China warns US over debt ceiling

China has raised the pressure on the US today, warning that time is running out to raise its debt ceiling.

Vice finance minister Zhu Guangyao told reporters in Beijing that America needs to take decisive steps to prevent hitting its debt limit in a fortnight's time. The intervention came as European stock markets remained lower, on the seventh day of the US shutdown.

In the Chinese government's first public comments on the deadlock, Zhu also urged Washington politicians to "learn lessons from history". A reminder that the US AAA credit rating was downgraded by S&P two years ago after the last debt ceiling standoff.

Zhu said (quotes via Reuters):

The United States is totally clear about China's concerns about the fiscal cliff.
We ask that the United States earnestly takes steps to resolve in a timely way before October 17 the political [issues] around the debt ceiling and prevent a U.S. debt default to ensure safety of Chinese investments in the United States and the global economic recovery

This is the United States' responsibility.

As the biggest single holder of US debt, China would be in the front line to suffer if Treasury prices fell - and would obviously be hit if the US were to stumble into a technical default.

America’s Path to Revolution Is Rapidly Escalating

Part one of this series demonstrated the beginnings of a spirit of civil disobedience against the tyranny of the federal government ranges from three governors who are saying no to the Obama administration, to the veterans who defy the National Park Service to visit the war memorials. to average everyday people who are consciously defying the federal government which has been hijacked by the central bankers.

Three Stages of a Revolution

Any revolution contains three stages and it is always the same regardless of the country or political system. Initially, a revolution consists of the elite, who are characterized by blatant, but disguised abuses of power, versus a few vocal people who openly challenge the status quo of the elite in a public forum. This article is about the apparent transition that is ongoing in this country in which America is progressing from stage one, self awareness of persecution, to stage two, characterized by civil disobedience, on the path to stage three, which is revolution.

The three stages of revolution manifest in the following manner:

1. A minimum number of the persecuted population becomes aware that they are victims and a share a collective consciousness with their fellow victimized citizens. Ten percent is the minimum number needed to successfully complete stage one (see below for documentation).

2. Awareness leads to action in the form of civil disobedience.

3. Civil disobedience is met with opposing force by the power elite and the conflict leads to open hostilities culminating in revolution.

It is the hypothesis of this paper that America is transitioning between stage one to stage two.

Stage One

In stage one of a revolution, each side of the conflict engages in a war of ideas and words and feverishly campaigns for their version of the truth. The elite, who control the government and more importantly, the media, initially win the war of words. However, the dissidents often engage in alternative methods for winning the propaganda war.

In America, the elite control 98% of the media through five corporations, which leaves the dissidents at a distinct disadvantage. The vocal minority has countered with turning the internet into a news dissemination device. This is why Senators’ Feinstein and McCain have tried multiple times to get control over the internet and to decide who is a journalist and who is not. They fear our message because they have much to hide in their role of working for the criminal elite. 

The fact that the elite are trying to silence the vocal minority of dissidents speaks to the fact about how effective the alternative media has become. The elite know something that most of us have failed to realize, the alternative media is beginning to win the hearts and minds of the American public and the elite are panicking and moving quickly to silence the alternative media. However, it is too late. America has reached a tipping point. Recent research in the field of social psychology demonstrates why.

Rutkowski et al., have demonstrated that group cohesiveness is a primary determining force which determines whether, or not, a protest movement will go forward and gain momentum. The Obama administration, on behalf of the global elite (i.e. Rothschild banksters) have attacked America on so many fronts, that there a lot of like-minded victims who are beginning to see the federal government as their enemy. As many of you know, it is actually the Obama administration who are merely the representatives of the real enemy, they only play the role of the errand boy. However, it is the alternative media which is providing the disenfranchised with a voice constituting a gathering point for dissident voices. Scientists from the prestigious Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have determined that if just 10% of any given population holds to an unshakable idea, that the idea will become adopted by the majority of the country. I contend that this threshold has been met. How can I be so sure? I am certain that people of America are in the midst of redefining its relationship with its government because we are seeing defiance against federal government edicts at every level of our society.

Stage Two

Stage two of a revolution consists of civil disobedience or nonviolent resistance. Thanks to Obama, he has given Americans the perfect pretext to begin to resist our criminally controlled government and America is presently sitting on the edge of being immersed in stage two of a three stage path to revolution.  

In Part one of this series, I identified three governors, many veterans and average citizens who are defying various aspects of the government shutdown, the implementation of Common Core and just the general encroachment of tyranny into our lives. America is indeed transitioning from stage one to stage two, characterized by civil disobedience.

I predict that we are going to see more acts of civil disobedience on a widespread scale. The word of our discontent is spreading like wildfire. I was recently a guest on a liberal talk show. I knew I was walking into the lion’s den, but I was surprised that the liberal talk show host was agreeing with me on nearly every point from the need to abolish the Federal Reserve to the need to eliminate corporate campaign donations to politicians. Most surprising, this program and host wanted to protect the alternative media from Feinstein’s attempt to silence its journalists through an amendment to Senate bill 588. I see signs every day, that despite the globalists trying to divide and conquer humanity, that the awakening is occurring and is growing exponentially. Even so-called traditional liberals are joining forces with the alternative media in an attempt to preserve what is left of America.

The slumbering giant is indeed awakening and is coming to life. This is cause for celebration. However, the American people and reporters in the spirit of the Michael Hastings’ and the Andrew Breitbarts’ are in grave danger as the elite are not going to sacrifice their hold over all of us without a fight.

The more that we show that humanity is awakening, the harder the elite are going to push back. We know that on October 1st, FEMA had just completed training 386,000 troops in FEMA Region 3. Their primary focus was on urban warfare and teaching the troops to speak English. They are coming for our guns and we cannot let that happen, because every genocide in the 20th century was preceded by gun confiscation. Gun confiscation is a hallmark “push back” by the elite in response to a rising tide of opposition.

False flag attacks are also a prominent part of the transition between stage two and stage three rebellion. Elite sponsored false flag attacks also provide the justification and also galvanizes the pro-governmental forces to a point in which they begin to enslave the people on the pretext of protecting them from some kind of boogey man (i.e. terrorists). I recently documented no less that nine disaster preparedness and disaster drills which are being carried out in the period between September 25 through November 13th which will culminate with the Grid Ex II which simulates a total grid blackout. Everyone of these drills consist of the potential for a false flag event. We have seen this with 9/11, the 7/7 bombings and most recently in the Boston Marathon Bombings.

Conclusion

DHS is arming to the teeth and is preparing to go to war with the American people as evidenced by their purchase of 2.3 billion rounds of ammunition and 2700 armored personnel carriers. Their agents target practice against average Americans on their target cutouts.

Stage three is outright revolution. The elite are going to do their best to ensure that this rising tide of opposition never reaches this level. This is why many of us in the alternative media believes that there will be false flags in our immediate future followed by a brutal martial law crackdown.

Although I celebrate America’s rising tide of awareness, I have a foreboding feeling about what lies ahead. Will the elite effectively stamp out any opposition? Will the coming push back by the elite result in an escalation of violence? Perhaps, it makes more sense as to why the local police have been federalized and why we are seeing unprecedented acts of police brutality. These are questions that will soon be decided. We are truly living in historic times.

Now Mastercard Wants Your Fingerprints

Earlier this week, USA Today reported that massive payment processor MasterCard had joined the FIDO alliance. FIDO is an acronym for Fast IDentity Online, and the group describes itself as:

The FIDO (Fast IDentity Online) Alliance is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization nominally formed in July 2012 to address the lack of interoperability among strong authentication devices as well as the problems users face with creating and remembering multiple usernames and passwords. The FIDO Alliance plans to change the nature of authentication by developing specifications that define an open, scalable, interoperable set of mechanisms that supplant reliance on passwords to securely authenticate users of online services. This new standard for security devices and browser plugins will allow any website or cloud application to interface with a broad variety of existing and future FIDO-enabled devices that the user has for online security.

USA Today reports that:

SAN FRANCISCO — MasterCard is joining the FIDO Alliance, signaling that the payment network is getting interested in using fingerprints and other biometric data to identify people for online payments.

MasterCard will be the first major payment network to join FIDO. The Alliance is developing an open industry standard for biometric data such as fingerprints to be used for identification online. The goal is to replace clunky passwords and take friction out of logging on and purchasing using mobile devices.

It’s for your own good, and it’ll probably fight terrorism too!

Apple’s new iPhone 5s smartphone has a fingerprint sensor, but the tech giant is not part of FIDO. However, Google is part of the Alliance, and devices running Google’s Android operating system will have fingerprint sensors by next year.

I’m sure the folks at the Department of Homeland Security will be more than happy that the financial giant will make mass collection under its Biometric Optical Surveillance System (BOSS) that much easier. Serfs up suckers!

Fear The Boom, Not The Bust

If you listen to TV commentators, you’ve been told the worst is behind us. Growth is picking up, and Europe is coming out of its slumber. No one seems to be concerned that this tepid below-2-percent growth is being entirely fed by the central bank’s massive money printing. It’s a “growth at any price” policy.How quickly we forget.

Back in the boom days, anyone who questioned double-digit growth in housing prices was viewed as an unenlightened Cassandra, lacking knowledge on how the new economy had fundamentally changed the law of scarcity. Austrian economists consistently warned that a boom built on foundation of easy money could only lead to a disaster. 

Today, most of the growth is coming from the interest rate-sensitive sectors of the economy, such as cars and housing. This should be ringing warning bells everywhere.

The conventional wisdom is that the Fed will begin to taper when growth picks up. This is a complete misreading of what is actually happening. The Fed made a monumental mistake, and does not really know how to get out of the trap it had set upon itself.

The Fed embarked on a “we know best” policy of QE3 in the fall, and induced a market bubble in the spring. The S&P 500 gained 12 percent from January to June 2013 while growth remained subdued. The Fed realized its mistake, and now wants to get out. The problem is that in economics, as with most things in life, it’s much easier to get into trouble than out of it. The FED wants to take away the punch bowl, but knows that interest rates will rise, the stock market will crash, and the economy will tank. The longer it waits, the greater will be the inevitable adjustment.

If we do not learn from history we are bound to repeat it. We have been here before. The depression of 1920 and Roosevelt recession of 1937 show us what happens when excessive monetary printing is followed by tepid tapering.

The 1937 Recession is a perfect example of Austrian business cycle theory.It was severe but short. Output fell by 11 percent and industrial production by 32 percent. Unemployment surged back up from 14 percent to 19 percent.

There is considerable disagreement on the cause of the recession, with some economists blaming the tightening of fiscal and monetary policy. Reserve requirements were increased and the budget deficit was reduced. Yet, spending in the 1937 fiscal year was $7.6 billion compared to $6.5 billion in 1934, and $6.4 billion in 1935: two spectacular boom years. 

Taxes went up about 1 percent of GDP from 1936 to 1937, but were less as a percentage of GDP than the rebound years of 1938 or 1939. Writing in 1956, E. Cary Brown found that fiscal policy changes accounted for less than a quarter of the downturn. The Fed did raise reserve requirements but banks were already holding abundant excess reserves. The new requirements had very little impact.

The real cause of the 1937 recession occurred much sooner. The die was cast early in 1934 when the United States set the price of gold at an overvalued $35 an ounce. The ensuing gold inflows caused the money supply to explode, increasing 12 percent per year (M2) from 1934 to 1936. A boom ensued with real output growing 10 percent in 1934, 8.9 percent in 1935 and 13 percent in 1936. 

As Austrians would say, the additional money masqueraded as real savings. Since no real resources had been liberated, a scramble for resources followed. Eventually, many of the investment projects that had been undertaken turned out to be unprofitable and needed to be abandoned. The 1937 recession was necessary and desirable to free up resources from the malinvestments of the previous years. A recession is a realignment of resources closer to what society really wants to be produced. The central bank could have continued printing, extending the illusion of prosperity, but this would have just delayed and amplified the final adjustment.

By late 1936, The Fed started to get worried, and in March 1937 the chairman of he Fed, Martin Eccles, said “[r]ecovery is now under way, but if it were permitted to become a runaway boom it would be followed by another disastrous crash.”

In December 1936, the central bank began sterilizing the gold inflows so they no longer boosted monetary growth. This was a timid tapering by contemporary standards. Monetary growth slowed from 12 percent to essentially nothing. This was the equivalent of gently tapping on the brakes. Anyone who considers this excessive is implying that a capitalist economy needs monetary juice to operate, yet there is ample evidence from the nineteenth century of a stable money supply resulting in solid growth, and money is a measure of value and serves its function best when it is stable.

The bust was written in the cards. It could not be avoided, just postponed. It is not the bust, but the boom that should be feared. The bust was of short duration, and could have been much worse if the Fed had not pulled the punch bowl then and there.

We currently fear Fed tapering, as we should. Yet, we should be even more fearful that it doesn’t taper. Today, we really have a dreaded choice of losing an arm now or two arms and a leg tomorrow. Because the price distortions have been massive, the adjustment will be horrendous. Government policy makers and government economists simply do not understand the critical role of prices in helping discovery and coordination.

Recognizing that the economy is still weak, the Fed at its latest meeting yet again declined to begin tapering. When the Fed is finally forced to cut back, interest rates will rise, Wall Street will call for relief, and the economy will slump. This may be delayed with additional printing for a couple of months, but the adjustment will occur and it will be severe, probably much worse than in 2008. However, this time there are no arrows left in the government’s quiver to spend or print its way out of trouble.

The absolute detachment of all the fruit and beauty that healthy moral absolutes and Divine virtues produce has produced an America living with a godlesseuphemistic perception and mindset which has reached the critical implosion point. Similar to the end of the movie Lord of the Flies, so will also be the overwhelming outcome magnified  EXPONENTIALLY when little mankind goes face to Face with ETERNAL REALITY as Almighty God the Son reveals Himself to the world at the sixth seal(Rev. 6:12-17) and then with His GLORIOUS return to planet earth at the Battle of Armageddon (Rev. 19:11-21). Delusion will be unmasked, godless dreams awakened to Divine REALITY, lawless fantasies smashed with Divine non- fiction and horror will engulf the soul as REALITY is now made manifest to the darkened, delusion godless mind (Rev. 6:12-17).

America Is Rapidly Approaching Its Date with Destiny

The winds of change are blowing across America. The following events, detailed below, mark a dramatic shift in the relationship between the federal government and the people not of the federal government. We are at a definitive crossroads in history and I can scarcely believe what I am witnessing.

After reading the following accounts which have transpired in the past few days, it will become clear to the reader that we are moving into times of unprecedented change. These changes are promising and exciting, yet are very frightening.

Arizona State Government Weighing Options to Defy the Obama Administration

Will the country soon be following Governor Brewer’s lead?

Since the historic finger pointing encounter on the tarmac of Sky Harbor International Airport over the controversial immigration related issue of SB1070, it is no secret that Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, and President Obama do not like each other. In fact, to say that they don’t like each other is a gross understatement.

Presently in Arizona, there are 7,000 hurting families which derive their livelihood from tourism at the Grand Canyon. Obama has ordered the shutdown of the Canyon in regard to the budget impasse.

Governor Brewer is actually considering the use of the State’s National Guard to man the Grand Canyon in defiance of the federal order which shut down the park. Arizona is awaiting Brewer’s next move as she contemplates how to stand up the tyranny emanating from Washington.

Wisconsin Governor Defies Obama’s Shutdown Orders

Wisconsin Governor, Scott Walker

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker said he’s not closing the federal lands to visitors, in a stunning defiance of the National Park Service’s demand to close certain areas. The federal government had specifically ordered park officials in Wisconsin to close doors on Kettle Moraine, Devil’s Lake and Interstate parks, as well as sections of Horicon Marsh. Interestingly, most of the impacted areas are actually owned by the state.  

The state Department of Natural Resources said most of the Wisconsin’s parks that the federal government targeted for closure get most of their money from Wisconsin taxpayers and not from the federal government. Walker has reiterated that state park authorities have stated that they’re not complying with the federal order.

 Maine Governor Refuses to Drink From the Federal Common Core Kool-Aid

Maine Governor Paul LaPage recently signed an executive order (EO) in which the Governor declared that the public schools in Maine are locally controlled that student’s personal information will not be shared with any corporations nor any federal agencies.

LaPage’s EO states that “the Department of Education shall not adopt any educational standards, curricula or instructional approaches that may be mandated by the federal government. That the Department of Education shall not apply for any federal grant that requires, as a condition of application, the adoption of any federally-developed standards, curricula or instructional approaches.”

Clearly, Governor LaPage is telling the federal government that Maine’s children are not the property of the misguided Obamacrats. This stunning development makes me want to move to Maine.

Three governors, representing 13.5 million citizens are saying “No Thank You” to the President and the federal government. This is only the tip of the iceberg of Americans who are becoming willing to thumb their noses at the federal government.

Average Citizens Are Getting Into the Act

John Ervin and his family were visiting Washington DC with his family and his daughter desperately wanted to see the Lincoln Memorial. John went around the barrier and went to the memorial on behalf of his daughter in an act of civil disobedience. Martha Tazzioli and her sons from Seattle, WA., also engaged in civil disobedience and circumvented the barriers to a national monument, albeit with the rangers looking the other way.
 

Vietnam veterans defied the shutdown orders at the Vietnam Memorial. There were reports that police ordered tourists and Vietnam War veterans who were visiting the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall to leave the memorial at one point this past Friday. The veterans went around the barricade until more police showed up in force, NBC’s Mark Seagraves reported. Please allow me to pause for a moment and remind everyone that these vets showed up to pay respect to their fallen friends and comrades and they were denied their right to do so by a President who kept his own federally funded golf course open. America lost over 58,000 of her finest in Vietnam and we tolerate the continual displays of disrespect for our culture, our traditions and our bravest members of society from a person like Obama?

Another group of Americans have engaged in defying the federal government and it is the WWII veterans. Is there a more respected group of Americans than our WWII veterans?

A level of commitment and sacrifice that Obama, Holder and Clinton will never know.

These brave WWII veterans stormed barricades blocking the WWII Memorial in Washington DC, just as they did when they stormed beaches at Normandy, nearly, sixty years ago. The German and the Japanese armies did not stand a chance against our amazing soldiers and neither does Obama. Take a good look at the WWII veterans pictured below, we will not have any of them for much longer. God Bless these brave men who demonstrate an understanding of what it means to be an American unlike the Kenyan pictured above whose idea of combat is trying to keep his tee shot on the fairway.

America’s greatest generation still engaged in opposing tyrants.

Conclusion

We have governors of states, brave veterans, and average people defying the federal government. What does this all of this mean? It means that the worm has turned and America is finally beginning to stand up and say no to the tyrants who comprise the minions which serve the central bankers who have hijacked our government. It means that America has just entered a major shift in its attitude towards its government. The events of civil disobedience, occurring over the past week cannot be overstated.

Part two of this series will explore this new found level of civil disobedience, which is beginning to touch many of us from our statehouses to the houses that we live in, and what it means for our collective futures. And like with most change Part two will reveal that there is both an upside and a downside to any change and this is no different. America, we live in historic times.

Mount Tangkuban Perahu Erupts

Indonesia’s volcanology center issued an alert for Mount Tangkuban Perahu as the volcano rumbled to life on Saturday, erupting three times and triggering minor earthquakes in Lembang subdistrict over the weekend.

The Center for Volcanology and Geological Disaster Mitigation (PVMBG) raised the status of the volcano from normal — the lowest level — to waspada (alert) on Saturday morning. The agency’s four warning levels run from normal to awas (danger) with waspada as the first warning above normal.

Volcanologists said they would keep an eye on the volcano as the tremors continued.

“We’ll kept watching out for quake signals from under the crater before we decide if we should raise the alert level further,” PVMBG official Gede Suandika told Indonesian news portal tribunnews.com on Monday.

People were banned from a 1.5-radius around the volcano’s crater — a regular tourist draw in Lembang subdistrict. The PVMBG has not recommended an evacuation.

“Residents around Mount Tangkuban Perahu are urged to stay calm and keep doing their activities as usual and not be provoked by issues related to Mount Tangkuban Perahu’s eruptions,” the PVMBG said on its website, adding ” but they are also expected to keep paying attention to developments on [the volcano's] activities listed by the local BPBD [Disaster Mitigation Agency] and follow its instructions.”

The volcano, which lies on the outskirts of Bandung, West Java, last erupted in March, but the activity was minor. Tourists were banned from the crater and vendors were told to move.

(Washington, D.C.) — “In our time the Biblical prophecies are being realized,” Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu declared before world leaders gathered at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday.

“As the prophet Amos said, they shall rebuild ruined cities and inhabit them,” Netanyahu said. “They shall plant vineyards and drink their wine. They shall till gardens and eat their fruit. And I will plant them upon their soil never to be uprooted again. Ladies and gentlemen, the people of Israel have come home never to be uprooted again.”

I don’t personally recall a single other Israeli leader in the modern era who has spoken so clearly of the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. Perhaps David Ben Gurion did, for the first Israeli premier had a great interest in the Scriptures. But Netanyahu’s own interest in the Scriptures has been growing significantly in recent years, as I have noted on the blog, and increasingly pronounced in his public statements. At a speech at the Auschwitz death camp in 2009, for example, Netanyahu declared that the prophecies of Ezekiel 37 — the dry bones of the Jewish people coming back together miraculously to form the State of Israel — had come to pass in his lifetime.

Netanyahu also alluded in the speech to the Biblical prophecies of a Persian king named “Cyrus” would rise up one day and set the Jewish people free from captivity.

“The Jewish people’s odyssey through time has taught us two things: Never give up hope, always remain vigilant. Hope charts the future. Vigilance protects it,” Netanyahu said. “Today our hope for the future is challenged by a nuclear-armed Iran that seeks our destruction. But I want you to know, that wasn’t always the case. Some 2,500 years ago the great Persian king Cyrus ended the Babylonian exile of the Jewish people. He issued a famous edict in which he proclaimed the right of the Jews to return to the land of Israel and rebuild the Jewish temple in Jerusalem. That’s a Persian decree. And thus began an historic friendship between the Jews and the Persians that lasted until modern times.”

Isaiah was a Hebrew prophet who prophesied that a great Persian king named “Cyrus” would emerge one day to bless the Jewish people, release them from captivity, send them back to the land of Israel, and rebuild the city of Jerusalem. (See Isaiah 44:28 through 45:13.)

A Persian king named “Cyrus” did, in fact, emerge to fulfill Isaiah’s prophecies.
