142 Cities In Brazil Are Now Rationing Water As Drought Goes Critical

Did you know that the drought in Brazil is so bad that some neighborhoods are only being allowed to get water once every three days?  At this point, 142 Brazilian cities are rationing water and there does not appear to be much hope that this crippling drought is going to end any time soon.  Unfortunately, most Americans seem to be absolutely clueless about all of this.

In response to the recent article about how the unprecedented drought that is plaguing California right now could affect our food supply, one individual left a comment stating “if Califirnia can’t supply South America will. We got NAFTA.”  Apart from the fact that this person could not even spell “California” correctly, we also see a complete ignorance of what is going on in the rest of the planet.  The truth is that the largest country in South America (Brazil) is also experiencing an absolutely devastating drought at the moment.  They are going to have a very hard time just taking care of their own people for the foreseeable future.

And this horrendous drought in Brazil could potentially have a huge impact on the total global food supply.  As a recent RT article detailed, Brazil is the leading exporter in the world in a number of very important food categories…

Over 140 Brazilian cities have been pushed to ration water during the worst drought on record, according to a survey conducted by the country’s leading newspaper. Some neighborhoods only receive water once every three days.

Water is being rationed to nearly 6 million people living in a total of 142 citiesacross 11 states in Brazil, the world’s leading exporter of soybeans, coffee, orange juice, sugar and beef. Water supply companies told the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper that the country’s reservoirs, rivers and streams are the driest they have been in 20 years. A record heat wave could raise energy prices and damage crops.

Some neighborhoods in the city of Itu in Sao Paulo state (which accounts for one-quarter of Brazil’s population and one-third of its GDP), only receive water once every three days, for a total of 13 hours.

Are you starting to see what I mean?

This is serious.

The drought in North America also continues to get even worse.  According to an expert interviewed by National Geographic, this drought in the state of California “could last for 200 years or more”…

B. Lynn Ingram, a paleoclimatologist at the University of California at Berkeley, thinks that California needs to brace itself for a megadrought—one that could last for 200 years or more.

As a paleoclimatologist, Ingram takes the long view, examining tree rings and microorganisms in ocean sediment to identify temperatures and dry periods of the past millennium. Her work suggests that droughts are nothing new to California.

A drought of even 10 years would absolutely cripple this nation.  Already, the size of the total U.S. cattle herd is the smallest that it has been in 63 years and California farmers are going to lethalf a million acres sit idle this year because of the extremely dry conditions.  If this drought persists for several more years we will have an unprecedented crisis on our hands.

Unfortunately, there are signs that this current drought in California may be part of a larger trend.  I had never heard of “the Pacific Decadal Oscillation” before this week, but apparently it is a phenomenon that can cause droughts that last “for decades“…

Ingram and other paleoclimatologists have correlated several historic megadroughts with a shift in the surface temperature of the Pacific Ocean that occurs every 20 to 30 years—something called the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO). The PDO is similar to an El Nino event except it lasts for decades—as its name implies—whereas an El Nino event lasts 6 to 18 months. Cool phases of the PDO result in less precipitation because cooler sea temperatures bump the jet stream north, which in turn pushes off storms that would otherwise provide rain and snow to California. Ingram says entire lakes dried up in California following a cool phase of the PDO several thousand years ago.

And of course it isn’t just the western half of the country that is struggling with water supply problems.  In the Southeast, water has been a major political issue for quite some time…

The drought-parched states of Georgia, Alabama and Florida are back at it — fighting for a slice of water rights in a decades-long water war that’s left all three thirsty for more.

The 24-year dispute is emblematic of an increasingly common economic problem facing cities and states across the country – the demand for water quickly outpacing the supply as spikes in population soak up resources.

Most of us that live in the United States are accustomed to having seemingly inexhaustible supplies of fresh water.  We use more fresh water per capita than anyone else on the planet, and most of us never even think twice about it.

Unfortunately, things are changing.  We are on the precipice of a great water crisis, and many Americans are going to be in for a very rude awakening.

And the frightening thing is that the U.S. is actually in much better shape than most of the rest of the world is when it comes to supplies of fresh water.  In some areas of the globe, a “water crisis” is already a daily reality.

We have heard that someday water is going to become the “new oil”, and we are starting to get to that point.  Life is simply not possible without water, and as global supplies of clean, fresh water dwindle it is inevitable that it is going to cause global tensions to rise.

Third snowstorm in a week pushes East Coast to brink

The East Coast has been pushed to the brink by its third snowstorm in a week, which caused 5000 more flights to be cancelled or delayed Tuesday and a rock salt shortage -- and now warmer weather and rain could bring flooding.

The latest winter storm blew in early yesterday, dumping a mix of rain and light snow on the tri-state area and secured this month's spot as New York's second snowiest February on record, with a total of 28 inches falling on Central Park. The winter average for the city is 27 inches.

So much snowfall has led to critical shortages of rock salt, which is used to help melt ice and snow on roads and public areas, in Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania, while New Jersey scrambled to secure a huge shipment stuck at a port in Maine.

In 1993, Tom Cruise starred in the movie, The Firm, in which an unwitting recent law school graduate went to work for a major Memphis law firm which paid its newest junior partners exceptionally well. Unfortunately for Cruise, the Firm was a mafia controlled law firm which specialized on legitimizing laundered money derived from organized criminal activities. When any of the lawyers deviated from the criminal enterprise script, they were murdered. Anyone who posed a threat to the Firm, was murdered. The movie, The Firm, is not just a Hollywood movie, it is being acted out in real life.

The Banking Industry Is a Criminal Enterprise Organization

Doug Hagmann has recently revealed the existence of a massive Wall Street surveillance grid conducted between an interlocked triumvirate of the NYPD, the CIA and the banks themselves. And just like the movie, The Firm, the surveillance grid is designed to eliminate all people who could pose a potential threat to bankster operations. Hagmann also revealed that the Senate has looked at financial “irregularities” of JP Morgan in a heavily censored report released in 2013. The cat is out of the bag. These murders represent damage control to keep the plot of a global financial meltdown being engineered by the banksters. Despite the cover-up, there is still enough evidence to conclude that a financial meltdown is in our near future.

Doug Hagmann, in the same article, also revealed the trail of deaths of important bankers who have been suicided. At least it appears they have been suicided unless you believe the fiction  of the following story that “Richard Talley, 57, who was the founder and CEO of American Title, a company he founded in 2001. Talley and his company were under investigation by state insurance regulators at the time of his death. He was found in the garage of his Colorado home by a family member who called authorities. Talley reportedly died from seven or eight “self-inflicted” wounds from a nail gun fired into his torso and head”. Just like the movie, The Firm, any potential whistleblowers are being murdered before they can testify, hence, the reason, behind the recent rash of murders of the bankers. 

It appears that the “smart banksters” got out in the nick of time. In a December 9, 2012 interview on The Common Sense Show, Jim Marrs discussed how approximately 400-500 top level bankers have left the USA in a sudden and dramatic fashion.

Whatever is coming, is international.Chinese Banks Are Hiding “The Mother of All Debt Bombs” There are also reports which suggest that “Shadow Bankers” have been leaving China for this past year. 

There is a planned economic collapse coming and gold will, once again, become the new standard bearer of wealth.

On June 2, 2014, while appearing on The Common Sense Show, former World Bank attorney, Karen Hudes, revealed that the World Bank refuses to surrender gold which rightfully belongs to Germany.

The coming economic collapse and resulting social chaos has not escaped the attention of the intelligence agencies. In December of 2012, I revealed that many former alphabet soup agency members have gone into hiding with like-minded people of similar backgrounds in previously prepared communities to escape some catastrophic societal event. Is this also why former DHS director, Janet Napolitano resigned to assume a mediocre position. 

There is an undeniable pattern here. The world is heading for a global economic collapse which is designed to usher in a “Brave New World” with draconian features which will be discussed in a future article. The coming global economic apocalypse is only half of the plot that a small number of banksters have concocted in order to control all wealth in the country. The rest of this report will demonstrate how the rank and file in this are having their every resource cataloged and tracked as a precursor to total confiscation of all wealth. 

They Can’t Steal Your Assets, Unless They Know What You Have Got

It is now being widely reported that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has revealed that the organization has spent millions of dollars on the “warrantless” collection, analysis and distribution of the financial transactions of private American citizens. The CFPB contractors are required to provide this information with government agencies such as the FBI, DHS, NSA and IRS.

Judicial Watch, through the filing of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in April of 2013 learned the following:

• “An “indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity” contract with Experian worth up to $8,426,650 to track daily consumer habits of select individuals without their awareness or consent.

• A provision stipulating that “The contractor recognizes that, in performing this requirement, the Contractor may obtain access to non-public,confidential information, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or proprietary information.”

• A stipulation that “The Contractor may be required to share credit carddata collected from the Banks with additional government entities as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).”  (Judicial Watch).

At the present time and as a result of the CFPB data collection program, the US Chamber of Commerce has accused the CFPB of breaking the law by demanding the account-level data without a warrant or National Security Letter. And still nothing has been done and no criminal or corporate official will ever take the perp walk for these crimes against Americans. 

The net effect of what we are looking at in the Judicial Watch revelations is that NOTHING that you do financially is private. The government is aware of your every move, indexes the information and likely creates a personal matrix of your financial habits.

I have also learned that the CFPB is controlled by the Federal Reserve Board and as a result has no public oversight.  

The net effect is that your emails, phone calls, fax transmissions, travel habits (as tracked by your cell phone), your medical records and now your investment, spending and savings habits are public record. It is clear that your every financial move is being tracked in preparation to seize every asset possible. And this is only the tip of the iceberg. There is more, much more. 

What Is the Extent of the Illegal Government Spying?

 Here is the connection between the dead bankers, the planned financial collapse and the preparations to confiscate every hard asset that you and I own. 

The best case scenario to justify this kind of spying is representative of a Reuters report which surfaced in 2011 which stated that the NSA shares intelligence with Wall Streetbanks in the name of “battling hackers.” Therefore, as NSA Director Alexander stated that the NSA must spy on you to protect you. These reasons, even if valid, do not successfully mitigate the violation of privacy and illegal search as defined in the Fourth Amendment.

The ACLU speaks about “Fusion Centers” which is a mixture of military, intelligence agency and private corporations set up in selected and fortified centersthroughout the country. Ostensibly, Fusion Centers are run by the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security. The ACLU felt that the unbridled sharing of information could provide an unfair advantage to government preferred contractors and ultimately force smaller businesses, not playing in the same game of crony capitalism, to go out of business.

A 2008 Department of Homeland Security Privacy Office review of Fusion centers concluded that they presented risks to privacy because of ambiguous lines of authority, rules and oversight, intrusive private sector data mining, excessive secrecy, often produced inaccurate or incomplete information and the missions frequently exceeded their mission objectives. Even more disturbing was the side reference made about the civilian spy program, the FBI’s Infraguard, which found that they provided intelligence information to large corporations prior to surrendering the information to elected officials. To those who think the government exists to serve the corporations, you apparently thought correctly.  

What all of this boils down to is that we have proof positive that selected agencies of the government are engaged in flagrantly and illegally spying on American citizens and both the President and the Congress know about it and are seemingly powerless and/or desirous to stop it! We are about to robbed blind by the very government who we elected. Albeit, the government which has been hijacked by the banking cartel.

Why?

What nobody ever talks about is why do these out of control agencies need to spy on and record our every movement?

As a former college basketball coach one of my primary duties was to gather as much information about our upcoming opponent in a direct effort to control and subdue our opponent. This is the purpose of any intelligence gathering activity whether we are talking about scouting sports teams or spying on our enemies. When one considers this fact and combines this fact with the realization that DHS has recently purchased 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition and acquired 2700 armored personnel carriers as well as the passage of the NDAA and Executive Order 13603, we need to sit up and take notice of the new era that we now live in. Add to that the fact Jim Garrow and my military sources are saying that Obama is firing military officers who will not fire upon American citizens who are rioting in the streets. And there will be rioting in the streets when the financial collapse comes and the government has seized all bank accounts, 401 K’s, IRA’s and all retirement accounts. Isn’t it interesting and concerning that Jim Garrow was the recent victim of a failed assassination attempt.   

Based upon this conglomeration of proven facts, we can conclude at minimum that the following is true:

1.    The American people are the enemy of the state because we are incessantly being spied upon.

2.    The alphabet soup agencies, under the direction of DHS, are preparing to go to war with average citizens of the United States after the government seizes our monetary assets.

3.    As in any conflict between a government and its people, it is safe to say that there will be horrific atrocities committed on both sides.

4.    As pointed out earlier, there are confirmed enemies of the state lists (no fly, MIAC report, etc). This greatly increases the chances that there is indeed that rumored “Red List” with people who are targeted for immediate elimination with extreme prejudice when martial law is rolled out. And there is probably a “Blue List” which targets less threatening undesirables with incarceration and slave labor (e.g. Civilian Inmate Labor Program- Army Regulation 210-35).

5.    We can debate the means and methods of the tyranny (e.g. FEMA camp possibilities, etc.), however, in a country with 300 million privately owned guns and a national police force which is arming to the teeth, it is safe to say that a train wreck of epic proportions lies in our near future.

 

Conclusion

The goal of the police state surveillance grid is to gather intelligence information about the American people prior to subduing them by force after stealing their every asset. This unquestionably is exactly what we are witnessing today. 

Jim Garrow has stated on The Common Sense Show,that the fired military commanders are planning a guerrilla civil war of an indefinite length of time. 

Sometimes, it looks like everyone else knows what is coming except for you and me. Now you know. Get your money out of the bank. Cash in your retirement if you can. Get liquid and invest in strategies and products which will enhance the survival of you and your family.

And what is the end game of all of this?  I am becoming convinced that we are going to begin to see the unraveling of humanity with the implementation of transhumanism as its final goal. This is an extinction level event at the end of the day.

Does The Trail Of Dead Bankers Lead Somewhere?

What are we to make of this sudden rash of banker suicides? Does this trail of dead bankers lead somewhere? Or could it be just a coincidence that so many bankers have died in such close proximity? I will be perfectly honest and admit that I do not know what is going on. But there are some common themes that seem to link at least some of these deaths together. First of all, most of these men were in good health and in their prime working years. 

Secondly, most of these “suicides” seem to have come out of nowhere and were a total surprise to their families. Thirdly, three of the dead bankers worked for JP Morgan. Fourthly, several of these individuals were either involved in foreign exchange trading or the trading of derivatives in some way. So when “a foreign exchange trader” jumped to his death from the top of JP Morgan’s Hong Kong headquarters this morning, that definitely raised my eyebrows. These dead bankers are starting to pile up, and something definitely stinks about this whole thing.

What would cause a young man that is making really good money to jump off of a 30 story building? The following is how the South China Morning Post described the dramatic suicide of 33-year-old Li Jie…

An investment banker at JP Morgan jumped to his death from the roof of the bank’s headquarters in Central yesterday.

Witnesses said the man went to the roof of the 30-storey Chater House in the heart of Hong Kong’s central business district and, despite attempts to talk him down, jumped to his death.

If this was just an isolated incident, nobody would really take notice.

But this is now the 7th suspicious banker death that we have witnessed in just the past few weeks…

- On January 26, former Deutsche Bank executive Broeksmit was found dead at his South Kensington home after police responded to reports of a man found hanging at a house. According to reports, Broeksmit had “close ties to co-chief executive Anshu Jain.”

- Gabriel Magee, a 39-year-old senior manager at JP Morgan’s European headquarters, jumped 500ft from the top of the bank’s headquarters in central London on January 27, landing on an adjacent 9 story roof.

- Mike Dueker, the chief economist at Russell Investments, fell down a 50 foot embankment in what police are describing as a suicide. He was reported missing on January 29 by friends, who said he had been “having problems at work.”

- Richard Talley, 57, founder of American Title Services in Centennial, Colorado, was also found dead earlier this month after apparently shooting himself with a nail gun.

- 37-year-old JP Morgan executive director Ryan Henry Crane died last week.

- Tim Dickenson, a U.K.-based communications director at Swiss Re AG, also died last month, although the circumstances surrounding his death are still unknown.

So did all of those men actually kill themselves?

Well, there is reason to believe that at least some of those deaths may not have been suicides after all.

For example, before throwing himself off of JP Morgan’s headquarters in London, Gabriel Magee had actually made plans for later that evening…


There was no indication Magee was going to kill himself at all. In fact, Magee’s girlfriend had received an email from him the night before saying he was finishing up work and would be home soon.

And 57-year-old Richard Talley was found “with eight nail gun wounds to his torso and head” in his own garage.

How in the world was he able to accomplish that?

Like I said, something really stinks about all of this.

Meanwhile, things continue to deteriorate financially around the globe. Just consider some of the things that have happened in the last 48 hours…

-According to the Bangkok Post, people are “stampeding to yank their deposits out of banks” in Thailand right now.

-Venezuela is coming apart at the seams. Just check out the photos in this article.

-The unemployment rate in South Africa is above 24 percent.

-Ukraine is on the verge of total collapse…


Three weeks of uneasy truce between the Ukrainian government and Western-oriented protesters ended Tuesday with an outburst of violence in which at least three people were killed, prompting a warning from authorities of a crackdown to restore order. Protesters outside the Ukrainian parliament hurled broken bricks and Molotov cocktails at police, who responded with stun grenades and rubber bullets.

-This week we learned that the level of bad loans in Spain has risen to a new all-time high of 13.6 percent.

-China is starting to quietly sell off U.S. debt. Already, Chinese U.S. Treasury holdings are down to their lowest level in almost a year.

-During the 4th quarter of 2013, U.S. consumer debt rose at the fastest pace since 2007.

-U.S. homebuilder confidence just experienced the largest one month decline ever recorded.

-George Soros has doubled his bet that the S&P 500 is going to crash. His total bet is now up to about $1,300,000,000.

Could some of these deaths have something to do with this emerging financial crisis?

That is a very good question.

Once again, I will be the first one to admit that I simply do not know why so many bankers are dying.

But one thing is for certain – dead bankers don’t talk.

Everyone knows that there is a massive amount of corruption in our banking system. If the truth about all of this corruption was to ever actually come out and justice was actually served, we would see a huge wave of very important people go to prison.

In addition, it is an open secret that Wall Street has been transformed into the largest casino in the history of the world over the past several decades. Our big banks have become more reckless than ever, and trillions of dollars are riding on the decisions that are being made every day. In such an environment, it is expected that you will be loyal to the firm that you work for and that you will keep your mouth shut about the secrets that you know.

In the final analysis, there is really not that much difference between how mobsters operate and how Wall Street operates.

If you cross the line, you may end up paying a very great price.

American taxpayers have built an entire city in Virginia so that the Pentagon, can practice occupying American cities and putting down protests by US citizens. This fake city is the training ground for the doctrine outlined in a leaked US Army document that describes how soldiers are to be trained to put down domestic disturbances and process prisoners through detainment camps where prisoners will be re-educated to appreciate US policies. In situations of “extreme necessity” the training embraces deadly force: “Warning shot will not be fired. When a firearm is discharged it will be fired with the intent of rendering the person(s) at whom it is discharged incapable of continuing that activity or course of behavior.” Lecturers in the training courses describe constitutionalists as “domestic extremists.”

Does this make the President of the United States, whose oath of office is to defend the US Constitution against enemies domestic and foreign, a domestic extremist? Is the fear of arrest by Homeland Security as a domestic extremist the reason Obama refuses to defend the Constitution of the United States?

The Army is being trained for domestic police duties that are in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act that prevents the use of the military for domestic law enforcement, another indication that Washington has no respect for the country’s laws and that Obama and his “Justice” Department have no intention of enforcing the laws of the land or abiding by the Constitution.

Where is the media outcry? Where are the law schools? Where is Congress? A government that disregards the laws of the land is both treasonous and tyrannical. Yet, not a peep from “the free and the brave.”

The US government and its puppet auxiliary, the UK government, have turned with vengeance against whistleblowers and their attorneys. Bradley Manning is in prison, Julian Assange is confined to the Ecuadoran Embassy in London, and Edward Snowden is under Russian protection from a tyrannical US government. Jessellyn Radack, an attorney who represented Snowden was recently detained and questioned in an intimidating way at London’s Heathrow Airport. Washington has taught its British puppet state how to mimic Washington’s Gestapo ways.




The latest revelations of the criminal activities of the Amerikan National Stasi Agency
comes from a leaked NSA document that shows that the Stasi agency considers WikiLeaks Julian Assange to be a “malicious foreign actor” and launched “an international effort to focus the legal element of national power upon non-state actor Assange, and the human network that supports WikiLeaks.” Clearly, the Gestapo is upon us.

The NSA was not alone in its sweeping espionage on the whistle-blowing organization. It also enlisted its partners in the Five Eyes spying network (UK, New Zealand, Australia and Canada) as well as other nations. Julian Assange stated, correctly, “The NSA and its UK accomplices show no respect for the rule of law.”

Whenever you hear “national security” invoked, you know that government is covering up its crimes and its lies.

The criminal character of both US and UK governments is now recognized by the rest of the world, even by the bought-and-paid-for NATO puppet states, France and Germany. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande are discussing the creation of a European communication network in order to protect Europeans’ communications from the NSA and from Google, Facebook, and other US communication companies that shamelessly cooperate with NSA’s spy network as junior members of the Stasi. Brazil and South America are facing the same challenge of protecting their communications from Washington’s National Stasi Agency.

NSA spies on foreign companies for the benefit of American ones, and it spies on US law firms representing clients against the US government. The New York Times recently reported that the corrupt Australian puppet state has been working with NSA to steal the private communications of US lawyers with their clients in the Indonesian government involved in a trade dispute with Washington. In other words, NSA spying helps the US government to prevail in economic lawsuits against it, but the spying is justified in the name of the nonexistent “terrorist threat.” The terrorist is NSA.

And you thought Washington was only spying on “terrorists” to prevent them from “killing us over here.”

It is impossible to paint a picture of a more lawless government than Washington has
painted of itself.

By cutting off Lorde’s speech, the media moguls proved the truth of her words. Americans must not hear. The dolts might wake up.

Americans should take note that the media is on guard, prepared at an instance’s notice to suppress free speech. Washington is ever so pleased to support protesters in Ukraine, who are witlessly helping Washington to subvert their country, but no protests at home thank you.

With the Pentagon building fake cities for soldiers to demolish while practicing the unconstitutional occupation practices that are in store for us in the homeland, Alex Jones’ predictions move out of the realm of conspiracy theory. Washington has finally noticed that the result of moving middle class jobs offshore is an American population without a future. As Gerald Celente says, when people have nothing left to lose, they lose it. The US military is gearing up for when Americans can’t take it any more.

Meanwhile Washington continues the pretense of America as the land of “freedom and democracy” and “concern for human rights,” blah-blah-blah. People all over the world, with the exception of the paid protesters in western Ukraine, are no longer listening to the bullshit flowing from Washington and its presstitute media.

Central Bank Tested as Ruble Falls to Record Lows

MOSCOW, February 19 (RIA Novosti) – The Russian ruble continued to slide Wednesday, reaching a historic minimum against the euro as its fall brought the central bank close to the point where it would be committed to unlimited interventions to prop up the currency.

The euro climbed to more than 49 rubles Wednesday, while the dollar rose to 35.76 rubles, its highest level against the ruble since March 2009, according to data from the Moscow Exchange.

The value of the euro-dollar basket, the benchmark used by the central bank, reached 41.8 rubles in afternoon trading, close to the upper limit of the ruble corridor set by the regulator.

If the ruble strays outside of the corridor, the central bank has said it will conduct unlimited interventions to bring the currency back within its target range.

The ruble has been one of the fastest fallers amid 2014 emerging market currency declines. This year alone the Russian currency has lost over 6 percent of its value against the euro-dollar basket.

Russian officials have denied that the authorities are deliberately allowing the ruble to weaken in order to raise export revenue and stimulate the country’s flagging economy.

Unlike central banks in other emerging markets, the Russian regulator has not raised rates in an attempt to stem the ruble’s slide.

In an apparent attempt to balance the dual challenges of stubbornly high inflation and stagnant economic growth, the central bank kept interest rates on hold following its policy meeting last week.

Judge Napolitano: Impeachment the only way to stop Obama's executive actions

While speaking with Fox News' Neil Cavuto, Judge Andrew Napolitano said impeachmentis the only way to stop President Obama from ruling by executive fiat, Newsmax reported Thursday.

"The president is doing the opposite of what he was elected to do," he said. "At some point he is totally frustrating what Congress has written."
He also told Cavuto that when Obama takes unilateral action, picking and choosing what laws -- or portions of laws -- to enforce, he is actually telling people how to avoid the law.

The president has unilaterally delayed portions of Obamacare without going through Congress, and he has taken other executive actions on issues like the minimum wage, gun control and immigration.

Although some Republicans have threatened impeachment, Napolitano said that as a whole, neither Congress nor the American people have the guts to see it through. Another problem is the current makeup of the Senate. Even if Obama were impeached by the House, a Senate controlled by Democrats would never vote to convict or remove him from office.

Napolitano had an explanation for that as well.

"There's sort or a cult around him in the Democratic Party that he's 'our guy' and he can do whatever he wants," the former New Jersey Superior Court judge said.

Talk show host Rush Limbaugh also weighed in on the issue, telling his audienceWednesday the "lawlessness" of the Obama administration "knows no bounds."

"There's nothing stopping this man from doing anything," Limbaugh said. "If he wants to raise marginal tax rates, he can just do it. Nobody's gonna stop him."

"Here is the latest," Limbaugh added. "As you know, the Regime recently delayed the implementation of the employer mandate for three years, until 2016. This means that employers who have a hundred or less employees will be subject to the mandate."

But the change ordered by the president includes a clause specifically designed to prevent employers from firing people because of Obamacare, essentially turning staffing decisions into potential crimes.

"So what the Obama Regime has done, is said firms and businesses are going to be required to certify to the IRS -- under penalty of perjury -- that Obamacare was not a motivating factor in their staffing decisions," Limbaugh said.

"I mean, this is absolutely lawless. It is against the law," Limbaugh added.
