The Barber Report: The 47 Mile Path of Entry for ISIS Nuclear Weapons Entering the United States

ISIS made their presence known in Ferguson. What did Eric Holder know that we are just figuring out? This report explains how ISIS gains entry into the United States.

Today, I am releasing a report submitted by Jeff Barber and his wife, from El Paso, Texas. The Barbers decided to investigate 47 mile stretch of “open border” between Mexico and the United States. Barber obviously examined the claims that I made, via a Judicial Watch report,which stated that ISIS had a base camp only 8 miles from El Paso. Mr. Barber provided me with the results of his investigation. Below are key excerpts from the Barber report.

The Barber Report

“I have personal confirmation from a Mexican law enforcement officer that there are two ISIS cells in Chihuahua state.  My direct information from the Border Patrol officer is that the Obama administration has cut 75% of the “in the field” Border Patrol from East County to give people (illegals) a safe passage to Estados Unidos/United States. So when the drug cartel stole 200 stinger missiles from the Mexican Army I had an “inside” source that this incident was real. (I would trust this Mexican officer more than the Jay Carney/Josh Ernest spin from the White House).

My wife and I decided we’d go investigate these matters for ourselves… Several CNN reports included interviews with ranchers, so we decided to go to their ranches as well and see what the real story was for ourselves”.

The 47 Mile Stretch of Unguarded Entry Into the U.S.

“There is a 47 mile long “Open Border” with Mexico. This makes It is very convenient for terrorists because what they do is fly to Mexico City, then fly to Ciudad Juarez. The beginning of the “open border zone” is literally 11 miles from the Juarez airport.

(Editor’s Note: This is the exact same geographic area that Judicial Watch placed the location of the ISIS base camp near El Paso).

So think for a second an open border within 11 miles of a major international airport. How convenient is that for the terrorists, called” Other than Mexican’s” to cross into the USA/ Your government tax dollars at work. If you don’t want to get your feet too wet you continue east and come across the border between Esperanza and Fort Hancock where the river is less than 6 inches deep. We put almost 100 miles on our car criss-crossing this 47 mile long open zone and we did not find one…..Not one Border Patrol agent guarding the border.

So a Border Patrol agent in El Paso told me a 75% reduction in field staffing in East County (the open border zone). The correct answer from our research is that there is 100% stand down of border patrol agents allowing any and everyone to cross over the open unsecured borders into the USA.

Regardless of your political affiliation you really have to wonder what is going on here. The people coming into Estados Undios/United States here are not Mexicans. They are categorized as OTM (Other than Mexican).

They routinely caught people from (the following countries)….

Iran             Iraq

Pakistan    Egypt

Syria          Yemen      Turkey”

(Editor’s Note: This is a who’s who list of countries containing terrorists who want to do harm to all Americans. It is also interesting to note that many of the countries listed in the Barber Report include the same countries that we see in Refugee/Resettlement programs which are bringing tens of thousands of unscreened immigrants into the U.S. Further, this reports casts the OTM invasion of the United States, last summer, in a different light. Last summer’s border invasion was a cover for ISIS to set up camps and prepare to strike at targets inside of the United States. Yesterday, I ran a story about the dots connecting for anISIS attack upon Chicago. Unfortunately, some very ominous dots are being connected)

Border Checkpoints Have Become U.S. “Shakedown Centers”

“When we take a big ISIS hit and we will!  You now know where our government let them into this country. You will know how they circumvented the internal Border Patrol checkpoints which are too busy arresting legal Americans and seizing their cash… El Paso, which is the only major city in the United States where you can not leave the area without being checked at an internal Border Patrol checkpoint. It is curious that the government says these checkpoints are to enforce immigration laws yet over 84% of those arrested at these internal checkpoints are legal United States Citizens . The fines from these arrests are a source of revenue for the Obama administration. If you have over $1000 in cash on you that is legally yours, “they” (your USA government) seizes/ your money…

The last image is an “oldie”. For years the drug cartel had a pedestrian suspension bridge from Mexico to Indian Hot Springs just east of the Open Border zone. Yes your government let the cartel operate their own port of entry to bring drugs and people across for many years. We stumbled across it years ago. (Several years ago an El Paso high school teacher found the bridge; the sheriff’s department later found his head cut off; they never did find his body). Look carefully in the middle of the image and you can see the bridge”.

(Editor’s Note: The Judicial Watch report, that revealed an ISIS base camp 8 miles from El Paso, seemingly confirms this report by Jeff Barber. Judicial Watch claims that the Sinoloa Cartel and other cartels now do advanced scouting of high priority targets inside of the United States.

Isn’t it interesting that the cartels now behead many of their victims in very similar fasion as to what various Middle East terror groups have done for years? Because of the Barber Report, we now know why ISIS set up one of its base camps near El Paso because this gives them free passage into the country). Please note that the Barber Report represents primary source journalism which is infinitely more reliable than the second hand reports and, often sanitized information, offered by CNN and FOX. 

Image Border 2: shows you how you (or anyone) can avoid the checkpoints. You come across the river in the Open Border zone either of the following ways.
Plan A: Go north on a dirt road and get on Route 62 just a few miles east of the checkpoint. Route 62 takes you to Carlsbad New Mexico and you can go anywhere in the USA from there. (Marked A)
Plan B: You continue along the river from Esperanza to Indian Hot Springs and then head north, from there, You get on Interstate 10 in Sierra Blanca where I have marked “B” literally three miles east of the checkpoint. Obviously once you get to Interstate 10 you can go anywhere in the USA.

Conclusion

Yesterday, I received credible reports that both the Tucson and El Paso sectors are employing the use of radiation detectors along I-10 and I-40, respectively and that they are being concealed inside of traffic control vehicles so as to not cause concern among the public. If you did not read yesterday’s CSS report on the evidence trail that suggests that Chicago could be a target for an ISIS nuclear detonation, you should read that report now and you will see how these two stories complement each other. The dots are beginning to connect with regard to how many ways America is about to be attacked. It is not a coincidence that there are mass casualty drills taking place and this and other related topics will be the subject of the next article in this series.

Russia Wards Off "Provocative And Aggresive" US Warship In Black Sea

While we are used to hearing of the 100s of "close encounters" between NATO and Russian planes,but,as reported by state news agency RIA - citing an anonymous source in Russia's armed forces, Russian military aircraft were scrambled to head off a U.S. warship that was acting "aggressively" in the Black Sea.

We are used to plane-on-plane "close encounters"...

And now, as The Daily News reports, Russian attack jets were sent to warn off the American warship USS Ross from near the country's territorial waters in the Black Sea, 

The source was quoted as saying that the U.S. destroyer Ross was moving along the edge of Russia's territorial waters and heading in their direction.

"The crew of the ship acted provocatively and aggressively, which concerned the operators of monitoring stations and ships of the Black Sea Fleet," RIA quoted the source as saying.

“Su-24 attack aircraft demonstrated to the American crew readiness to harshly prevent a violation of the frontier and to defend the interests of the country."

"Apparently, the Americans have not forgotten the April 2014 incident when one Su-24 practically 'blacked out' all of the electronics on board the newest American destroyer Donald Cook," the source said.

Russia's Defence Ministry was not immediately available to comment on the report.

Saturday's incident is the latest in a series of border surveillance confrontations between Russia and the West. Europeans, especially the Baltic states, have repeatedly sounded the alarm over Russian jets coming close to their borders.

The US is rotating several warships in and out of the Black Sea, where Russia's naval bases are located. The USS Vella Gulf, USS Ross, USS Truxton, and the USS Taylor – as well as warships from other NATO member states – were spotted in the area over the past few months.

US surveillance shows 'China positioning weapons' in disputed island chain

China has delivered a pointed message to its Asian neighbours and America by staging a military parade on Hainan Island, the province closest to the disputed waters of the South China Sea.

The “Patriotism National Defence Weapons Exhibition” took place in Haikou, the capital of Hainan. The weapons on display - supposedly developed by China within the last 20 years - included a J-10 jet fighter, a WZ-10 helicopter gunship and a tank designed for amphibious operations.

Hainan’s position off China’s southern coast means the island would be the primary base for any military operations in the event of war in the South China Sea. Phoenix News, a Chinese state website, said the event “displayed the nation’s prestige”.

China has laid claim to 90 per cent of the South China Sea, which is believed to be rich in oil and gas. Beijing’s claim to the Spratly islands overlaps with those of Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan. This remote archipelago – which has no indigenous population – lies across some of the world’s most important shipping lanes.

The rival claims have been outstanding for decades, but China has begun to change the status quo by constructing artificial islands inside the Spratly chain, which lies over 800 miles from its coastline. Neighbouring states fear these ambitious projects could herald the construction of Chinese naval and other military facilities.

As if to confirm these fears, American surveillance has detected two motorised artillery pieces positioned on one artificial island, according to the Wall Street Journal. This particular island was completed by China inside the Spratly archipelago about one month ago.

If China has deployed military assets in the Spratly chain, this would mark a “substantial escalation”, said Jonathan Eyal, the head of international security studies at the Royal United Services Institute.

“The militarisation of the situation would make it very clear that the Chinese objective is to impose physical control over some of the most sensitive international waterways in the world,” said Mr Eyal. “It would show China’s long term intention, which is a permanent, physical, military presence in these waterways."

Mr Eyal added: “We are moving to a far more dangerous phase where the Chinese are not merely asserting their claims, but cementing them in military terms.”

Another branch of the federal government is poised to make a massive purchase of ammunition, including hollow points, an expanding bullet designed for “maximizing tissue damage and blood loss or shock.”

A new Federal Bureau of Prisons shopping list includes:

• 1 million 9 mm Lugar 124 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point rounds;
• 1 million 9 mm Lugar 124 Grain Jacketed Ball rounds;
• 1 million 9 mm Lugar 115 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point rounds;
• 1.5 million .223 caliber 55 Grain Full Metal Jacket rounds;
• 40,000 12 Gauge #4 Buckshot 27 Pellets rounds;
• 185,000 12 Gauge #7 ½ shot rounds;
• 10,000 12 Gauge Rifled Slug 1 oz.;
• and 55,000 Cartridge .308 168 Grain Boat Tail rounds.

The list was posted as an online solicitation at FedBizOpps.gov.

It specifies that the source of the millions of rounds can only be a “Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business,” and the ammunition must be delivered to various agency locations over a period of several years.

“All ammunition must be new initial load. NO RELOADED ammunition will be accepted, inclusive of factory or otherwise.”

The solicitation will be available about June 15 through the website, officials said.

“Faith-based and community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible,” the site explains.

Previous bulk ammunition purchases by the government, which have raised concerns, including the Department of Homeland Security plan in 2012 to purchase 200 million rounds and another by the Social Security Administration.

Infowars.com has done extensively research on ammunition purchases by the federal government and has found even the U.S. Postal Service making huge ammunition buys.

The purchases are being made by non-military branches of the government and largely follow the election of Barack Obama to the White House. His support of gun control, ammunition limits and the like have left critics describing him as the best gun and ammunition salesman in history, as business for gun stores has soared under his administration.

The U.S. Department of Education also has been acquiring Glock pistols and Remington shotguns, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has been acquiring ammunition, Infowars reports.

WND reported in March an effort by the White House to ban supplies for the popular AR-15 rifle failed in the face of a massive backlash.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest had claimed that the .223-caliber M855 ball should be banned because it can penetrate an officer’s soft armor and can be fired not just from sporting rifles but “easily concealable weapons.”

The term “easily concealable” was used to describe the AR-15 handgun. A bulky six pounds and 25 inches long, the semi-automatic version of the weapon, with a magazine, would be difficult to conceal, say firearms experts. And it would likely not be the first choice of any street thug or gang member, as it retails for between $1,000 and $2,000.

In fact, gun-rights advocates and law enforcement agencies contacted by WND say they have been unable to document a single incident in which a police officer has been taken down by a criminal using an AR-15 handgun in the 20 years since the M855 ball has been exempted from the federal ban on armor-piercing bullets. It was exempted based on its use for sporting purposes.
