As the Russians find favour with their long time enemies Iran and Turkey, bringing forth what many believe to be the beginning of a Bible prophecy Ezekiel 38: 1-6 in which Ezekiel 38 predicts the coming of the last world war, Germans are being told to stockpile food and water for civil defence For the first time since the Cold War.

With wars and rumours of wars, terrorist attacks and an unstable economy the German government is advising citizens to stockpile food and water for use in a national emergency.

Citizens are advised to store enough food to last them 10 days, because initially a disaster might put national emergency services beyond reach.

Five days' water - two litres (half a gallon) per person daily - is advised.
The German news website Frankfurter Allgemeine (FAZ) said the new concept was set out in a 69-page German Interior Ministry document.

People would be required to stockpile enough drinking water to last for five days under the plan, according to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung daily newspaper.

'The population will be obliged to hold an individual supply of food for ten days,' the newspaper quoted the government's 'Concept for Civil Defence' as saying.

However, citizens would also require a sufficient supply of energy, money and medicine to wait out a period until the state would be able to initiate a response to a catastrophe or attack, according to German broadcaster Deutsche Welle.

Meanwhile NORTH Korean students are being taught classes about “doom” and the end of the world - heightening fears the country is preparing for a deadly showdown with its Western enemies.

In an editorial in state-run newspaper Rodong Sinmum, the director of the maverick state’s Institute for International Studies issued a terrifying prediction of an ultimate and devastating war.

O Yong Ran said:
“The US nature as man-killers has become all the more undisguised with the passage of time.

“As leopard never changes its spots, the brutal nature of the US can never change.”
Exemplifying the type of teaching taking place within the secretive state, Yong Ran said it was the USA’s nuclear weapons which would ultimately lead to all-out war and the country's downfall.
