their fear that Muslims will start killing the Christians unless the government sends more security forces to contain the Muslim attackers.
At the time of the writing of this report, none of the Muslim attackers have been arrested. The government officials detained some Christians and took them to the nearby Jimma town stating that they need to do that for their own security.

Ethiopia is a Christian majority country and was one of the first nations to accept Christianity. However, in the areas of the country where Muslims are the majority, Christians face attacks.
"We urge Ethiopian government forces to send reinforcement to protect the Christians in the city of Asendabo from the Muslim attacks. We ask Christians around the world to prevent any further attacks by calling the Ethiopian officials in their countries and asking them to protect the Christians and their property," said ICC's Regional Manager for Africa, Jonathan Racho.

Ahmadinejad Stresses Iran, China's Role in Establishing New World Order

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a meeting with China's new ambassador to Tehran underlined the important role played by Tehran and Beijing in the establishment of a just and fair order in the world.

"Iran and China are two great countries which cradle human civilization and they can have a role in the establishment of a just and humane new world order," Ahmadinejad said here in Tehran on Tuesday.

"The order and the system dominating the world at present is worn-out and rotten and its unfair nature has been unveiled to all," he said, adding, "Under the present conditions, the world needs a humane and fair new order and Iran and China can have fruitful cooperation in the interest of humanity to define and establish this order."

Ahmadinejad also called for expansive cooperation with China in economic, cultural and political fields, which, he said, can lead to the faster, more complete and better establishment of a new world order.

The Iranian president had also earlier lashed out at the present world order for impeding progress and advancement of independent nations.

"The present world order is against the interests of the nations, and hinders progress of independent nations," Ahmadinejad said in a meeting with the visiting President of the National Assembly of Ecuador, Fernando Cordero, here in Tehran.

Ahmadinejad further underlined that the discriminatory order dominating the world at present should be replaced with a just and humanitarian one.
