FEMA Preparing Military For Gun Confiscations & Martial Law

DNA Downloaded from the Internet? Leading Geneticist Says Yes!

The digitizing of DNA in order to transform naturally evolving life forms into programmable computer code has been an ongoing mission of the elite. In 2010, the White House gave the all-clear to this type of research in the name of "clean energy, pollution control and medicine," which included the ability to "manipulate DNA of organisms to forge new life forms."

Craig Venter and his J. Craig Venter Institute is at the top of the pyramid which is directing this research. As far back as 2003, a BBC article titled "Warning on Gene 'ID Cards'" cited Craig Venter as a leading scientist in gene mapping who, at the time, was offering the "very rich" a chance to buy their gene map for $710,000. This threatens to set up a division of gene class where elites would have access to potentially life-saving information, while the underclass could be discriminated against. The short above-linked article concludes with an even more critical warning by Dr. Helen Wallace of GeneWatch that, "What we could end up with is a massive DNA database by the back door." (Source)

This warning clearly went unheeded as DNA database news comes out almost daily in 2013. Now Craig Venter has revealed his latest concept: "a gadget that could teletransport medicine and vaccines into our homes or to colonists in space."

Venter aims to bring gene mapping and manipulation into the homes of everyone who is connected to the Internet:

It is a box attached to a computer that would receive DNA sequences over the internet to synthesise proteins, viruses and even living cells.
It could, for example, fill a prescription for insulin, provide flu vaccine during a pandemic or even produce phage viruses targeted to fight antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

On the more fanciful side, Venter also imagines the ability to transport the information to colonists on Mars, but even that apparently can't be completely brushed aside. As he clearly states, "'This isn't a fantasy look at the future. We are doing the future."

The prototype is called a Digital Biological Converter; it's a concept he expounds upon in his new book Life at the Speed of Light: From the Double Helix to the Dawn of Digital Life. Venter's central tenet is that all life is nothing more than a software program. This is the same assertion made by Transhumanists such as Ray Kurzweil who already feels we are heading toward Human Body 2.0as we begin to receive upgrades via nanobots that can deliver drugs to specific cells and initiate the overwriting process.

The idea of a genetic overwrite also appeared recently when Yale and Harvard researchers announced their goal to re-code the genome. Now that they have decoded it, the next step can commence. The researchers reported:

“It’s expanding the chemical repertoire,” said Farren Isaacs, assistant professor of molecular, cellular, and developmental biology at Yale University. “By making these fundamental changes to the code, you can create organisms that are safer, . . . more useful for the biotechnology industry, and organisms with alternate genetic codes are actually resistant to viruses.”
On Thursday in the journal Science, Isaacs and George Church, a biologist at Harvard Medical School, reported in a pair of papers on new efforts to advance a technique developed a few years ago that enables massive editing of the genome.

In a second paper, the researchers were able to show the scope of genetic words they could tweak, not limiting themselves to a single sequence of three letters.

There have been a number of methods pioneered over the past few years to edit the genomes of organisms, giving biologists a large tool kit. Isaacs and Church used a technique that makes targeted changes to DNA and also takes advantage of the process of evolution to select the strains of altered bacteria that are most viable.

“There are different ways to skin the cat,” Isaacs said. “It’s pretty exciting right now — we’re suddenly in the past few years seeing this influx of new types of technologies that are allowing us to perform unprecedented changes to genomes, and that’s really exciting and powerful.” (Source

This might indeed sound promising, until we recall another piece of recent news that the military is also looking to genetically engineer humans; they suggest to add a 47th chromosome:

So DARPA and its team of associated scientists want to introduce an entirely new 47th chromosome into human genetics as a vector platform for inserting bio-alterations and wholesale genetic “improvements” into our DNA.
The agency hopes that development of a new chromosome will allow a solution to the limitations of current “state-of-the-art” gene transfer technologies (including plasmids, adenovirus-, lentivirus-, and retrovirus-vectors, cDNA, and minigene constructs). The proposal explains that existing approaches must be improved due to known drawbacks in the scientists’ failure to control their results, causing a few minor major problems:

"These include random DNA insertion into the host genome, variation in stable integration sites between cell lines, variation in the copy number and expression level of DNA that is delivered, limitations on the number and size of DNA constructs that can be delivered, and immunological responses to foreign DNA."
Yet these techniques are already in use? How reassuring. (Source)
And isn't it reassuring that DARPA is also supporting Venter's new prototype? The connection between DARPA and mad science has been long established and always needs to raise our level of concern and limit our susceptibility to their promises of virus eradication and cures for cancer.

Meanwhile, the digitizing of anything is playing out in revelation after revelation of security issues and the ability to hack any and all digital systems. Why would Venter's DNA box on your computer be any different? In fact, the possible misuse by Venter and crew became clear in 2006 when collaboration between the J. Craig Venter Institute and Google resulted in a ZDNet article titledGoogle Accused of Bio-Piracy. Plans were revealed to "create a searchable online database of all the genes on the planet." The source of this story came from a Pulitzer Prize winner, David Vise, but to this day it seems that neither the J. Craig Venter Institute, nor Google have acknowledged any ongoing partnership.

The Institute announced in May 2010 that it finally had created the first self-replicating, synthetic bacterial cell, dubbed Synthia by the media. Most people probably concluded that this was a rather innocuous, self-promoting announcement designed to receive funding. However, if one looks deeper into this press release, one should notice the words "synthetic genome." This is an admission that goes beyond simply altering an existing life form, as the Institute asserts, but illustrates the ability to replicate the entirety of an organism's hereditary information.

The assertions that the J. Craig Venter Institute has found the "software of life" and can rewrite it is clearly being taken seriously at a time when revelations about how computing, medicine, technology, and the police state are converging on an almost daily basis.

In the case of Synthia, one goal was "faster vaccine production." And, here again, we see the interest in vaccine delivery systems for Venter's new prototype:

The current prototype can produce only DNA, not proteins or living cells, but even that could be enough to make the device practical. Some vaccines are made using just DNA molecules, points out Venter. "If there is a pandemic, everyone around you is dying and you cannot go outdoors, you can download the vaccine in a couple of seconds from the internet," he says. That digital file would allow DBCs in homes, hospitals and companies to "just spit out a loaded syringe". His researchers believe their current prototype is already capable of producing DNA precisely enough that it could be used as a vaccine. However, as self-assured (many have said maniacally arrogant) Craig Venter is about the ability of full re-writes and upgrades of the human genome via the Internet, there is one area of slight doubt which may hold the clue to humanity retaining its identity and freedom: consciousness.

Although Venter works on single cells, he says he believes it holds true for even the most complex organisms. "I can't explain consciousness yet, but like anything else it will be explainable at the molecular level, the cellular level and therefore the DNA coding level."This is firstly an admission that should quiet anyone who denies that this type of research intends to be merged with what is simultaneously being pursued in the area of brain mapping (mind control).

But is it just wishful thinking from the power mad?

Jon Rappoport has written extensively about the how the reductionist model is doomed to fail when encountering the boundless:

The titanic complexity of brain activity is always changing, moment to moment. So even a perfect snapshot, frozen in time—which scientists have no idea how to execute—means almost nothing in the next split-second. The adage about never stepping the same river twice applies perfectly to the brain. (Source)So perhaps we won't lose our minds, even if our bodies are incrementally taken from us. Meanwhile, we should not ignore all of the stresses upon our DNA that we are encountering, especially in the area of genetically modified food. As this plays out, we should be on alert for any solutions coming from the halls of establishment science who suggest easy ways to correct that damage. We must remember the documented history of discriminatory programs and depopulationinitiatives that tend to override the sales pitch of the "public good."

The new breed of mad scientist has more access than ever before to our information and our health. As these two areas continue to merge, our blood and life force is being targeted by those who long ago distanced themselves from the concerns of the average man and woman. This doesn't bode well for our health or our sanity, unless we can become informed enough to steer this powerful technology away from our biggest threat.

WE ARE AT THE FINAL MOMENT

Rare biblical manuscripts on display

The parchment looks fragile, and holes dot the page, but the letters are as clear as when they were written 1,500 years ago. A piece of a prayer that at one time was meticulously set onto papyrus by a scribe.

This is one of more than 200 ancient biblical objects that now fill a hall in the Bible Lands Museum, which last week opened an exhibit titled “The Book of Books,” where visitors come face to face with almost 2,000 years of the history.

The exhibit is one of the most extensive collections of biblical manuscripts and texts to date. From prayers written on silver amulets to meters-long scrolls to leather-bound Bibles, the exhibit traces the development of Christianity back to its Judaic origins.

The founder of the collection, Steve Green, is the president of Hobby Lobby, an American craft store chain. Green, who is a devout Baptist, said in a speech that the exhibit is meant to bring the materials closer to the common people and to unite Christians and Jews.

“We hope that this exhibit will bring us together under a book that we all love, the book of Scriptures,” Green said.

The exhibit showcases a small fraction of the estimated 40,000 objects that Green has collected over the past three years. Many visitors were taken aback at the scope of the material being shown.

"The impact on everyone walking into the exhibit, the visual impact, the drama, the power of this show is just riveting," Amanda Weiss, the director of the Bible Lands Museum Jerusalem told The Media Line. "I've been living with this for some time and it still impresses me greatly. But people walking through the front door for the first time are simply in awe."

'Way to find personal relationship with God'

The display will be in Jerusalem until mid-May, when it will travel to Vatican City in Italy before eventually heading to Washington, DC, for its permanent exhibit. Green said that his organization is currently building a 400,000 square foot (37,000 square meter) museum next to the Smithsonian, with the opening to take place in early 2017.

Heather Reichstadt, the curator of antiquities for the Green Collection, described the exhibit as a way for viewers to “find a personal relationship with God.

“They (the Green family) said that they wanted to share the word of God,” Reichstadt told The Media Line. “Normally very few people would be able to view these texts because they would be in private hands, but now anyone can view them here for free.”

The display includes many rare pieces, like the Codex Climaci Rescriptus, a manuscript of the Old and New Testaments that dates back to the sixth and eighth centuries of the Common Era. The Codex, which is written in both Christian Palestinian Aramaic and Greek, was listed at $1 million by the Sotheby's auction house prior to its sale to the Green family and is one of the most prized pieces of their collection.

The exhibit also has a significant portion of a Gutenberg Bible, some early Bibles from Martin Luther, and two original versions of the King James Bible from 1611, referred to as the “he and she Bibles.”

The Green family has set up the Green Scholar Institute (GSI), which allows for both established and new scholars to come together and examine the original manuscripts and texts. The institute will be housed at the permanent exhibit in Washington when it is completed.

Green's company, Hobby Lobby, recently came under scrutiny after a New Jersey employee allegedly told a Jewish customer who was inquiring about the store’s lack of Jewish-related goods that “we don't cater to your people.” Green promptly replied to the criticism, saying that such comments “do not reflect the feelings of our family or Hobby Lobby.”

The Anti-Defamation League accepted the apology, while noting that Hobby Lobby has a history of not stocking Jewish-related goods, such as items for Hanukkah.

Sinkhole 'swallows' house, 4 dead

MANILA-- Four people died as a sinkhole "swallowed" a house in Brgy. Ubojan, Antequerra, Bohol.

Sinkholes appeared in different parts of the province after the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that hit the Visayas last October 15.
The house belonged to the Barace family.

Two members of the family survived the incident. Saturnino Barace Jr., one of the survivors, waited for six hours before he was rescued. Half of his body was trapped in the rubble left behind by the sinkhole.

Relatives of the the family started unearthing the victims' bodies.
Authorities have reportedly put the area under surveillance as there are other cracks found near the area of the sinkhole.

Despite what happened, the remaining members of the Barace family are planning to return to the area.

29 Incredible Facts Which Prove That Poverty In America Is Absolutely Exploding

Did you know that the number of Americans on welfare is higher than the number of Americans that have full-time jobs?  Did you know that 1.2 million public school students in the U.S. are currently homeless?  Anyone that uses the term "economic recovery" to describe what is happening in the United States today is being deeply insulting to the nearly 150 million Americans that are considered to be either "poor" or "low income" at this point.
Yes, things are great in New York City, Washington D.C. and San Francisco, but almost everywhere else economic conditions continue to steadily get worse.  The gap between the wealthy and the poor is at a level that America has never seen before, and this is beginning to create a "Robin Hood mentality" that could cause a tremendous amount of social chaos in the years ahead.
Anger at the "haves" in America continues to rise at a very alarming pace, and the "have nots" are becoming increasingly desperate.  At some point all of this anger is going to boil over, and you won't want to be anywhere around major population centers when that happens.
Despiteunprecedented borrowing by the federal government in recent years, and despite unprecedented money printing by the Federal Reserve, poverty in the United States keeps getting worse with each passing year. The following are 29 incredible facts which prove that poverty in America is absolutely exploding...
1. What can you say about a nation that has more people getting handouts from the federal government than working full-time?  According to the latest numbers from the U.S. Census Bureau, the number of people receiving means-tested welfare benefits is greaterthan the number of full-time workers in the United States.
2. New numbers have just been released, and they show that the number of public school students in this country that are homeless is at an all-time record high.  It is hard to believe, but right now 1.2 million students that attend public schools in America are homeless.  That number has risen by 72 percent since the start of the last recession.
3. When I was growing up, it seemed like almost everyone was from a middle class home.  But now that has all changed.  One recent study discovered that nearly half of all public students in the United States come from low income homes.
4. How can anyone deny that we are a socialist nation when half the people are getting money from the federal government each month?  According to the most recent numbers from the U.S. Census Bureau,49.2 percent of all Americans are receiving benefits from at least one government program.
5. Signs of increasing poverty are even showing up in the wealthiest areas of the nation.  According to the New York Post, New York subways are being "overrun with homeless".
6. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, approximately one out of every six Americans is now living in poverty.  The number of Americans living in poverty is now at a level not seen since the 1960s.
7. The gap between the rich and the poor in the United States is at anall-time record high.  The wealthy may not consider this to be much of a problem, but those at the other end of the spectrum are very aware of this.
8. The "working poor" is one of the fastest growing segments of the U.S. population.  At this point, approximately one out of every fourpart-time workers in America is living below the poverty line.
9. According to numbers provided by Wal-Mart, more than half of their hourly workers make less than $25,000 a year.
10. A recent Businessweek article mentioned a study that discovered that 300 employees at one Wal-Mart in Wisconsin receive a combined total of nearly a million dollars a year in public assistance...
“A decent wage is their demand—a livable wage, of all things,” said Representative George Miller (D-Calif.). The problem with companies like Wal-Mart is their “unwillingness, not their inability, to pay that wage,” he said. “They hand off the difference to taxpayers.” Miller was referring to a congressional report(PDF) released in May that calculated how much Walmart workers rely on public assistance. The study found that the 300 employees at one Supercenter in Wisconsin required some $900,000 worth of public assistance a year.
11. The stock market may be doing great (for the moment), but incomes for average Americans continue to decline.  In fact, median household income in the United States has fallen for five years in a row.
12. The quality of the jobs in America has been steadily dropping for years.  At this point, one out of every four American workers has a job that pays $10 an hour or less.
13. According to a Gallup poll that was recently released, 20.0% of all Americans did not have enough money to buy food that they or their families needed at some point over the past year.  That is just under the record of 20.4% that was set back in November 2008.
14. Young adults are particularly feeling the sting of poverty these days.  American families that have a head of household that is under the age of 30 have a poverty rate of 37 percent.
15. As I wrote about a few weeks ago, one out of every fivehouseholds in the United States is on food stamps.  Back in the 1970s,about one out of every 50 Americans was on food stamps.
16. The number of Americans on food stamps now exceeds the entire population of Spain.
17. According to one calculation, the number of Americans on food stamps now exceeds the combined populations of "Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming."
18. We are told that we live in the "wealthiest nation" on the planet, and yet more than one out of every four children in the United States is enrolled in the food stamp program.
19. The average food stamp benefit breaks down to approximately $4 per person per day.
20. It is being projected that approximately 50 percent of all U.S. children will be on food stamps before they reach the age of 18.
21. Today, approximately 17 million children in the United States are facing food insecurity.  In other words, that means that "one in four children in the country is living without consistent access to enough nutritious food to live a healthy life."
22. It may be hard to believe, but approximately 57 percent of all children in the United States are currently living in homes that are considered to be either "low income" or impoverished.
23. The number of children living on $2.00 a day or less in the United States has grown to 2.8 million.  That number has increased by 130 percent since 1996.
24. In Miami, 45 percent of all children are living in poverty.
25. In Cleveland, more than 50 percent of all children are living in poverty.
26. According to a recently released report, 60 percent of all children in the city of Detroit are living in poverty.
27. According to a Feeding America hunger study, more than 37 million Americans are now being served by food pantries and soup kitchens.
28. The U.S. government has spent an astounding 3.7 trillion dollarson welfare programs over the past five years.
29. It has been reported that 4 out of every 5 adults in the United States "struggle with joblessness, near-poverty or reliance on welfare for at least parts of their lives".
These poverty numbers keep getting worse year after year no matter what our politicians do.
So is there anyone out there that would still like to argue that we are in an "economic recovery"?
And as I mentioned above, the "have nots" are becoming increasingly angry at the "haves".  For example, just check out the following excerpt from a recent New York Post article...
The maniac who butchered a Brooklyn mom and her four young kids confessed that he did it because he was jealous of their way of life, a police source told The Post on Sunday.
The family had too much. Their income (and) lifestyle was better than his,” the source said.
The bloody suspect was caught holding the kitchen knife he used during the Saturday night rampage inside the Sunset Park apartment where he had been staying with the victims, the source added.
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident.  All over the western world, a "Robin Hood mentality" is growing.  This is something that I am so concerned about that I made it a big part of my new book.  At this point, even wealthy Hollywood-types such as actor Russell Brand are calling for a socialist-style "revolution" and a "massive redistribution of wealth".
Perhaps Brand does not understand that what he is calling for would mean redistributing most of his own wealth away from him.
When the next major wave of the economic collapse strikes, I fear that all of this anger and frustration that are growing among the poor will boil over in some very frightening ways.  I believe that we will see a huge spike in crime and that we will eventually see communities all over America looted and burning.
But I am not the only one that is thinking along these lines.  A new National Geographic Channel movie entitled "American Blackout" attempts to portray the social chaos that could erupt in the event of an extended national power failure...
American Blackout, National Geographic Channel’s two-hour, edge-of-your-seat movie event imagines the story of a national power failure in the United States caused by a cyberattack — told in real time, over 10 days, by those who kept filming on cameras and phones. You’ll learn what it means to be absolutely powerless.
You can view a clip of the film that was made available by NatGeo for the SHTFplan.com community right here.
What would you do if something like that happened to you?
How would you handle desperate, hungry people at your fence asking for food?
And what if those people were armed and were not "asking nicely" for your food?
Don't ignore what is happening in America right now.  It is setting the stage for some very chaotic times.
Get ready while you still can.
