ANOTHER PLANE! Flight #AH5017 Lost on Radar before Alleged Crash

Ukraine's Government Collapses, PM Yatsenyuk Resigns

As if Ukraine was not struggling through enough turmoil currently,Bloomberg reports that the fragile coalition government has collapsed after two parties quit. The UDAR and Svoboda parties said they’d leave the government and seek a snap parliamentary ballot. Tempers have been fraying recently as numerous brawls have broken out in parliament ahead of President Poroshenko's pledge to call elections this year. All we have to do now is find out who Washington would like to see in power? The end result: Prime Minister Yatsenyuk just resigned. The big question now is what will the IMF do about the remaining tranches of its loans? Via BBG:

How The Ukrainian government has settled these problems in the past.
Ukraine’s coalition collapsed after two parties quitduring a months-long pro-Russian insurgency in the nation’s east that downed a Malaysian Air jet last week.

The UDAR and Svoboda parties said they’d leave the government and seek a snap parliamentary ballot, according to statements today on their websites. Under the constitution, the former Soviet republic has 30 days to form a new coalition or it must call early elections. The existing cabinet will remain in place in the meantime.

Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s government, took over the country in February after pro-European street protests prompted Kremlin-backed President Viktor Yanukovych to flee to Russia. Yanukovych’s successor, billionaire PetroPoroshenko, had pledged to call parliamentary elections this year.

“We will probably have snap parliamentary elections at the end of October,” Yuriy Yakymenko, the head of political research at the Razumkov Center, said by phone from Kiev today. “This option was probably agreed on by political parties seeking elections and the president.”

The government and the current parliament will keep working until new institutions are formed, he said. Olga Lappo, Yatsenyuk’s spokeswoman, declined to comment when reached by phone today.

North America The Divided

Argument - Public Domain
A house divided against itself will surely fall.  America is more divided today than it has been in decades, and the deep divisions that are tearing us apart continue to get even worse.  In fact, a newly released Rasmussen Reports national survey discovered that 67 percentof voters believe that America is even more divided now than it was four years ago.  We are angry, we are frustrated and we love to fight with one another, but none of this strife and discord is getting us anywhere.  What most Americans can agree on is that we are facing tremendous problems as a nation.  One average of recent polls found that only 26 percent of Americans believe that this country is heading in the right direction and 63.8 percent of Americans believe that this country is heading in the wrong direction.  Unfortunately, there is very little agreement on what the solutions to our problems are.  That is where the division is.  As a nation, we no longer have a shared set of values or principles that provides a foundation for our decisions.  Everyone just kind of does whatever is right in their own eyes, and the result is chaos.  At a minimum, the U.S. Constitution was supposed to bond all of us together, but it has become clear that very few of our lawless politicians have any respect for that document at this point.  And the American people must not have too much respect left for the Constitution either, because they keep sending the very same politicians back to Washington over and over again.  Unless a miracle happens, everyone is going to keep pulling in different directions, and that is going to continue ripping our country to shreds.
The issues that divide us are countless.  The following are just a few examples...
-Illegal Immigration
-Taxes
-Obamacare
-Government Debt
-U.S. Military Intervention In Foreign Countries
-Gay Marriage
-Abortion
-Racial Relations
-Unemployment
-Shipping Our Jobs Overseas
-Cost Of Living/Inflation
-The Gap Between The Wealthy And The Poor
-Social Security/Medicare/Entitlements
-The Size And Role Of Government
-Welfare
-Political Correctness
-Sexual Morality
-Global Warming/Climate Change
-Guns/Gun Control
-Common Core
-Corporate Corruption
-Government Surveillance
-The Emerging Big Brother Police State
-The War On Drugs
-The War On Terror
-U.S. Relationship With Israel
-The Role Of Faith In Society
I could go on and on with this list, but I think that you get the point.
If you pick just about any issue on that list, there are large numbers of Americans that want to take us one way and large numbers of Americans that want to take us exactly in the opposite direction.  In many instances, both sides consider their opponents to be the epitome of evil.
Sadly, the fights that take place among those that are supposed to be on the same side are often even more disturbing.  Some of the most bitter fighting that I have ever witnessed has been between people that should be working together.  In fact, it often seems like a lot of people would rather fight others in their own "movement" than do something constructive.
And actually the establishment loves when we fight with one another.  The more divided that we are, the easier we are to control.
I am often asked if I think that there is any hope for a political solution in this country.
I wish that I could be more optimistic when I answer, but as divided as this country is right now I see absolutely no hope for a political solution on the national level any time soon.
Even though Darth Vader has a higher favorability rating than any 2016 White House contenders, it is inevitable that one of them (with the full backing of the elite) will be our next president.  And even though a few incumbents will be knocked out of Congress in 2014 and 2016, history has shown us that incumbents typically have a victory rate of more than 80 percent in election after election.
We keep sending the same jokers back to D.C. again and again and yet we continue to keep expecting different results.
Are we insane or what?
In a previous article, I noted a whole bunch of other polls and surveys that show how dissatisfied the American people have become with our government...
#1 65 percent of Americans are dissatisfied “with the U.S. system of government and its effectiveness”.  That is the highest level of dissatisfaction that Gallup has ever recorded.
#2 66 percent of Americans are dissatisfied “with the size and power of federal government”.
#3 70 percent of Americans do not have confidence that the government will “make progress on the important problems and issues facing the country in 2014.”
#4 Only 8 percent of Americans believe that Congress is doing a “good” or “excellent” job.
#5 Only 4 percent of Americans believe that it would “change Congress for the worse” if every member was voted out during the next election.
#6 60 percent of Americans report feeling “angry or irritable”.  Two years ago that number was at 50 percent.
#7 53 percent of Americans believe that the Obama administration is “not competent in running the government”.
#8 An all-time low 31 percent of Americans identify themselves as Democrats.
#9 An all-time low 25 percent of Americans identify themselves as Republicans.
#10 An all-time high 42 percent of Americans identify themselves as Independents.
Clearly the American people are sick and tired of politics as usual.
But even if we voted out every single member of Congress, who would we replace them with?
That is where not having a shared set of values and principles comes into play.
Even if we could start from scratch, the new politicians that the American people would send to Congress would not suddenly look like the founding fathers.
That is because we no longer believe in the same values and principles that they did.
Instead, an entirely new Congress would probably end up looking very much like the old Congress did.
I wish that national unity was just as easy as saying something like this: "Come on guys - let's all just get together and agree to do what is right for the country."
That sounds really good, but what is right for the country?
In America today, there is very little agreement about what is right and wrong anymore.
And politically, it is hard enough to get a handful of people to agree on much of anything these days, much less the millions upon millions of people that would be required to form a viable political movement.
So no, I don't believe that there will be a political solution on the national level any time soon.  The government that we have already reflects what is in the hearts of the American people.
Until we start seeing hearts change on a widespread basis, we are not going to see any significant change in Washington.

New Home Sales Collapse 20%

New Home Sales in June plunged to 406k vs 504k in May (remember that 504k print was the catalyst for 'weather' is over and the market to surge: it somehow was magically revised lower by more than 10% to only 442K) Now that has soaked in, consider this is equal lowest sales print since September 2013 (and Dec 2012) and the biggest miss since July 2013.

The last 3 months of exuberance have all been revised significantly lower as follows:
March: 410K to 408K
April: 425K to 408K
May: 504K to 442K

What is even more troubling in the "survey" vs "reality" world is thiscollapse in sales when NAHB Sentiment surged to near cycle highs. For context, this is a 5-standard-deviation miss from economists' expectations, below the lowest guess and a massive miss from almost highest estimate Joe Lavorgna's 510k.

Where the biggest revision was: sales in the West. One wonders how it is possible to overestimate sales in one region by 20%?

And this is all going to be quite a shock for the homebuilders...

Finally, here is your long-term recovery:

Iran's supreme leader calls for end to 'murderous' Israeli regime

DUBAI (Reuters) - Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Wednesday called for a referendum canvassing the Arabs and Jews that live in Israel in order to end the "Zionist state", but said until such a vote could be held, armed resistance was necessary.

Khamenei and his predecessor the Ayatollah Rouhollah Khomeini have called repeatedly over the years for an end to the Jewish state, including through a referendum in the region, where Palestinians are in the majority.

In his first official comments on Israel since the start of its offensive on the Gaza Strip on July 8, Khamenei reiterated the call.

"There are logical and practical means to this end, which is for people who live and belong there to pick the government of their choice through a referendum. That would be the end of a usurping fake regime," Khamenei, who has the last word in all matters in Shi'te Muslim Iran, said in a speech to university students in Tehran.

Until then, Khamenei said, "while waiting for an end to this cold-blooded murderous regime, mighty armed resistance is the only way to deal with it."

Khamenei made clear for the first time that he was talking about the dismantling of the state of Israel, not the death of Jews.

"Israel's annihilation is the only real cure, but that doesn't mean destroying Jews in this region," he said in his speech, which was posted on his website.

Iran's new president Hassan Rouhani is trying to improve ties with Western countries, including the United States, in a public relations war with Israel.

Israel launched its offensive to halt rocket salvoes by Hamas and its allies, which have struggled under an Israeli-Egyptian economic blockade on Gaza and been angered by a crackdown on their supporters in the nearby occupied West Bank.

As of the end of Wednesday, 687 Palestinians, mostly civilians, and 32 Israeli soldiers had died in the fighting.

Iran is to mark "International Qods Day," an annual event falling on the last Friday of Ramadan, with nationwide organized demonstrations in solidarity with Palestinians and against Israel.

Fast and Furious Is Alive and Well and Is Being Used to Expand Drug and Gun Trafficking

Fast and Furious is alive and well.
Fast and Furious is alive and well.
According to my confidential sources the manner in which the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) deals with confiscated weapons associated with the commission of a drug crime has changed. Formerly, when the DEA would execute a drug bust and seize weapons, they would simply destroy the guns, unless the guns were to be used as evidence in an upcoming trial. In such cases, guns would be destroyed when they had outlived their evidentiary usefulness. Then came along Mr. Fast and Furious, Eric Holder who has ordered that all guns seized by any Federal agency, including the DEA, must be turned over to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). Some of you who know your history already know where this is going.

Those Who Do Not Remember Their History Are Doomed to Repeat It

The ATF and Eric Holder were implicated “nine times Sunday” for their role in shipping guns from the United States into Mexico which ended up in the hands of the drug cartels. Holder refused to cooperate with a Congressional investigation and was held in Contempt of Congress. Unfortunately, Congress did not have the courage to impeach, convict and remove Eric Holder from his Attorney General position. Congress failed to launch a subsequent investigation which would and should have looked for presidential complicity in Fast and Furious as well.
There were some ATF officials who were turned into sacrificial lambs and were subsequently fired for their role in Fast and Furious. The body count should have continued to mount until the evidence trail from “All the President’s Men” should have landed squarely on the desk of the Oval Office as it did with Richard Nixon and Watergate. However, since true investigative journalism is all but dead in this country, the evidence trail grew cold as Congress cowered in the corner. Where was Trey Gowdy? Were was Darryl Issa? Where was anybody who was elected to protect and to serve the people, when justice was not ultimately served?

Holder Should Be In Prison but….

Brian Terry
Brian Terry
Let’s not forget that the Fast and Furious events culminated in the murder of Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry. The guns were TRACED and TRACKED back to guns given to the Mexican drug cartels. For most aware Americans the story stopped at this point. The question that was never properly asked and answered, until now, what is the present status of Fast and Furious? Isn’t interesting that the mainstream media never demonstrated to the public that this illegal program, Fast and Furious, was ever put to rest. According to several insiders, the answer to that question is an emphatic no. The program has morphed and is still active! Make no mistake about it, Fast and Furious is alive and well, the only thing that changed was the circuitous electronic route that the guns take to get to their intended users, namely terrorists and drug cartel members.

The Present Status of Fast and Furious

If the public believes that the drugs for guns given to terrorists pipeline ever ended with Iran-Contra, the public is mistaken. Colonel North took his slap on the wrist and the CIA and the Air America blueprint continued unabated in various parts of the world from Rwanda to Bosnia as well as in Serbia. As an aside, please allow me to remind everyone that the UN “Peace-Keepers” were in attendance at each one of those genocides. So, for those who wonder why so many of us are concerned about the UN’s presence on our soil, this should answer your question.
In the present time and under the umbrella of the Iran-Contra blueprint, Fast and Furious is alive, well and bigger than ever before. In fact, if the status of Fast and Furious were to be represented on a stock report, the report would claim that the operation is claiming new market shares.
My DEA source originally pointed me in the correct direction with regard to the disposition of guns seized in a drug bust. Armed with this information, I was able to start asking better questions and two other informants provided me with some stunning operational details.
Thanks to Alana Cook, a former defense contractor with a security clearance,  she provided me with the means to gain access to operational details which is largely hidden in plain sight, but  these details were stored in multiple locations. For the record, I want to unequivocally state that she never provided me with any classified information. Alana simply pointed me to publicly available material which allowed me to ask more brazen operatives better questions.
Here is what I have learned about the present status of Fast and Furious. Every gun that goes to the ATF, after it is seized by any Federal entity, is electronically equipped to be tracked. Congressman Duncan Hunter is the point man in getting this technology funded with very limited information provided to members of Congress.  I will delve into this aspect in the next part in this series. Suffice it to say that every gun that now goes into Fast and Furious, is tracked with technology that is traceable from satellites and deep space platforms. At any given moment, DOJ operatives know exactly how many guns are in what location and what organizations possess the weapons.

How Is the Information Used?

Please allow me to retrace some previously presented information in which it was revealed in this column that there exists publicly available court testimony which sheds light on the deal struck between the DEA and the Sinaloa cartel.  If you recall, the Sinaloa cartel is allowed to bring drugs into the United States in exchange for drug trafficking information on the other cartels (e.g. Juarez and Los Zetas cartels). On the surface, this arrangement makes no sense because the Sinaloa cartel dwarfs the other cartels because of their exclusive relationship with the world’s biggest drug dealers, the Peruvian based SANCHEZ-Paredes cartel. What is easy to conclude is that the Sinaloa cartel is being used to eliminate the competition in drug trafficking.
This is what my sources tell me about how this set up works. An arms transaction is set up with a cartel which rivals the elite-preferred Sinaloa cartel. The guns are electronically monitored. When the rival cartel moves the drugs into the United States they are tracked and subsequently interdicted and both the drugs and guns are interdicted. The guns are recycled again and again using this strategy. I have been unable to find out what happens to the seized drugs. This action has another side benefit as well. As most aware patriots realize, the privatized prison business is fast becoming the preferred method employed by most states. However, corporations such as the CCA demand from the local state legislature guaranteed occupancy rates. In my home state of Arizona, the occupancy rate is guaranteed at 100%, or the taxpayer foots the bill for the deficit. These drug busts provide fresh bodies for this system and keep the occupancy rates high. It is the elite’s way of doubling down on the profit side of the present form of Fast and Furious. Yet, the main purpose of this program is to guarantee that rival gangs are not allowed to drive down the price of street drugs due to an over-saturated drug market.

Stunning Revelations

This same strategy is being used for funding regime change operations in the Middle East. Fast and Furious principles allow guns to flow to Hamas and into the hands of organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood where a man named Malick OBAMA distributes the guns to terrorists in the field. Later, many of these guns can be retrieved as well and recycled. I believe that Ambassador Chris Stevens was murdered to cover up this fact.
There is an ominous twist to this tracking technology. Alana Cook and I have learned that this technology is actually being used launder guns. Don’t do a double take, that is a real term. More disturbingly, this same tracking technology is being used to track missing and exploited children. Now, you can do a double take. Further, the gun laundering, which will be exposed in the next part of this series, is connected to the federalizing and militarizing of our local police departments. Pun intended, this is the smoking gun on what is happening to our police departments. The revelations coming in the next part of this series are the most ominous yet. And just in case you are wondering, this information has already been disseminated for all the expected reasons related to safe-keeping and well-being. And one more thing, there are Congressman who completely understand everything that is written here and they are actively working on furthering these programs into a total surveillance grid, one, which goes way beyond Smart Meters, etc.

Appeals Judge Says Guillotine 'Probably Best' for Executions

They passed laws in Georgia to allow for the use of the guillotine on death row. But were you also aware a federal judge has now joined the ranks of those pushing for the use of guillotines nationwide? Now do you see why they “botch” executions? They need to make the people demand a better way to kill. PROPHECY WILL BE FULFILLED!

Just as is predicted in the end times—death by beheading!  And this seems to be the way in which they are bringing this primitive form of punishment back to the present!  Of course, we can’t dismiss that this form of punishment has been taking place by sword in other parts of the world, such as the Middle East, for quite some time now. But the fact that this is now being pushed in a place where such punishment has been unheard of is BIG news!

Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. ThenI saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received hismark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

We are very close! All of the cards are being put into place right now for the final events that are before us—the events spoken of in the book of Daniel, and the book of Revelation.

A federal appeals judge issued a blistering dissent in a death-row case on Monday, declaring that an execution system that relies on drugs is doomed and the guillotine would be better.

"Using drugs meant for individuals with medical needs to carry out executions is a misguided effort to mask the brutality of executions by making them look serene and peaceful — like something any one of us might experience in our final moments," Judge Alex Kozinski of the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals wrote.

"But executions are, in fact, nothing like that. They are brutal, savage events, and nothing the state tries to do can mask that reality. Nor should it. If we as a society want to carry out executions, we should be willing to face the fact that the state is committing a horrendous brutality on our behalf."

Is Lethal Injection Painful?

NBCNEWS.COM

Kozinski went on to suggest that states that want to continue executing prisoners "return to more primitive — and foolproof — methods of execution."

"The guillotine is probably best but seems inconsistent with our national ethos. And the electric chair, hanging and the gas chamber are each subject to occasional mishaps," he continued. "The firing squad strikes me as the most promising. Eight or ten large-caliber rifle bullets fired at close range can inflict massive damage, causing instant death every time."

PAUL SAKUMA / AP, FILEJudge Alex Kozinski, of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The use of lethal injections has been under increased scrutiny in recent months, largely due to the botched execution of Clayton Lockett in Oklahoma, who regained consciousness and writhed in pain midway through the procedure.

States have also faced increasing difficulty in obtaining execution drugs because pharmaceutical companies refuse to sell them for the purpose of killing people. They have turned to less-regulated compounding pharmacies and tried to keep them anonymous to protect them from legal hassles and protests.

A wave of inmates have challenged the secrecy laws and rules, but so far the U.S. Supreme Court has not stopped an execution on that basis — although some states areconsidering other methods.

Wood's attorney, Dale Baich, said previous lawsuits argued the secrecy violated the Eighth or 14th amendments, while he is making a First Amendment claim.

“The Ninth Circuit has correctly recognized the importance of the information Joseph Wood seeks," Baich said. "Without greater transparency from the state, it's impossible for the public to engage in informed debate, which is the cornerstone of democracy. We look forward to Arizona's compliance with this ruling.”

The Arizona attorney general's office said it plans to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to lift the stay of execution and allow Wood's lethal injection to proceed but had no comment on the judge's dissent.

"He Who Makes The Rules Never Goes To Jail For Breaking Them"

Submitted by Martin Armstrong via Armstrong Economics,
Detroit Bankruptcy Unions
Working for the government was always pitched as somehow being better guaranteed than risky corporations. However, he who makes the laws never goes to jail for breaking them - a plain fact of life. The problem with government pensions has been they promised whatever sounded nice, with zero accountability. The presumption that tax revenue was an endless pit is one of those fallacies that nobody ever investigates.
Mainz
It was the city of Mainz where the Gutenberg printing press was invented. This created an economic boom and everyone wanted to be in Mainz. The politicians saw the boom and presumed the potential tax revenue was linear and would be endless – judging tomorrow by today’s trend. They began to borrow against what they anticipated would be there forever. As they needed interest to pay for borrowing and they became addicted to debt, they raised taxes. The taxes kept rising so they killed the economic boom and people began to leave. Mainz followed the typical path as we are doing today. They were no longer paying off debt, they entered the Ponzi scheme – issued new debt to pay off the old in a revolving bond auction. Taxes kept rising and people migrated. The printing press was no longer unique to Mainz. The rich left town taking their capital and entrepreneurship with them. When Mainz lost confidence of the bond buyers and could no longer sell new debt to pay for the old, the collapse unfolded. Mainz, like Detroit, defaulted. The creditors sacked the city and it was burned to the ground.
The same precise pattern unfolds every time - WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Why? Human nature never changes. Create career politicians and they will always seek to expand government for that is their power-base. I do not know who is more brain-dead be it the government workers who believed this pensions were endless, or the really insane insurance companies who insured any government debt. For now, the companies that insure Detroit bonds and stand to lose millions will have to pay out on insurance to bond-holders who will get less as government tried to pay its workers over the pension crisis that will not possibly work anyhow.
Syncora and Financial Guaranty Insurance company are now poised to challenge the city’s bankruptcy plan, after retirees endorsed pension cuts and qualified for a bailout led by the state, another group of taxpayers going to be screwed. The deal agreed upon by the Detroit pensioners gives them special treatment that’s unfair to other creditors in a court of law if law really mattered. In general retirees would get a 4.5 percent pension cut and lose annual inflation adjustments. Some also have to repay a portion of generous annuity earnings from the last decade – the minority oppressed by the majority of union retired pensioners. Retired police officers and firefighters would lose only a portion of their annual cost-of-living raise. The state of Michigan is chipping in $816 million in aid from the foundations and the Detroit Institute of Arts. Money from the so-called grand bargain would prevent the sale of city-owned art and avoid deeper pension reductions.
Thrasymachus Quote

The legal problem comes from the fact that no other creditors qualify for the money. Judge Steven Rhodes presides over this issue and we will see how law really works – the self-interest of always the stronger as Thraymachus warned Socrates. In bankruptcy, ALL creditors are legally supposed to be treated fairly. This is obviously not the case here. We have the illegal diversion of highly valuable assets going to the very creditors who voted yes, and are part of the entire reason Detroit has collapsed. We will see how law survives or is Thrasymachus simply always correct.
Either the court distributes the assets fairly, or the court cannot legally confirm this plan under such discrimination against all other financial creditors. The point is that other creditors are getting zero recovery at the benefit and unfair advantage of Detroit’s pensioners. It is not a question of make the bankers pay. The bond holders are not bankers – they sold it to guess who – other pension funds.
The ramifications of what happens in Detroit will ripple through the entire debt structure nationally for if this will be the new game plan to follow, WHY SHOULD PEOPLE BUY any government debt whatsoever if not even bankruptcy laws apply? Insurers will stop insuring municipal debt without a rule of law and the entire debt structure will be undermined. This of course is a good thing, but the state workers who thought they were getting guaranteed pensions – sorry, its called fraud. As I said – he who makes the laws never goes to jail for breaking them.

Evil Forces Behind World Government Revealed

MUSLIMS IN MIAMI SCREAM: 'WE ARE HAMAS'

For all the Baby Boomers out in media land, could there be a jingle more annoying than Wendy’s, octogenarian with her nails-scratching-on-the-chalkboard, “WHERE’S THE BEEF?” Well, lately if you have been anywhere near a street corner in a major city or close to an electronic device that emits sounds, then undoubtedly you have heard the battle jingle of the “Arab Street” along with their pseudo-

Marxist trust fund baby comrades, together spewing, “From-the-River-to-the-Sea, Palestine-will-be-Free.” Though this little ditty has a melodic tone and maybe a good hip-hop rapper can make it jump, the curious among you may want to ask, “Hey, what does that river-to-the-sea business actually mean?”

That question can be answered quite eloquently by way of a detailed historical analysis going back to the Founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan Al-Banna where in his writings, he desires to mobilize Muslims to recapture of glorious supremacy of the “Arabian Nights” crushing the infidel and raising a scimitar in victorious praise of Allah the majestic! Or our little Arab Street jingle can be fully understood by just adding one word – JEW. You see, Al-Banna realized that the only way Palestine could be free was if that freedom went from the river, the Jordan River on the eastern border of Israel to the sea, the Mediterranean Sea, on the western border of Israel. Again it is at this point that the mildly curious asks, “Free from what?” What must Israel be free of that is so important to the Founder of the Muslim Brotherhood in the 1920’s and to the Armani Jihadis on the street corners today? What freedom do these followers of the Religion of Peace want when they all chant in unison, “From-the-River-to-the-Sea, Palestine-will-be-Free” becoming increasingly louder and more violent at the mere appearance of a Star of David on a child’s yarmulke? For the answer to this perplexing question let’s look at that one word again – JEW. If you take that word – JEW - and place it in our cute Arab rhyme then the code is broken, the puzzle solved and genocide is served on a historic platter. Here, take a look at this revised version and you will have eyes that see the obliteration of Israel and the Jew.: “From-the-River-to-the-Sea, Palestine-will-be-JEW-Free.”

Ask the true followers of Mohamed and they will tell you, “yeah, yeah, yeah, maybe is some other lifetime Israel was the homeland of the Jews but since the conquest of Mohamedism in the Holy Land, that formerly Jewish real estate has now become Waqf, the Arabic concept of “sacred space.” Or to state it a bit more colloquially, “From-the-River-to-the-Sea, Palestine-will-be-JEW-Free.”

As Israel is in a battle for its very existence watch our special presentation and understand that the HAMAS members on the street corner in Miami are the same exact people that the IDF are fighting in the tunnels of Gaza.

Indian Silver Imports Near Record

It looks like at least one country is still taking advantage of the extremely low paper price of silver.  From information just released, India continues to import a near record amount of silver in 2014.  Even though silver imports slumped in June compared to last year, demand is still extremely strong.
Market sources added that import of silver in the calendar year of 2013 was around 5,819 tonnes, the highest ever. The previous high was in 2008, when import was 5,048 tonnes. However, despite the fall in June, sources said the first half of 2014 has seen silver imports at 2,882 tonnes, as against 2,980 tonnes last year, for the first six months of 2013.
As the article states, India imported 2,882 tonnes of silver in the first six months of the year, down slightly from the previous record set last year at 2,980 tonnes.  We must remember, the Indian government enacted restrictions on gold imports in 2013… forcing its citizens to purchase silver instead.
On top of this, we had the huge smash in the paper price of silver from a high of $32 in the beginning of 2013, to a low of $18 in June.  Again, even with falling silver imports in June, total silver imports are expected to reach 5,000 tonnes in 2014.
Just to put into perspective the amount of Indian silver imports, let’s look at the following chart:
Indian Silver Imports vs Global Mine Supply
By converting 2,880 tonnes of silver, we get 92.6 million ounces of the shiny metal.  According to the 2014 World Silver Survey, global silver production exceeded 800 million ounces in 2013 (not by much).  Thus, India imported 23%, nearly a quarter of global mine supply.
This is a substantial amount of silver when we compare it to their domestic mine supply.  The chart below is from the Silver Institute website, provided by data published at Thomson Reuters GFMS, the same organization that releases the World Silver Survey and ironically…. one of the new custodians for the SILVER FIX.
Top 20 Silver Country Producers
If we scroll down the chart, yes down below Kazakhstan, you will see that India ranks thirteenth in the world at 12.1 million oz of annual silver production.  With a population of over 1.2 billion, it’s no wonder India needs to import silver to meet the demand of its citizens.
Total annual Indian silver production represents just one-tenth of one percent of the population of the country.  What do you think will happen to silver demand in India when its citizens realize their Rupee is just another lousy fiat currency?
Furthermore, to add even more perspective on the subject of silver mine supply vs silver imports, I decided to include the United States into the equation.  Using data from the Silver Institute, the USGS and information from the Mineweb article linked above, I threw together the chart below.
Indan & U.S. Silver Mine Supply vs Imports 2013
Last year, India produced 12.1 million ounces of silver, while it imported 15 times that amount at 187 million oz.  The United States performed a little better in the  mining arena by producing 35 million ounces versus 163.3 million oz of silver imports…. nearly a 5 to 1 ratio.
If we combine the two… we come up with some startling results.   Total silver mine supply from these two countries equals 47 million ounces compared to the staggering 350 million oz in silver imports. Basically, India and the United States imported nearly half (44%) of total global silver mine supply in 2013.
And.. if that isn’t eye-opening enough, Indian and U.S. domestic mine supply only represent 13% of their total silver imports.  Which means, they import a hell of a lot of silver.  Of course these countries export some of this imported silver as finished products… but still, it represents a substantial amount.
So what happens when the world finally experiences a severe heat-attack of its Fiat Monetary System?  Yes, I realize there are still individuals out there who believe the U.S. Dollar is as good as gold and we will continue BAU – Business As Usual for another 100 years.
Unfortunately, the degree of negative geopolitical, financial and economic events are speeding up rapidly and it’s only a matter of time before the horror movie, NIGHTMARE ON MAIN STREET opens at a town near you.
Do we really believe top silver producing countries like Mexico and Peru as well as many other South American countries will continue to give away their silver for a mere pittance when the Dollar finally loses its World Reserve status?

The Decline Of Influence

The world is seemingly aflame in chaos right now. The Israeli military has invaded the Gaza strip after the breaking of an 18-month cease-fire agreement. Which side broke the accord is still an open question. A commercial airliner was shot down over Ukrainian airspace. Western media and politicians assume the indefensible act of violence was committed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in an effort to conquer the contiguous area. In Iran, the government is ostensibly pursuing nuclear arms, much to the consternation of globalist tinkerers. Next door, in the Devil’s playground of Iraq, radical Islamists are causingmassive amounts of destruction, including destroying historic churches from the apostolic times.
All of this disorder is the fault of waning American prestige according to Robert Fulford. In his latest column for the National Post, Fulford laments the indifference on display by President Barack Obama as violence erupts in planet’s most dangerous corner. He writes that Washington is no longer viewed as a legitimate threat by much of the world. Under the Obama presidency, he attests, “U.S. policy has become erratic and half-hearted, subject to arbitrary change without notice.” Fulford notes the lack of a strong response to the Syrian civil war as just one example where America backed away from the limelight. If the U.S. doesn’t soon take back its leadership role on the global stage, the “future looks increasingly dire.”
Fulford is far from alone in his fault-finding. Journalists from both political camps have been critical of the President of late. Arch neoconservative Charles Krauthammer called Obama’s comments on the downed Malaysia Airlines jetliner “passive” and demonstrative of a governing philosophy of disinterest. James Kirchick – the token leftist warmonger who takes great pleasure in American might displayed abroad – demanded it’s finally time for “the West to stand up to Putin” starting with U.S.-backing of the Ukrainian military.
All of these critics assume that America is capable of flipping a switch and rearranging the world’s affairs to meet its own standards. They don’t recognize the path the U.S. imperial state is on is slowly coming apart. It’s no longer the 1950s. The ceiling on Washington’s budget is getting closer by the day. The national debt is $17 trillion and counting; an unfathomable number that is impossible to maintain in perpetuity. The domestic economy is still sluggish from the 2008 market crash. The time of America’s dominance may soon be coming to an end. And the truth has yet to hit the people employed in the business of imperium.
The talking heads who opine on Sunday morning talk shows are still stuck in Cold War-mode. They refuse to face the truth about foreign policy: that there are always too many functioning  gears for good and evil to be readily apparent; and that truth and fiction often trade places depending on one’s preconceived agendas. The so-called experts forget the advice of realist Walter Lippmann who notedthat rational foreign policy “consists in bringing into balance, with a comfortable surplus of power in reserve, a nation’s commitments and the nation’s power.”
More importantly, the media chattering class doesn’t seem to realize the conflicts taking place today are not the result of warring factions. The people of Iran, Ukraine, Israel, Palestine, Russia, and every other country under the influence of Western power didn’t originate their gripes from out of thin air. The incessant meddling of governments, specifically Washington, have fomented the fights we see today. Many are the direct, or indirect, result of overanxious global planning with scant knowledge of possible unintended consequences. Should the Obama Administration heed the complaints of interventionists longing for action, the result could be more death, more violence, and less peace.
The clashes going on currently have the mark of U.S. government meddling all over them. In Ukraine, the conflict between nationalists and separatists sympathetic to Russia is an immediate consequence of the overthrowing of President Viktor Yanukovych. The coup was surreptitiously supported by Washington and its sock puppet batch of non-government organizations. The annexation of Crimea and ongoing violence in the area can be traced back to Western agitation of Russia.
Iraq is more of the same calamity. Former dictator Saddam Hussein was no angel, but under his rule, radical Islamic elements were kept largely at bay. His toppling by U.S. forces has left the birthplace of civilization anything but civilized. The country, which was arbitrarily formed by European colonial powers following World War I, is slowly lurching toward a three-way split along ethnic and religious lines.  Terrorists with allegiance to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria are wreaking havoc across the country, a spillover effect of embattled nations such as Libya. The latter battlefield is, of course, the result of Western intervention financed primarily by the U.S. government.
The experiment where America takes up where the British Empire left off appears to be finally coming to an end. It was never designed to work in permanence. The contradictions in intervention are not bringing tranquility or even supremacy. The control freaks beside the Potomac have allowed hubris to take hold. Their grip on other countries is loosening due to the very disarray they created. The irony is about this new reality is the outcome was easy to predict. Arrogance over one’s own intelligence is always a human failing. It was never possible for a cabal of political actors to guide the world’s affairs smoothly. As Friedrich Hayek wrote, “[N]o human mind can comprehend all the knowledge which guides the actions of society.”
If I had to take a guess at what drives the yearning for worldwide dominance, I would say it’s ideology. Everyone has their own, but the fervor at which interventionists opine is more passionate than most. They don’t yearn for just control, but seek a complete transformation of other peoples and cultures so that a uniform attitude is adopted by the world’s populace. Much of the propagating is done under the guise of human rights. With everyone kowtowing to the same lies of democratic celebration, liberty is dissolved.
From Alexander the Great to British rule, history, if it has a lesson, teaches us that no group of men can conquer the world. It’s simply too big, too vast, and too complex. Humanity is far too restless to sit and take orders from dictators halfway across the globe. Likewise, the outcome of intervention does not exist in a vacuum. It often has far-reaching effects that can’t be known in advance. Those decrying the decline of American power on the global scene have yet to learn these valuable lessons.
The mindset that wishes one country to have an iron-grip on world affairs is horribly naïve. Empires are not free. Washington’s credit card can’t be charged to infinity. The need for prudence is growing larger by the day. For the sake of average Americans, and peaceful citizens across the world, let’s hope it gets here sooner than later.
