Russia Confirms Tactical Missile Deployment on NATO Borders

MOSCOW, December 16 (RIA Novosti) – Russia confirmed Monday that it has deployed tactical ballistic missiles near its borders with NATO but said the move did not violate international agreements.

Bild newspaper in Germany reported over the weekend that Russia had “quietly” moved 10 Iskander-M (SS-26 Stone) missile systems into its Baltic exclave of Kaliningrad and along its border with the Baltic States and NATO members Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The deployment marks the realization of threats from Moscow to respond with a firm gesture to NATO plans to place elements of the so-called European missile shield close to Russian borders.

“The deployment of Iskander missile battalions on the territory of the Western Military District does not violate any respective international agreements,” ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said.

Konashenkov declined to provide details on the number of deployed missiles or their specific locations.

The Iskander-M is a mobile theater missile system equipped with two solid-propellant single-stage 9M723K1 guided missiles with "quasi-ballistic" capability.




With its reported effective range of 400 kilometers (250 miles), the Iskander does not fall into the category of intermediate-range nuclear missiles banned by the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty between Russia and the United States.

The missiles deployed in Kaliningrad could hit NATO targets located in Poland, Lithuania and even in Germany, however.

We warned last week of the rising nationalism and concerns about Abe's intentions and this evening the escalating tensions in the East China Sea are clear once again. In an effort to "normalize" an officially 'pacifist' policy, a hawkish Abe announced that Japan has tonight increased its military budget notably to buy drones, amphibious vehicles, submarines, and vertical take-off aircraft to boost defenses around the remote Senkaku islands. It seems the farce is getting more surreal as Japan also considers obtaining the means to counter ballistic missiles the point of launch. Why go to war and risk it all by printing and deficit spending your country into oblivion for a 'purpose' when you can do it without spilling a drop of blood?

Japan said Tuesday it intends to boost military spending by five percent over the next five years, with a hardware splurge intended to beef up defence of far-flung territories amid a corrosive row with China.

The cabinet of hawkish Prime Minister Shinzo Abe agreed 24.7 trillion yen ($240 billion) would be spent between 2014 and 2019, including on drones, submarines, fighter jets and amphibious vehicles, in a strategic shift towards the south and west.

The shopping list is part of efforts by Abe to normalise the military in Japan, which has been officially pacifist since defeat in World War II. Its well-equipped and highly professional services are limited to a narrowly defined self-defensive role.

New defence guidelines approved by the cabinet on Tuesday said Tokyo will introduce a "dynamic joint defence force," intended to help air, land and sea forces work together more effectively in the face of danger.

"China ... is taking dangerous action that can draw unexpected contingencies," said the guidelines.

The government will also consider obtaining the means to counter ballistic missiles at the point of launch, according to new security plans which set a total five-year budget of 24.67 trillion yen ($239 billion), up about 1 trillion yen on the previous five-year plan.

Japan will set up a marines-style force to deal with any island incursions, equipping it with 17 tiltrotor aircraft and 52 amphibious vehicles, as well as three surveillance drones, according to documents given to reporters in advance.

Of course, the populism garnered by such a move is worrisome as these two powers engage in a bigger and bigger pissing match; but it seems, as we warned here, that no matter the cost, there may be war. Bear in mind this move comes on top of passing the Secrecy bill last week.
The right to know has now been officially superseded by the right of the government to make sure you don’t know what they don’t want you to know. It might all seems like a bad joke, except for the Orwellian nature of the bill and a key Cabinet member expressing his admiration for the Nazis, "just as Germany needed a strong man like Hitler to revive defeated Germany, Japan needs people like Abe to dynamically induce change."

We are sure the world (and the BoJ) will be more than happy to fund this latest Keynesian black hole.

Ash cloud from Mount Etna's latest eruption forces closures Catania airport in Sicily

An ash cloud from Mount Etna's latest spectacular eruption has forced the closure of Catania's airport in eastern Sicily.

The airport said it would remain closed at least until Monday evening. Several flight departures and arrivals were canceled, and at least two flights were diverted to Palermo's airport in the western part of the Mediterranean island.

Etna is Europe's most active volcano. Its latest series of eruptions has lasted for weeks now, occasionally causing a change in flight routes. The eruption hasn't forced evacuation of the villages on the mountain's slopes. Its last major eruption occurred in 1992.

Global warming' iced by 'coldest days ever

It’s been a bad week for global warming.

Cairo saw its first snow in 100 years. Oregon, like several other states, reached its coldest temperature in 40 years. Chicago saw its coldest days ever, and – as if to add finality to the trend – Antarctica reached the coldest temperature ever recorded anywhere on earth.

But no matter how cold it gets, global-warming adherents insist it’s all part and parcel of what they believe to be abnormal and soon-to-be-catastrophic warming of the planet’s surface due to man’s reckless introduction of “greenhouse gases” into the atmosphere.

Ironically, just a few years ago, believers in anthropogenic (man-caused) global warming – since renamed “climate change” – claimed cold weather and snow would soon be just a memory.

“Snowfalls are now just a thing of the past,” announced the headline in Britain’s newspaper the Independent at the turn of the millennium. The report quoted David Viner, senior research scientist at the Climatic Research Unit of the University of East Anglia, long considered an authoritative resource for global warming research, as saying snow would soon be “a very rare and exciting event” in Britain.

“Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.

However, the authoritative reputation of East Anglia was seriously downgraded in 2009 when leaked emails proved researchers there were engaged in a major scheme to manipulate and suppress evidence against global warming, misconduct London’s Telegraph newspaper called “the worst scientific scandal of our generation.”

Fast-forward to last year when much the opposite prediction was being trumpeted by the Mail Online newspaper, which headlined, “Britain faces coldest winter for 100 years as Big Freeze follows floods with wind so strong it blows water upwards.”

That report, which included many references to “torrential rain,” “freezing winter” and “blizzards,” quoted local officials saying they wanted to avoid “a repeat of two years ago, when a lack of gritters and snowploughs caused roads and transport networks to grind to a halt.”

The rhetoric and predictions of global warming acolytes have been every bit as confusing in the United States, with former vice president and carbon-credit entrepreneur Al Gore telling an audience in a 2009 speech that “the entire north polar ice cap during some of the summer months could be completely ice-free within the next five to seven years.” And of course his 2006 documentary “An Inconvenient Truth” famously predicted increasing temperatures would cause earth’s oceans to rise by 20 feet, a claim many scientists say is utterly without rational basis.

How such predictions square with current weather reality – multiple reports of the coldest weather in a generation – is unclear.

Fact: The earth has not warmed for the last 15 years. This now-widely-known truth was confirmed in September in a leaked report, the result of six years’ work by the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC, touted as the world authority on climate change and its supposed causes.

Indeed, researchers were so flummoxed at the utter lack of evidence supporting anthropogenic global warming that, as the Mail Online reported, the “world’s top climate scientists were told to ‘cover up’ the fact that the earth’s temperature hasn’t risen for the last 15 years.”

In light of all this, why are so many still so alarmed over global warming? And more consequentially, why is the Obama administration still frantically promoting the idea that global warming is an imminent threat?

Last week, for example, the Obama administration was lobbying for the notion that the global warming is endangering the earth, even as a massive snowstorm was moving across the nation.

At Frontpage Mag, columnist Daniel Greenfield headlined his report, “Obama’s global warming task force met as snowstorm shut down federal government.”

 

“Ah, but it’s not global warming anymore,” Greenfield wrote. “After a few too many snowstorms, the Warmists learned their lesson. Now it’s climate change. And it’s responsible for all the weather. If weather happens … then climate change caused it.”

In a recent CNN panel debate, global warming critic Marc Morano of Climate Depot responded to a question suggesting that current record cold temperatures are a harbinger of “climate change.”

“So, record cold is now evidence of man-made global warming?” he said. “What evidence would disprove climate change? It seems like no matter the weather, everything that happens, proves it.”

Michael Brune, executive director of the Sierra Club, responded that “top climate scientists in the world, thousands … are as confident that climate change is as real as they are that cigarettes make people sick.” Brune added, dismissively, that global warming is “settled science.”

Really?, asks well-known scientist Art Robinson, who spearheaded The Petition Project which to date has gathered the signatures of 31,487 scientists who agree that “There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plan and animal environments of the Earth.”

 

Among those scientists signing the petition are 9,029 who hold Ph.D. degrees in their field of study.

“We urge the United States government to reject the global warming agreement that was written in Kyoto, Japan in December 1997, and any other similar proposals,” the petition continues. “The proposed limits on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind.”

Robinson, who has a Ph.D. in chemistry from Cal Tech where he served on the faculty, co-founded the Linus Pauling Institute with Nobel-recipient Linus Pauling, where he was president and research professor, later founding the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine.

He told WND, very simply, that weather does change over time and that the global system goes through cycles, some slightly warmer and some slightly cooler than others.

Right now it’s cool. On Friday, while it was snowing in Cairo for the first time in a century, Jerusalem received up to 20 inches!

Robinson also told WND it’s interesting to be living in a period when carbon dioxide is rising, yet temperatures are flat or going down.

“We just have to get used to fluctuations,” he said. “Earth does go through cycles.”

What, then, is actually behind the widespread obsession – with so little evidence – with global warming, and the resulting desire to implement massive new governmental policies? The answer, says Robinson, is not complicated: “Power and money.”

Power obtained through laws and rules created in response to supposed global warming, measures that limit in major ways what people can do with their own lives and property. Money because when carbon credits are bought and sold, enormous amounts of money changes hands. And someone has to pay the massive costs of implementing all those ambitious “green” ideas.

That huge amounts of money are involved isn’t in dispute. Just weeks ago, the United Nations and World Bank lobbied for spending $600 billion to $800 billion a year on “sustainable energy” to replace oil and gas.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and World Bank President Jim Yong Kim declared the massive infusion of cash necessary in the face of a “rising global thermostat” and implied the money would have to come from the world’s developed economies.

 

WND columnist Lord Christopher Monckton, who advised the late British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher on issues including global warming, a year ago was in Qatar at a conference on climate change and claimed that the strategies proposed to “solve” global warming constitute the real “menace” to democracy.

“It was at once clear that the sole purpose of the climate scam, as the U.N. saw it, was to serve as a Trojan horse allowing it to achieve its long-held ambition of destroying national sovereignty and transferring all real political power to itself,” he said.

“If America stands firm for just a few more years, until it becomes obvious to all that the mad scientists were more concerned with grants than with truth, we may yet prevent the world government that Mr. Ban [Ki-moon] longs for,” he said.

In other words, global warming – “climate change” – is really all about redistribution of wealth and power, according to critics like Monckton, Robinson and others.

The U.S. has already given tens of millions of dollars to the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, but global warming took a severe blow a few years ago when the East Anglia scandal, dubbed “Climategate,” developed.

Examination of hacked emails from Phil Jones, head of the Norwich, England-based Climatic Research Unit, and others there revealed schemes to employ various “tricks” with reporting warming trends so as to squelch skeptics and defame journals that published them.

Among the original emails hacked from East Anglia and posted online was one that identified the researchers’ “problem”: “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t. The CERES data published in the August (Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society) 09 supplement on 2008 shows there should be even more warming: but the data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate.” The researchers attempted to cover this up through various means.

Other scandals to plague global warming advocates include:
FOIGate: In which British officials are investigating whether East Anglia scientists refused to follow that nation’s freedom-of-information law about their work.
ChinaGate: In which dozens of weather-monitoring stations in rural China apparently have disappeared, leading to higher temperature averages, since city levels frequently are warmer.
HimalayaGate: In which an Indian climate official admitted in January that he falsely claimed Himalayan glaciers would melt away by 2035 to prod governments into action.
Many others, including PachauriGates I and II, SternGates I and II, AmazonGate (in which a claim that global warming would wipe out rain forests was exposed as a fraud), PeerReviewGate, RussianGate I and II and nearly a dozen others.

One organization that focuses on debunking fraudulent or unsupported global warming claims, The Climate Depot, notes that in 1974, the National Center for Atmospheric Research in the U.S. was very alarmed over “dramatic climate anomalies.” But back then, it blamed the seemingly ominous “climate change” on growing Arctic ice and called global cooling the “new norm.”

Camden, New Jersey: One Of Hundreds Of U.S. Cities That Are Turning Into Rotting, Decaying Hellholes

All over America, formerly prosperous communities are being transformed into crime-infested wastelands of poverty and despair.  Of course the most famous example of this is Detroit.  At one time, Detroit was the greatest manufacturing city that the world had ever seen and it had the highest per capita income in the entire country.  But now it has become a rotting, decaying hellhole that the rest of the planet laughs at.  And of course Detroit is far from alone.  There are hundreds of other U.S. cities that are suffering a similar fate.  In this article, the focus is going to be on Camden, New Jersey, but the truth is that there are lots of other "Detroits" and "Camdens" all over the nation.  Jobs and businesses are leaving our cities at a staggering rate, and what is being left behind is poverty, crime and extreme desperation.

Earlier this month, Rolling Stone published an article that took a hard look at the nightmare conditions that exist in Camden.  A city that once made Campbell's soup and some of this nation's most famous warships is now a national disgrace.  The following are six of the best quotes out of that article...

-"In September, its last supermarket closed, and the city has been declared a "food desert" by the USDA. The place is literally dying, its population having plummeted from above 120,000 in the Fifties to less than 80,000 today."

-"Their home is a city with thousands of abandoned houses but no money to demolish them, leaving whole blocks full of Ninth Ward-style wreckage to gather waste and rats."

-"With legal business mostly gone, illegal business took hold. Those hundreds of industries have been replaced by about 175 open-air drug markets, through which some quarter of a billion dollars in dope moves every year."

-"On January 18th, 2011, the city laid off 168 of its 368 police officers, kicking off a dramatic, years-long, cops-versus-locals, house-to-house battle over a few square miles of North American territory that should have been national news, but has not been, likely because it took place in an isolated black and Hispanic ghost town."

-"After the 2011 layoffs, police went into almost total retreat. Drug dealers cheerfully gave interviews to local reporters while slinging in broad daylight."

-"The carnage left Camden's crime rate on par with places like Haiti after its 2010 earthquake, and with other infamous Third World hot spots, as police officials later noticed to their dismay when they studied U.N. statistics."

You can read the rest of the article right here.  But as bad as things have become in Camden, this should not be a surprise to most of you.  The reality is that this kind of rot and decay is happening in communities all over the United States.

Over in Detroit, crime has gotten so bad that even the police are telling people to "enter Detroit at your own risk".  When you call the police in Detroit it takes them an average of 58 minutes to respond, and more than 90 percent of the crimes committed in the city end up as unsolved mysteries.

At this point, 60 percent of all children in Detroit are living in poverty, and there are approximately 78,000 abandoned homes in the city.

So why is all of this happening?

Well, there are lots of factors involved of course, but the biggest one is the lack of good jobs in these cities.

At one time, Detroit had the largest and most prosperous middle class in the entire nation.  But now those days are long gone.

And what is happening to Detroit is precisely what is happening to America as a whole.  Our good jobs are disappearing and the middle class is being systematically destroyed.

In order to have a middle class, you have got to have middle class jobs.

There is no way around that.

And right now, hordes of young people are graduating from college and discovering that the middle class jobs that they were promised simply are not there.

CNN recently profiled a 37-year-old college graduate named Bobby Bingham.  Because he cannot find a good job, he is forced to work four low paying jobs...

Bobby Bingham works four jobs in Kansas City, Missouri, yet he has very little to show for it.

Bingham is 37 years old and has a college degree, but like many Americans, is stuck working many hours in low wage, part-time jobs.

Each week, he works a total of about 60 hours in his jobs as a massage therapist, a waiter at a Mexican restaurant, a delivery man for sandwich chain Jimmy John's and a receptionist at his massage school.

Bingham makes approximately $400 a week, which works out to about $20,000 a year.  He has come to the conclusion that he may never be able to make enough to support a family...

"I've come to the point in my life where I wonder if I can ever support a family," he said. "I have no idea how that's ever going to logically happen."

That deeply saddened my heart when I read that.  Here is a young man that wants to get married, have a family and do all the right things, but the economy is so bad that he fears that this may never be possible for him.

As I have written about previously, the economic downturn that we are experiencing right now has hit men particularly hard.  The number of men in their prime working years that do not make enough money to support a family is rising with each passing year, and this is causing massive problems in this country.

And when our politicians proclaim that all we need is "more education", I feel like vomiting.  The U.S. population as a whole has more "education" today than it ever has had before.

If you think that "more education" is the answer, then check out the following excerpt from a recent interview with a law school graduate that is making about $40,000 a year and that has about $200,000 in law school debt...

Yes, it's extremely hard to get by. I can't afford rent or a car and can barely afford food. Anything extra like enjoying myself with friends, going to a movie, traveling, etc. — that's all out the window for the foreseeable future and possibly for the rest of my life thanks to law school. I live with my parents. I don't have a car. I don't go out to socialize. I don't date. I don't buy new clothes. I don't buy electronics. I don't buy much of anything. I spend my free time working other jobs to put more money toward my debt. I do contract work for other lawyers, but the pay is very low and payment is sporadic.

Why did this happen to him?  Well, the truth is that there are way, way too many law school graduates.  There are not nearly enough good jobs for all of them.  In fact, this particular law school graduate deeply regrets ever going to law school and considers it "an extraordinary waste of money"...

I consider law school a waste of my life and an extraordinary waste of money. I feel like I was duped and tricked. At the end of the day, it's my own fault for being a sucker and I learned an extremely hard lesson. Because I went to law school, I don't see myself having a family, earning a comfortable wage, or having an enjoyable lifestyle.

But at least he has a job.  There are millions of college graduates that do not.  And there are hundreds of thousands of other college graduates that are currently working as waiters and waitresses.  Large numbers are also working temp jobs or standing behind registers in retail stores.

Over the past decade, tens of thousands of businesses and millions of good jobs have left this country.  The quality of the jobs that remaincontinues to decline at a frightening pace, and most of the new jobs that are being "created" these days are part-time jobs.

But you won't hear the mainstream media or our most prominent politicians talk about these things much.  You won't hear them talk about the fact that median household income in the United States has fallenfor five years in a row or about the fact that the rate of homeownership in the United States has fallen for eight years in a row.

The middle class is dying.

Wake up America.

Our economic infrastructure is being absolutely gutted and more than 46 million Americans are now living in poverty.

And if you are waiting for the jokers in Washington D.C. to fix things, you are going to be waiting for a very, very long time.

Over the past several years, both the Democrats and the Republicans have proven again and again that they are basically completely and totally useless.  In fact, just about everything that they try to do actually makes our problems even worse.

In just a few days, Barack Obama leaves for a 17 day holiday vacation in Hawaii.  Many have criticized him and the members of Congress for taking so much time off, but perhaps that is the best thing that they can do at this point.  As long as they are away from Washington D.C., at least they won't be making things even worse for all the rest of us.

A Rockefeller Christmas - Redux

Every year this blog site picks up new readers, many of whom do not realize that I do not celebrate Christmas, Easter, or other pagan celebrations brought into the church through the Roman Catholic practice known as syncretism.Syncretism is the practice of reconciling, or bringing into union, two very different and often opposing principles, practices, or parties. The practice of syncretism is antithetical to the teachings of Christ and His apostles. Paul summed up the matter well in his epistle to the assembly of believers in the Roman city of Corinth.

II Corinthians 6:14-18
Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said, "I will dwell in them and walk among them; And I will be their God, and they shall be My people. Therefore, come out from their midst and be separate," says the Lord. "And do not touch what is unclean; And I will welcome you. I can say with all assurance that Christians who set-up the Christmas tree in their home or church, who decorate for the Christmas holidays, who exchange gifts and greet one another with the words "Merry Christmas," are touching that which is unclean. They are failing to separate themselves from the world and its idolatry. It should be evidence enough of the uncleanness of this holiday that it has become the greatest orgy of commercial excess that occurs annually.The spirit of covetousness is exalted to extreme heights at this time of year. People trample one another at Walmart and in the malls, as they seek to grab the latest "door buster" deal. Christians by the droves are violating Yahshua's prohibition against trying to serve both God and mammon.

If you think that by my staying at an RV park that I am insulated from all of the Christmas lights and decorations, you would be very mistaken. The campers here try to outdo one another with their Christmas displays. There are many winter guests here, and they take great pride in decorating their campsites. The campground is lit up at night with flashing and whirling lights of all colors. There are outdoor Christmas trees in front of many of the campers' sites (In keeping with the island theme, one of the camp hosts has a Christmas tree made from a cast net used for fishing, and a hula hoop). There are lighted Christmas characters, and those inflatable decorations that use a blower to maintain their shape. One large display here looks like an inflatable travel trailer that has a reindeer sticking its head out of one window, and periodically the door of the trailer opens and out pops Santa. One camper even has a lighted Christmas pig decorated in red and green as part of their holiday decorations. Evidently this particular camper has no recognition that the Son of God was born of Jewish kin who view the pig as an unclean animal. They are to be excused, however, for even with Christians it is traditional to serve ham on Christmas, the supposed birthday celebration of the Savior.

I have decided to re-post a couple of writings on the pagan origins of Christmas, recognizing that many readers are just coming to a discovery of this matter. This is not a trivial matter. It is in separating oneself from all that is idolatrous in this world that a disciple of Christ is truly tested. It is in such experiences that the people of God prove whether they will stand in holiness with Yahweh, or acquiesce to the pressure of family, friends, and society. One can at times be helped to discern the origin and the hidden esoteric meaning of a symbol by looking at how those who are known workers of darkness employ them. The image I want to examine in this post is that of the Christmas tree. Hopefully, some readers will perceive its Luciferian connection through what is presented here, and will thereby escape from the deception foisted upon the masses.

The Rockefeller family is well known to be filled with Illuminists who are striving to bring forth a New World Order. In the utopia they envision, the entire world is under one government.

A lifelong globalist, due to the strong influence of his father, he had at an early age further spread his connections when he was invited to attend the inaugural elitist Bilderberg Group meetings, starting with the Holland gathering in 1954. He has been a consistent attendee through the decades and has been a member of the "steering committee", which determines the invitation list for the upcoming annual meetings. These have frequently included prominent national figures who have gone on to be elected as political leaders of their respective countries including Bill Clinton who first attended in 1991.


David Rockefeller joined the Council on Foreign Relations as its youngest-ever director in 1949 and subsequently became chairman of the board from 1970 to 1985; today he serves as honorary chairman.


In 2002 Rockefeller authored his autobiography “Memoirs” wherein, on page 405, Mr. Rockefeller writes: “For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

It is not Yahweh, or His Son Yahshua, who are the inspiration for this push for a one world government. It was Yahweh who divided mankind into peoples and tongues and tribes and nations. This was done to deter them from pursuing a unified course of sin that would lead to immense destruction, perversion, and blasphemy. Mankind was divided at the Tower of Babel. Ever since that time, Satan has worked to bring back a united world where he would be seated as its ruler. He is seeking to restore Babel, which in the New Testament is referred to as Babylon.

Those who are laboring for a one world government are servants of Lucifer. They would characterize their labors as benevolent, and for the good of mankind and the earth. Though the majority of people on the globe do not desire this restructuring of the world under one great architect, these Illuminists believe they have superior wisdom and knowledge, and are justified in forcing their ends upon the masses.

The Bible recounts the fall of Lucifer from heaven, and his subsequent deception of the woman. In the Garden of Eden Satan appears in the form of a serpent. The word serpent comes from the same root as the word sapient, which means “wise.” Satan promised the woman wisdom that would benefit her, making her like God. In truth he came only to kill, steal and destroy. Eve was beguiled by the Lucifer.

Then Yahweh God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" And the woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”

The Bible reveals that Satan ever seeks to present himself as the benevolent bringer of wisdom to mankind. Those who are disciples of Lucifer have cast him in an altogether different light. To them, Lucifer is mankind’s champion. The wisdom he possesses is given to man for humankind’s progress and blessing. The following quotation from a self-professed Luciferian, reveals the mindset of those, like Rockefeller, who are servants of this fallen dignitary.

The Devil—Lucifer—is a force for good (where I define ‘good’ simply as that which I value, not wanting to imply any universal validity or necessity to the orientation). ‘Lucifer’ means ‘light-bringer’ and this should begin to clue us in to his symbolic importance. The story is that God threw Lucifer out of Heaven because Lucifer had started to question God and was spreading dissension among the angels. We must remember that this story is told from the point of view of the Godists (if I may coin a term) and not from that of the Luciferians (I will use this term to distinguish us from the official Satanists with whom I have fundamental differences). The truth may just as easily be that Lucifer resigned from heaven...


God, being the well-documented sadist that he is, no doubt wanted to keep Lucifer around so that he could punish him and try to get him back under his (God’s) power. Probably what really happened was that Lucifer came to hate God’s kingdom, his sadism, his demand for slavish conformity and obedience, his psychotic rage at any display of independent thinking and behavior. Lucifer realized that he could never fully think for himself and could certainly not act on his independent thinking so long as he was under God’s control. Therefore he left Heaven, that terrible spiritual-State ruled by the cosmic sadist Jehovah, and was accompanied by some of the angels who had had enough courage to question God’s authority and his value-perspective.


Lucifer is the embodiment of reason, of intelligence, of critical thought. He stands against the dogma of God and all other dogmas. He stands for the exploration of new ideas and new perspectives in the pursuit of truth.

The image at the top of this blog is found over one of the doors of Rockefeller Plaza. It is called Wisdom, but actually is a depiction of Satan in the guise of one who brings wisdom and knowledge to mankind. The quotation declares, “Wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times.” It is the age-long promise of becoming like God through the acquisition of heavenly mysteries, and Lucifer would present himself as the keeper of this wisdom.

II Corinthians 11:14-15
For even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their deeds.

That Lucifer had great wisdom and knowledge is declared in the Scriptures.

Ezekiel 28:12-17
"You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God... You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you; You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, till iniquity was found in you. By the abundance of your trading you became filled with violence within, and you sinned; Therefore I cast you as a profane thing Out of the mountain of God; And I destroyed you, O covering cherub,From the midst of the fiery stones. Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor; I cast you to the ground...

Lucifer’s wisdom, once perfect, became perverted by self-seeking. When he appears in Eden in the form of a serpent we find this wisdom described by the word “cunning.”

Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which Yahweh God had made.

The word cunning speaks of a wisdom that has been defiled by conceit. The apostle Paul, writing to Timothy, gives instructions for appointing elders among the assembly of believers. He warns him with the words, “and not a new convert, lest he become conceited and fall into the condemnation incurred by the devil” (I Timothy 3:6).

We see the same traits in those who are the chief disciples of the devil this day. They too are corrupted by the abundance of their trading. They seek to enrich themselves, and they esteem themselves worthy of a much higher position than that of other men. Even as Satan sought to ascend to the throne of God, so too do these men seek to ascend, placing the rest of mankind and creation under their feet.

The Rockefellers are Luciferians, championing this fallen angelic being as a bringer of wisdom and knowledge to mankind. Their esteem of Lucifer is revealed in the artwork found at Rockefeller Center.



Prometheus Bringing Sacred Fire to Man

The statue of Prometheus bringing fire down from heaven and giving it to mankind, is one of the most evident pieces of art found on the Rockefeller Center complex. It is a re-telling of the story of Lucifer who offered to mankind the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. An Internet website shares the following commentary on this statue found on the Rockefeller property.


This statue depicts Prometheus, a Titan of Greek mythology known for his great intelligence. He has however betrayed the god Zeus by stealing fire and giving it to mankind. He is credited to have taught mankind the arts of civilization such as writing, mathematics, agriculture, medicine, and science. Zeus then punished Prometheus for his crime by having him bound to a rock while a great eagle ate his liver every day only to have it grow back to be eaten again the next day.


Paul Manship’s sculpture featured in the Sunken Plaza of the Rockefeller Center portrays Prometheus holding the fire stolen from Zeus and gliding towards humanity. He lies inside a ring in which are outlined the signs of the Zodiac. Behind the statue is an inscription saying:


“Prometheus, teacher in every art, brought the fire that hath proved to mortals a means to mighty ends.”

Substitute the name Prometheus for Lucifer, and you will perceive the true substance of this monument. Lucifer was judged by God, not for a benevolent act on behalf of mankind. Lucifer’s fall actually occurred prior to Adam and Eve’s residency in Eden. It is described by the prophet Isaiah

Isaiah 14:12-14
"How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, you who have weakened the nations! But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, and I will sit on the mount of assembly in the recesses of the north. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.'”

It is necessary to understand this history of Satan’s fall in order to properly perceive the symbolism present in the Christmas tree. It will perhaps come to some people’s minds that it is traditional to either place an angel or a star atop the Christmas tree. Though these symbols are commonly related back to the birth of Christ, this is merely the deceit of Satan. The star, and the angel, are his own image. That the star and angels are commonly lighted relate to his name Lucifer which means “light bearer.”

The Rockefellers are far from being champions of Christ. If the Christmas tree were a symbol of the birth of the Son of God, then why would the Rockefellers have established a tradition of placing one of the largest, most expensive Christmas trees in the world in a central location at Rockefeller Center? There are no other symbols of Christ present. However, there are a great many symbols relating to Lucifer. Note the image of Prometheus, and its proximity to the Christmas tree.

These two symbols are very much linked to one another. There is no disparity in the minds of Illuminists. To them the image of this fallen bringer of forbidden knowledge, and the lighted tree behind it, tell one and the same story. An interesting link in this story is found in an online news account of the renovation of the star atop the tree.

Star Redesigned as Comet

The star, now five years old, was made by the crystal manufacturer Swarovski, which had commissioned the designer Michael Hammers to design a replacement for an aging fiberglass star. Mr. Hammers's star had 12 rays, spiky triangles of glass with 25,000 tiny crystals glued inside. All told, the crystals have a million glittery facets.


For the makeover, he decided to do more to project light through the rays. That meant adding the LEDs. Mr. Hammers said in an e-mail message from Beijing, where he is involved in a performance of Bach's ''Christmas Oratorio,'' that he had a comet in mind.


''Every star on a Christmas tree is a Christmas star,'' he wrote, adding that many people suspect the original Christmas star was a comet.


Of course, comets streak across the sky like a certain sleigh with eight tiny reindeer, but that is another story.

There is another being who is compared to a streaking star, a flash of light, as he was cast from heaven to earth.

Ezekiel 28:16
Therefore I have cast you as profane from the mountain of God.

And He said to them, "I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning...

And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

Satan seeks to portray himself as a victim of an unjust God. He declares himself to be an angel of light, a bringer of knowledge and truth. In one story he is depicted as Prometheus seeking to aid mankind, incurring great personal loss in the process. In other stories he is depicted as the Phoenix, consumed in fire, but rising to ascend again into the heavens.

The Phoenix is a very prominent symbol found in Freemasonry. Its image is on the cover of the standard book given to new initiates to this secret society. Its name is given to one of the most prominent organizations within Freemasonry.

There is a direct correlation between the Phoenix and the date established for Christmas. The ancient Babylonian mystery religions were based upon the worship of the sun and the moon. At Christmas a grand celebration was held to commemorate the victory of the sun over darkness. At the winter solstice the sun is in the sky for the shortest period of the day. It seems that darkness will triumph, but then the sun begins to arise once more, spending an ever greater amount of time in the sky each day after the winter solstice. This is Lucifer reborn; the light bearer ascending.

Another name found in antiquity for the worship of Satan is Baal (also spelled Bel). The obelisk is a symbol of the worship of Baal. It is closely related to Freemasonry and illuminati, for these groups serve Lucifer, and ascribe to the Luciferian doctrines, though those at the lower degrees or levels are given deceptive stories as to the actual rites and symbols employed.

The Christmas tree is a form of obelisk. The following pictures will reveal this better than any other argument I could present.

If these pictures do not establish the image in your mind of these two symbols representing the same thing, then look at the following. This is an image of Monument Square in Indianapolis. At the center of the circle is a great obelisk. Every Christmas (winter solstice) the obelisk is decked out and is hailed as the world’s largest Christmas tree.

As is common among Illuminist depictions, the greatest light is placed upon the top. This star, or angel, which we find on the Christmas tree, is a symbol of Lucifer, the Light Bearer. He is the “all seeing eye.”

The all seeing eye represents the fulness of wisdom and knowledge, the ability to perceive all things and understand all mysteries. This is the boast of Satan. He claims to be the possessor of all wisdom and knowledge. With much guile he offers to share his wisdom with mankind for their benefit. Look again at the image at the very top of this post. This is Satan bringing the gift of knowledge to mankind.

It is hard to imagine men who are devoted to serving Lucifer spending so much time and expense to set-up commemorations to Christ. A recent article recounted the labors of staff at the White House taking four days to set-up the Christmas tree in the Blue Room.

Those with eyes to see will note the aspects of Sun worship in this round room with the sunburst centerpiece on the ceiling. Indeed, the nation’s capital was laid out by a prominent French Freemason, and the White House is located at a position that figures as the head of Satan.

The inverted five pointed star is an occult image known as the Goat Head of Mendes. It is a symbol of the devil.

Do you really think that the one who governs the United States (man or angel) is seeking to honor Christ by setting up a Christmas tree in the White House? The same spirit that is pushing for the spread of homosexuality, the unrestrained murder of babies, and the robbery of the wealth of a people, is the one behind the setting up of this symbol. This long-time pagan ritual falls at the time of year that sun worshipers counted as one of their high holy seasons.

It is well to be reminded of the character of the adversary with which we have to contend.

Christ was not born at Christmas. The Christmas tree was never given as a symbol by which to commemorate His life, or birth. Those who are servants of darkness understand the symbols they erect, but of Christians the saying is true:

Isaiah 42:19
Who is blind but My servant, or so deaf as My messenger whom I send? Who is so blind as he that is at peace with Me, or so blind as the servant of Yahweh?

Father, lead your people out of Babylon! Deliver us from all the deceit of that one who is so full of cunning. Lead us in the paths of truth for your name’s sake.

Addendum: A brother in Christ (thank you Joel) shared with me that Mariah Carey recently gave a performance singing Joy to the World at the lighting of the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center. She gave this performance immediately in front of the statue of Prometheus/Satan. This provides the context to the words she uttered. When the song makes mention of the angels singing, it is the fallen angels being spoken of. When the lyrics state "Joy to the world, the Lord has come," it is the dark lord, Satan, who is being praised. It is he who is figured just behind the singer, looking down upon her worshipful song.
