Chinese troops will have boots on the ground in Hawaii on Tuesday

Aloha Hawaiians!  If you see what you think are soldiers from the Communist Peoples Republic of China Army wandering about in your neck of the woods Tuesday through Thursday next week, your imagination is not playing tricks on you.
But don’t worry while Chinese soldiers will have boots on the ground in Hawaii, they are only really “simulating”.For the first time in history the U.S. Army will host the Communist Peoples Republic of China’s Army on American soil Nov. 12-14, 2013.
“Simulating humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to a fictional third country”.
You can’t make this stuff up whenGridEx 2 is doing it for you.

Related: FEMA’s Simulated Blackout Drill
GridEx 2 (there was already a GridEx 1in November of 2011) is a massive ‘emergency drill’ planned to take place across the whole of North America with thousands of utility workers, business executives, National Guard officers, FBI antiterrorism experts and officials from government agencies, in the United States, Canada and Mexico (who) are preparing for an emergency drill in November that will simulate physical attacks and cyberattacks that could take down large sections of the power grid. (New York Times, Aug. 16, 2013).
“Fears about the possible detonation of a nuclear warhead in the skies about the United States, for the purposes of creating an electromagnetic pulse aimed at sizzling electronics on the ground, have led a number of public figures to call for significant steps to strengthen the power grid.  Ex-CIA head R. James Woolsey is planing a campaign to convince state governments to pass laws requiring utilities to harden their electronics against potential EMP attacks. The exercise is touted as a unified move “to test the resiliency of the U.S. power grid to withstand major damage causes by a natural disaster or deliberate attack”.
“A key objective of GridEx 2 is to learn how governments would handle a loss of electrical power that is large enough to drastically affect the delivery of common and essential goods and services.” (NYT)
Hoping that the U.S., Canada or Mexico aren’t GridEx 2’s “fictional third country” and that the soldiers out on reconnaissance in Blue Hawaii don’t stamp ‘Made in China’ on it.
The New York Times reported on GridEx 2’s massive, Nov. 13-14 drill on August 16,  but never mentioned the participation of the Peoples Republic of China’s Army.
China’s Xinhua Agencies kicked in on November 6 reporting that American and Chinese soldiers will train together in the November exercise.
“The US military Pacific Commander, Samuel Locklear, said here Tuesday that a joint humanitarian assistance and disaster relief exercise to be held this month helps improve the relationship between the United States and China.” (Xinhua Agencies, Nov. 6, 2013)
”Locklear told a news briefing that the Pacific Command’s Army component commander in Hawaii has been looking forward to the Nov. 12-14 exercises “for some time”, as the Army will host the People’s Liberation Army soldiers of China to train together in a field environment, simulating humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to a fictional third country.
“Summing up his expectations for the joint exercise, Locklear said both militaries can learn something in disaster management and “better prepare tomorrow than yesterday”.
“In relation to our ability to do this with our Chinese counterparts”, he said, “this kind ofexercise gives us a place to start, and get into the rhythm of understanding and trusting each other.”
“The joint exercise was announced during an August visit to Washington by Chinese Minister of National Defense Chang Wanquan, as China and the United States expand their military-to-military relationship and explore cooperation opportunities in non-traditional security areas.”
On August 19, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel escorted China Minister of National Defense Gen. Wanquan during an honor cordon at the Pentagon.
In a same day press conference, Gen. Wanquan said China’s military has never supported any hacker actions, expressing at the joint press conference that the cyber space is a new field and cyberspace security threats have become a world wide problem. “China is one of the major victims of hacker attacks, suffering serious threats from network attacks,” he said.
Meanwhile, let’s hope the last one out of the GridEx 2 simulation exercise turns North America’s lights back on.
China Deploys New Bomber with Long-Range Land Attack Missile
Bill Gertz FreeBeacon, November 7, 2013 4:35 pm
China’s military recently deployed an upgraded strategic bomber that will carry the military’s new long-range land attack cruise missile, capable of attacking Hawaii and Guam, according to a draft congressional report.
The Oct. 8 draft of the forthcoming report of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission also reveals that China has developed a new armed drone nearly identical to U.S. military’s Reaper. The Chinese missile-firing drone likely was developed through Chinese cyber espionage against U.S. defense contractors.

Flu Vaccine Reactions From the Same Gelatin in Gummy Bears

What’s the difference between an allergic reaction, an adverse event, or a contraindication with regard to vaccines? Apparently there are very little or no differences because all those events mean that a vaccinee is in trouble with his or her health due to having received a vaccine.

The American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI) reported at its Baltimore, Maryland, meeting early in November 2013, a case report

notes that individuals with a gelatin allergy can have a mild to severe reaction from the [flu] shot. [1]Severe reactions can include anaphylaxis, which can result in death!

Apparently the ACAAI considered the case report – supposedly about a four-year-old toddler who received a flu vaccine according to radio news reports this writer heard – serious enough that it advised its membership to take some fairly drastic precautionary measures about giving flu vaccines to children with known allergic reactions to marshmallows and gummy bear candies, which contain gelatin made from animal trimmings not used in food processing, or even from discarded animal parts.

Gelatin [2] is an animal protein that is used as a gelling agent in pharmaceuticals, candy making, yogurt [3], ice cream [4], and as a clarifying agent in beer [5]. As with any food, especially protein, people may or may not know they are allergic to it or may not have recognized an allergic reaction to a food, since there can be many allergic reactions in addition to hives, itching, rashes, or even asthma. When I studied nutrition, I learned there can be as many as a thousand different types of reactions in the human body, depending upon an individual’s immune system, constitution, and the offending allergen. In today’s chemical world, more and more individuals are allergic to man-made chemicals, something the medical profession deals with almost exclusively, i.e., pharmaceuticals to which there can be numerous adverse reactions. Vaccines are not exempt!

Some claim there is a difference between food intolerances and allergies. Try telling that to parents who see their little ones experiencing reactions no matter what label is put on them, especially after receiving a vaccine. It’s frightening stuff, and as ACAAI member Stephanie Albin, MD, points out,

Because it is found in the vaccine, those with a known allergy to gelatin can experience allergic reactions, such as hives, sneezing and difficulty breathing. [1]

Furthermore, Dr. Albin elaborates with,

Gelatin reactions can cause hives, swelling, itchiness, shortness of breath and a severe life-threatening reaction known as anaphylaxis. Because of this, precautions should be taken, such as having a board-certified allergist administer the vaccine in a person with known gelatin allergy in case a reaction occurs.

That’s all well and good advice for those who want to take that chance, but there are numerous other proteins in vaccines, along with neurotoxins and other toxic chemicals that can and apparently do cause allergic reactions and adverse events, as verified by the CDC/FDA’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System where physicians and parents can and should file reports.

Furthermore, “While the vaccine is recommended for those six months of age and older” [1], can anyone tell what an infant that young is allergic to? Isn’t that a reasonable question to ask? Maybe the ACAAI ought to consider recommending testing be done on all infants before any vaccines are administered to determine whether there will be adverse mitochondrial involvement that can precipitate the Autism Spectrum Disorder, the MTHFR mutation [6], or allergic reactions. Right now it’s a ‘crap shoot’ and you take your chances of having a damaged child after vaccination.

There also is a nasal flu vaccine, i.e., nasal spray, which contains gelatin that the ACAAI is concerned about. However, it contains MSG (monosodium glutamate), an excitotoxin that doesn’t seem to arouse their interest. MSG affects the brain to produce what’s been called the “Chinese Restaurant Syndrome” or the MSG Symptom Complex. See this YouTube “FluMist Contains MSG” that talks about MSG in the nasal flu vaccine.

According to Dr. Michael Roussell, PhD, [7]

Concerns regarding a link between MSG and obesity have been raised, especially following the publication of a 2011 study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Furthermore, in 1978 two possible psychiatric reactions to MSG were reported to The New England Journal of Medicine. [8]

According to the CDC’s “Ingredients of Vaccines – Fact Sheet” [9]

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) and 2-phenoxy-ethanol which are used as stabilizers in a few vaccines to help the vaccine remain unchanged when the vaccine is exposed to heat, light, acidity, or humidity.

For children with a prior history of allergic reactions to any of these substances in vaccines, parents should consult their child’s healthcare provider before vaccination.

That last statement presents a real problem for everyone, as far as this writer is concerned. The reason lies in the fact that no one knows who will have a reaction to a vaccine ingredient. Furthermore, everyone is told by the medical profession, the media, governments, and school systems that vaccines are safe and necessary. No, they are not on both counts!

Vaccines contain numerous ingredients [10] that pose hidden adverse reactions or events for numerous children of all ages, including adults. VAERS confirms that! Any previous vaccine reaction should preclude a child – or anyone for that matter – from receiving other vaccines in the future in order to prevent an anamnestic response [11], which really doesn’t seem to be taken very seriously by those promoting vaccines, as is exemplified in the recommendation that a board certified allergist should administer vaccines to children with known allergies to vaccine ingredients. No vaccine warrants the possibility of an anamnestic response, in my opinion.

As we have seen with gelatin and MSG, there are real problems that can and do occur from vaccine ingredients from supposedly ‘mundane’, edible, or GRAS ingredients. I have not addressed in this article the more serious ingredients in vaccines, e.g., neurotoxins, which I talk about in my recent book, Vaccination Voodoo, What YOU Don’t Know About Vaccines

That being said, I would like to congratulate the ACAAI for warning about the possible vaccine gelatin reaction. Please don’t stop there! You have an entire roster of ingredients, which can cause adverse reactions, intolerances, or allergies – whatever you want to call them – that are causing serious health problems for innocent children. It’s time to take responsibility; it is time to “bell the cat”. [11]

New human papillomavirus Vaccines on the Horizon

HPV, the human papillomavirus, is a relatively newer health scare that has been bandied around as causing cervical cancer since 2006-08 in order to get adolescent girls to accept willingly Merck & Company’s HPV vaccine Gardasil® along with its advertising campaign, “One less girl.” [1]

However, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),

Other things can increase your risk of cervical cancer—
Smoking.
Having HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) or another condition that makes it hard for your body to fight off health problems.
Using birth control pills for a long time (five or more years). [something not stressed]
Having given birth to three or more children.
Having several sexual partners. [1a] [CJF emphasis]Keeping in mind the “One less girl” campaign, what were the HPV vaccination rates for girls in the United States, especially since the HPV vaccine was supposed to provide protection from cancer?

Original information released about the HPV vaccine contended that it provided protection from contracting cervical cancer, whereas what it really was designed to do was prevent contracting four HPV virus strains. However, there are more than 100 HPV strains. How about 120! [2]

From 2011 to 2012, vaccination coverage among U.S. adolescents between the ages of 13 and 17 years increased to about 85% for at least one dose of Tdap vaccine, 74% for at least one dose of MCV4 vaccine, and, among males, to about 21% for at least one dose of HPV vaccine. In 2012, vaccination coverage for at least one dose of HPV vaccine among females approached 54%, remaining statistically unchanged since 2011. Only one-third of female teens received all 3 recommended doses of the HPV vaccine series in 2012. [3] [CJF emphasis added]

With only four strains in the HPV vaccine, how much ‘protection’ does any HPV vaccine provide when, according to Wikipedia,

Types 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 68, 73, and 82 are carcinogenic[11] "high-risk" sexually transmitted HPVs and may lead to the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia(VIN), penile intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN), and/or anal intraepithelial neoplasia (AIN). [4]Wikipedia [4] lists the following information about HPV types.

So, if there are 15 HPV strains that are carcinogenic, which can be “high-risk” sexually transmitted causes of cancer that no one hears about, what protection, if any, do the current HPV vaccines provide other than a false sense of ‘protection’ when, in reality, there are so many cancer-causing strains that can be sexually transmitted? If that’s the case, wouldn’t abstinence be the best protection instead of having syringed into a young person’s body the vaccine ingredients as described in Gardasil’s package insert:

GARDASIL is a sterile suspension for intramuscular administration. Each 0.5-mL dose contains approximately 20 mcg of HPV 6 L1 protein, 40 mcg of HPV 11 L1 protein, 40 mcg of HPV 16 L1 protein, and 20 mcg of HPV 18 L1 protein.
Each 0.5-mL dose of the vaccine contains approximately 225 mcg of aluminum (as Amorphous Aluminum Hydroxyphosphate Sulfate adjuvant), 9.56 mg of sodium chloride, 0.78 mg of L-histidine, 50 mcg of polysorbate 80, 35 mcg of sodium borate, less than 7 mcg yeast protein/dose, and water for injection. The product does not contain a preservative or antibiotics.

After thorough agitation, GARDASIL is a white, cloudy liquid. [5] [CJF emphasis added]

According to the HuffPost Healthy Living Oct. 28, 2013 article “HPV Vaccine May Not Protect Against Subtypes That Most Commonly Affect African American Women,” there seems to be a huge disparity of scientific information about the ability of HPV vaccines to provide the much exalted protection from HPV vaccines, when

Among the women with early CIN [cervical intraepithelial neoplasia], HPV subtypes 16, 18, 31, 56, 39 and 66 were the most frequently detected among white women. For African American women, though, the HPV subtypes 33, 35, 58 and 68 were most frequently detected.

So which strains do Gardasil include? 6, 11, 16, 18—only 2 out of 6 CIN-identified strains for white [Caucasian] women, and apparently none of the 4 most frequently detected CIN-identified strains in African American women.

However, in CIN-2 and CIN-3 reports in African American women, the most commonly found HPV strains were: 31, 35, 45, 56, 58, 66, and 68—all linked to cervical cancer! [6]

In October of 2009, the FDA granted license to Merck for Gardasil use in males 9 through 26 years of age. [7]

A new study regarding HPV vaccines was published November 4, 2013 in the journal Cancer Prevention Research. Mahboobeh Safaeian, PhD, says, “For instance, it is important to note that persistence of antibody responses after a single dose has not been evaluated for Gardasil, the quadrivalent HPV vaccine that is more widely used in the United States and many other countries” [8] with regard to reducing the number of HPV shots from 3 to 2 or even 1.

Dr. Safaeian also says that cervical cancer is a major cause of public health concern in less developed countries where most cervical cancer statistics originate, i.e., 85 percent. Why? Basically, because there is a lack of screening infrastructure, which is excellent in the United States with pap tests/screening, which should not be rejected in lieu of the HPV vaccines and media campaigns. According to Dr. Diane Harper, MD, who worked on clinical trials for both HPV vaccines, “HPV vaccines are an option, not a replacement for Pap testing.” [9]

It seems that the makers of the HPV vaccines may be looking to backing off the protocol of 3 doses given over a designated time frame. Could it be that there are too many parents and teens refusing them? Or, is word getting out about the health risks and damage that have occurred to girls who received them? Two website are devoted to HPV vaccine damage information. They are:

The Truth About Gardasil and
SaneVax

Could stories like those provided to this writer by SaneVax’s president Norma Erickson be responsible for the rejection of the HPV vaccine along with vaccine makers rethinking some vaccine protocols and strategies?

Norma says, “We have 142 stories of victims on our site – 12 of them are deceased. All of them are heart-breaking.”

This one just went through cervical cancer treatment and was told - "You don't want cancer again, do you?" http://sanevax.org/lived-gardasil-nightmare/
This one was started on Gardasil shortly after the birth of her first child -http://sanevax.org/gardasil-made-one-less-healthy-american-girl/
This one was 26 and about to be married - doctor administered even though "he didn't see any point to it." http://sanevax.org/hpv-vaccine-journey-gardasil-injuries/
This one was injected at 12 years old - only one shot - now lives with ITP -http://sanevax.org/how-gardasil-changed-my-life/
This one went from Olympic hopeful to virtually paralyzed - http://sanevax.org/update-on-shania-the-flyer-mandurah-western-australia/ (earlier version is here -http://sanevax.org/shania-from-australia/)
This one had a previous adverse reaction to MMR - and was administered Cervarix® anyway - http://sanevax.org/post-cervarix-syndrome-lucy-from-the-uk/
Our Vaccine Victim's Memorial Video is here - http://sanevax.org/gardasil-victims-memorial-dont-become-one-more-girl/ - at the time it was made, there had only been 89 deaths recorded in VAERS - now, there are 144.

According to a survey taken for the years 2008 to 2010, nationally an average of 28 percent of females started the HPV series, but only 17 percent completed the 3 dose protocol over a course of 3 years. [10] What is not talked about when supplying HPV vaccine information is the fact that out of all the serious vaccine adverse events reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), more than half come from HPV vaccines. Furthermore, of the 80 vaccines approved by the FDA, HPV vaccines account for 25 percent of the VAERS database.

As SaneVax’s Norma Erickson says, “This is quite an ‘accomplishment’ since they have been on the market for less than 7 years.”

According to The Washington Times April 10, 2013 article “US court pays $6 million to Gardasil victims,” 26 deaths tragically occurred to perfectly healthy girls in just one year after receiving Gardasil vaccinations! [11] Furthermore, this very disconcerting information taken from that article really needs to be addressed legally and very soon:

HPV vaccines have been illegally administered to millions without informed consent, as the risks rarely disclosed.

According to Judicial Watch president, Tom Fitton

This new information from the government shows that the serious safety concerns about the use of Gardasil have been well-founded. Public health officials should stop pushing Gardasil on children. What was the information that prompted such a response?

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) has awarded $5,877,710 dollars to 49 victims in claims made against the highly controversial HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccines. To date 200 claims have been filed with VICP, with barely half adjudicated. [12]

Not to appear to be concentrating on only one HPV vaccine, for the record, here is the vaccine package insert for GlaxoSmithKline’s Cervarix® HPV Vaccine, which includes only two HPV strains, 16 and 18. However, according to the vaccine’s package insert:

Each dose may also contain residual amounts of insect cell and viral protein (less than 40 ng) and bacterial cell protein (less than 150 ng) from the manufacturing process [Pg. 12]And, 0.5 mg of aluminum hydroxide.

As I’m writing this article, breaking financial news reports indicate that Merck and Company, the makers of Gardasil®, “announced positive phase 3 results for its next generation HPV vaccine V503…” [13], which is to include 9 strains. The estimated annual sales for that new vaccine could amount to over $1 Billion a year.

Not to be outdone, GlaxoSmithKline is looking forward to being able to reduce its HPV vaccine Cervarix® protocol from 3 doses down to one dose and trials are in progress. [14]

What will the upcoming innovations in HPV vaccines portend for young boys and girls health status as more multi-valent vaccines are mandated for children who, in many cases, will be entering puberty – an emotional, hormonally vulnerable, and physiologically developmental phase of their lives?

Shortly before submitting this article for publication, I received an email from Norma at SaneVax sharing with me their latest blog about what’s going on in Japan regarding the movement there to legally ban both HPV vaccines due to serious adverse reactions and events happening to Japanese girls after inoculation.
