China may be ending dollar's hold on reserve currency as early as September

Image result for strong yuan

On March 9, sources within China provided new information that validates that the Far Eastern economy is now ready to compete with, or even supplant, the dollar as the sole global reserve currency as early as September of this year. Having already completed a message interchange system that mirrors the same one in the West, the Chinese equivalent of SWIFT is now ready and is expected to be fully operational by the 3rd quarter of 2015, which will allow other nations to transact with the world's largest economy without the need to purchase dollars as a medium of exchange.
Additionally, there has been a great deal of speculation over the past two years that China might back their currency with gold once they are fully ready to float it as a global reserve, with strong indications showing that at the very least, China will be calling for the use of international letters of credit or trade notes that are backed by gold to help stabilize transactions using this historical form of sound money.
Today, we got proof that it is the second outcome that is about to prevail following a Reuters report that China's international payment system, known simply enough as China International Payment System (CIPS), which serves to process cross-border yuantransactions is ready, and may be launched as early as September or October.
According to Reuters, the launch of the will remove one of the biggest hurdles to internationalizing the yuan and should greatly increase global usage of the Chinese currency by cutting transaction costs and processing times.
It will also put the yuan on a more even footing with other major global currencies like the U.S. dollar, as CIPS is expected to use the same messaging format as other international payment systems, making transactions smoother.
CIPS, which would be a worldwide payments superhighway for the yuan, will replace a patchwork of existing networks that make processing renminbi payments a more cumbersome process. – Zerohedge
Less than a month ago, China's close partner in Eurasia, Russia, implemented and brought online their own SWIFT alternative after economic sanctions by the U.S. continued into their second year, and information was discovered that pointed towards the NSA monitoring all messages going through the Western controlled SWIFT system.
Even without a complete global float of the Yuan through their own message interchange, China has grown over the past few years to achieve 9% of all global transactions using their national currency. And with dozens of swap lines already in place in banking systems around the world, as well as London banking centers now able to issue Yuan denominated bonds, nearly everything in the global financial system has been mirrored by China to allow them to compete with, or replace, the dollar's function as the reserve currency.
The average lifespan for any purely fiat currency is around 30 years, with the dollar surpassing this by more than a decade due to its place as the global standard for trade and oil purchases. However, now that the world's financial system has become saturated with overwhelming debt, and most economies solidly entrenched in currency wars, the world is about ready for a return to sound money and a gold backed currency, which China may be providing to their trading partners within six months.

Nearly At ‘Full Employment’? 10 Reasons Why The Unemployment Numbers Are A Massive Lie

On Friday, we learned that the official “unemployment rate” has fallen to 5.5 percent. Since an unemployment rate of 5 percent is considered to be “full employment” by many economists, many in the mainstream media took this as a sign that the U.S. economy has almost fully “recovered” since the last recession.  In fact, according to the Wall Street Journal, some Federal Reserve officials believe that “the U.S. economy is already at full employment“.  But how can this possibly be?  It certainly does not square with reality.  Personally, I know people that have been struggling with unemployment for years and that still cannot find a decent job.  And I get emails from readers all the time that are heartbroken because they are suffering through extended periods of unemployment.  So what in the world is going on?  How can the government be telling us that we are nearly at “full employment” when so many people can’t find work?  Could it be possible that the government numbers are misleading?
It is my contention that the official “unemployment rate” has become so politicized and so manipulated that it is essentially meaningless at this point.  The following are 10 reasons why…
#1 Since February 2008, the size of the U.S. population has grown by 16.8 million people, but the number of full-time jobs has actually decreased by 140,000.
#2 The percentage of working age Americans that have a job right now is still about the same as it was during the depths of the last recession.  Posted below is a chart that shows how the employment-population ratio has changed since the beginning of the decade.  Does this look like a full-blown “employment recovery” to you?…
Employment Population Ratio 2015
#3 The primary reason for the decline in the official “unemployment rate” is the fact that the government now considers millions upon millions of long-term unemployed workers to “no longer be in the labor force”.  Just check out the following numbers
The number of Americans participating in the labor force has been on a decline for the past few years. Nearly 33 percent of the Americans above age 16 are not part of the workforce, the highest number since 1978. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) report issued recently has found 92,898,000 Americans above age 16 not a part of the labor force of the country as on February 2015.
When President Obama took over the office in January 2009, nearly 80,529,000 Americans were not a part of the labor force. The number has increase by nearly 12 million over the last few years.
#4 Over the past couple of years, the labor force participation rate in this country has been hovering near mutli-decade lows
The labor force participation rate hovered between 62.9 percent and 62.7 percent in the eleven months from April 2014 through February, and has been 62.9 percent or lower in 13 of the 17 months since October 2013.
Prior to that, the last time the rate was below 63 percent was 37 years ago, in March 1978 when it was 62.8 percent, the same rate it was in February.
#5 When you add the number of “officially unemployed” Americans (8.7 million) to the number of Americans “not in the labor force” (92.9 million), you get a grand total of 101.6 million working age Americans that do not have a job right now.  Does that sound like “full employment” to you?
#6 The quality of our jobs continues to decline.  Right now, only 44 percent of U.S. adults are employed for 30 or more hours each week.
#7 Millions upon millions of Americans have been forced to take part-time jobs because that is all they can find, and wages for American workers are at depressingly low levels.  The following numbers come directly from the Social Security Administration
-39 percent of American workers make less than $20,000 a year.
-52 percent of American workers make less than $30,000 a year.
-63 percent of American workers make less than $40,000 a year.
-72 percent of American workers make less than $50,000 a year.
#8 The average duration of unemployment for an unemployed worker is still about twice as long as it was just prior to the last recession.
#9 Most Americans feel as though the Obama administration has done little to nothing to help the middle class.  Just consider the following poll numbers
According to a new poll by the Pew Research Center, Americans see government policies under the Obama administration as having mostly benefited wealthy people, large corporations and financial institutions.
Seventy-two percent of respondents said government policies have done little or nothing to help the middle class, and 65 percent said they have done nothing to help the poor. Sixty-eight percent said the policies have done nothing to help small businesses.
Meanwhile, 45 percent said the policies have done a “great deal” to help large banks and financial institutions, 38 percent say they have helped large corporations, and 36 percent say they have helped the wealthy.
#10 If the unemployment rate was calculated honestly, we would all be talking about the horrific “unemployment crisis” that we were currently enduring.  According to John Williams of shadowstats.com, the real unemployment rate in the United States right now is above 23 percent.
Our politicians and the mainstream media are attempting to convince us that everything is just fine.
But what they are telling us simply does not match the cold, hard reality on the streets.
And since the talking heads on television are proclaiming that we are nearly at “full employment”, that just makes millions upon millions of Americans that can’t seem to find work no matter how hard they try feel even worse than they already do.
If jobs are “easy to get”, then those that are chronically unemployment must have “something wrong” with them.  That is the message that we are being given.  If the mainstream media says that unemployment has gone way down, then anyone that is still unemployed must be really “lazy”, right?
When you are unemployed for an extended period of time, it can really suck the life right out of you.  It can be really tempting to believe that you are viewed as a failure by your family and friends.  And for the government to lie to us like this just makes things even harder.
If you are unemployed and can’t find a job right now, I want you to understand that you are caught in the midst of a long-term downward economic spiral which is going to get a lot worse.
When the government tells you that we are in a “recovery”, they are lying to you.
And when the government tells you that things are about to get a lot better, they are lying to you.
Everyone has times in their lives when they get knocked down.
The key is to always get back up and to never, ever stop fighting.
Yes, we are facing some really hard economic times.  But that does not mean that your life is over.  Never give up, and never give in to fear.  Just do what you can with what you have today, and tomorrow get up and fight with everything that you have got.
The truth is that the best chapters of your life could be just around the corner.
Just don’t sit back and wait for the government to save you.  If you are waiting for the government to save you, then you are going to be deeply disappointed.

US Acts as Terrorist State Waging Finance War Against Russia

Image result for terrorist state

The United States is waging a finance war against Moscow in a bid to weaken Russia to a point of economic and social destruction, the Austrian Contra magazine said, adding that this campaign goes against international law, WTO rules and bilateral agreements.

The United States has a wide array of instruments at its disposal. The Austrian magazine named assigning false credit ratings as a prime example.

"Russia's fundamentals are the best in the world. Not a single (big) state has better fundamentals than Russia. However, Fitch downgraded it to a 3B rating – just above junk level. The US has the worst fundamentals in the world. But the same rating agency has given it AAA, the best rating possible. It remains a mystery how the rating agency counts that," the publication said.

The media outlet compared the US to a terrorist state that disregards general code of conduct and acts upon its whims and wishes, forcing other countries to participate. Moreover, Washington threatens any country that has chosen to act independently with war and sanctions.

US actions should be brought to the attention of the United Nations, the Austrian Contra magazine said.

Russia Responds To European Army Proposal: "In the Nuclear age extra armies do not provide any additional security"

Image result for nuclear age

Having specifically aimed his call for a unified European Army at "reacting credibly to show Russia that Europe is serious about defending its values," it is no surprise that Russia has responded to Jean-Claude Juncker's statementsAs TASS reports, first deputy chairman of the United Russia faction in the State Duma, Frants Klintsevich, told the media on Sunday that "in the nuclear age extra armies do not provide any additional security. But they surely can play a provocative role," adding it was regrettable that such ideas had already met with some support.

Juncker took a swing...
The president of the European Commission has called for the creation of an EU army in order to show Russia “that we are serious about defending European values”.

In an interview with German newspaper Die Welt, Jean-Claude Juncker, who leads the EU’s executive arm, said an EU army would let the continent “react credibly to threats to peace in a member state or a neighbour of the EU”.

...

Mr Juncker said an EU army would “help us to develop a common foreign and security policy, and to fulfil Europe’s responsibilities in the world”. Nato was not a sufficient protection for the EU as not all EU members are part of the alliance, according to Mr Juncker.
The Germans are all for it...
“I support Juncker in building an EU army, if it means the termination of all EU member states’ armies and is controlled by the European Parliament,” tweeted Jan Philipp Albrecht, a German Green MEP.

Furthermore, German Defense Minister von der Leyen went so far as to note, "I think what is most important, it shows up in Europe, 70 years after the Second World War - and 70 years ago we were mortal enemies - that today the peace in Europe, in the European Union stands on firm footing, and we Step by step, more and more firmly establish our alliances, especially in the security policy. This interweaving of armies with a view to provide also have a European army one day, in my opinion, is the future."
And the Russians respond... (via TASS)
The European Union’s common armed forces, if they are ever created, may play a provocative role, first deputy chairman of the United Russia faction in the State Duma, Frants Klintsevich, told the media on Sunday.

...

"In the nuclear age extra armies do not provide any additional security. But they surely can play a provocative role," Klintsevich said, adding it was regrettable that such ideas had already met with some support.

He recalled that the idea of creating a European army had never occurred to anyone even in the years of the acute confrontation between NATO and the Warsaw Treaty Organization.

"These days, when the Warsaw Treaty is long gone, for some reason there has developed a need for that," he wondered.

"One should presume that a European army is seen as an addendum to NATO. And in this kind of situation Western politicians are not shy to accuse Russia of some aggressiveness," Klintsevich said.
*  *  *
It appears the Russians played the "don't bring an 'army' to a nuclear 'gun fight'" card... how long until Juncker (who even David Cameron said was "too federalist" to be EU President) calls for the creation of a European-Union-managed nuclear deterrent.

Russia Is Tightening the Noose for a Military Invasion of the U.S.

Whoever controls this region, will ultimately control the world's economy. This map also demonstrates, from a military perspective why Russia is obsessed with occupying the North Pole,
Whoever controls this region, will ultimately control the world’s economy. This map also demonstrates, from a military perspective why Russia is obsessed with occupying the North Pole,

Do you remember as a child in elementary school playing games like “Capture the flag” and “King of the hill”? As you grew older you were taught from a military perspective that military commanders want to occupy the high ground.  If we go on to learn military strategy, we frequently encounter the admonitions that it is imperative to occupy the high ground. The master analyst of all warfare, Sun Tzu often spoke of this as well:

If enemy camp is on high ground, do not climb to launch attack.

The Ongoing Buildup At the North Pole

Under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, which was finalized in 1982, countries can lay claim to the ocean floor well beyond their borders so long as they can provide convincing scientific evidence to prove that a particular seabed is an extension of their continental shelf. Already, countries have sovereign rights to resources within 200 nautical miles of their territorial waterways. For a country to determine whether they have economic sovereignty beyond that distance, the UN agreement requires comprehensive mapping that establishes some sort of geologic justification for the claim. And where the Arctic is concerned, Canada, the US, Norway, Russia, and Denmark have been amassing scientific evidence for more than a decade in an effort to increase their piece of this resource-rich pie. From a resource perspective, the wars have been fought for less significant reasons than what we are seeing transpire at the North Pole. However, the major reason to fight over the control of the North Pole is the same reason as we fought for the high ground in our children’s games, namely, military domination over our opponent.

The Military Significance of Occupying the North Pole

Take one more look at the Arctic map at the top of the page. If Russia can complete its task of establishing military dominance over the North Pole, it will be free to attack in any direction against high value targets. These hypothetical military advances coming out of the North Pole will force both NATO and the United States to shift into a defensive posture in order to prepare for a northern invasion coming out of the North Pole.
On any given morning, the Russians could attack into the territories of the Scandinavian countries, thus threatening Europe. The nations of Eastern Europe (e.g. Hungary, Poland), are already living under fear of invasion from the East. Now, they would potentially caught in a vice from the North. This would make NATO’s defense of Eastern Europe virtually indefensible.
Simultaneously, Russia could sweep down from the North Pole and attack through Northern Canada. And of course, Alaska is fully exposed. In a World War III scenario, Alaska would be a high variety target, unto itself, because of the McKinder Hypothesis which states that historic Russian military strategy is predicated on securing valuable sea ports, because the long Russian shoreline does not have any valuable sea ports to speak of.
In one fell swoop, Russia could launch the military equivalent of the TET offensive attacks (1968) in which the Viet Cong attacked every provincial capital on the same day during the TET cease fire arranged for a Vietnamese holiday. The Viet Cong could not sustain such a widespread front and the attack collapsed but not before American morale and citizen support for the war had eroded. However, the Russians do have the military depth to sustain such a military action.
When I look at a map of the North Pole, I see a chessboard. Not when, but if the Russians fully occupy the North Pole, their mere presence at the top of the world will result in a checkmate kind of move. The troops, supplies and equipment needed to prepare for an invasion from the North, would be troops, supplies and equipment not assigned to engage Ukraine, Syria, Iran, Taiwan and South Korea due to Russian and/or Chinese invasion.

Do the Facts On the Ground Support the Military Hypothesis?

russian map north pole finlandJust since the beginning of 2015, Russia has begun to position its forces in key strategic positions. For example, in mid-January of 2015, the Russians began to move military assets to the near the Arctic region of the Finish border as they reopened an abandoned military base on the Kola Peninsula in the Russia city of Alakurtti recently, just 60 kilometres from the Finnish border. Checkmate Europe!

Russia Is In War Mode

The Russians are in war mode, Arctic war mode. I do not see how any reasonable person could read the following accounts of Russian military buildup in the Arctic and not conclude that the spark for WW III will not begin here.

Russia has tested the world’s most powerful vacuum bomb, which unleashes a destructive shockwave with the power of a nuclear blast, the military said on Tuesday, dubbing it the “father of all bombs”.  This is the most powerful non-nuclear bomb on the world. In fact, many experts believe that this bomb does pack a nuclear punch.  This would be the weapon of choice in the coming Arctic conflict because it would kill soldiers, dismantle military equipment without destroying the surrounding mineral resources, which is the point of the coming conflict.

Additionally, Russia is adding 40 new naval ships to its nuclear arsenal in 2014. By the end of 2015, Russia will have nearly as many naval ships as the United States. Retrofitted combat aircraft from Russia’s Northern Fleet will extend the ranges of their patrol flights over the Arctic in 2014 using a network of revamped Soviet-era airfields. In 2011, Russia deployed four brigades of combat troops into the Arctic.
Ballistic missile submarines make up one part of Russia’s strategic nuclear triad along with land-based ICBMs and the Russian bomber force. The Borey submarine is Russia’s first post-Soviet ballistic missile submarine class and will form the mainstay of the strategic submarine fleet, replacing aging Typhoon, Delta-3 and Delta-4 class boats. The creation of the Borey signals that the Russian economy is in war mode.
Russia ultimately expects to manufacture eight Borey-class submarines by the year 2020. People constantly are asking me for time frames connected to these events and I dismiss such questions as a fool’s errand. However, the deployment of these submarines by 2020 may provide a clue as to the timetable that the globalists are operating under. Oh yes, make no mistake about it, this coming war will not happen without the blessings of the banksters from Basel.
Additionally, the Russians are commissioning other submarines as well. Russia’s first Project 885M Yasen-class attack submarine, the Severodvinsk, was handed over to the navy at end of 2013. This submarine has been under construction since 1993.
Who do you think these Russian weapons are intended for? And what has all of this got to do with the giveaway of 7 Alaskan Islands and the training of Russian troops on American soil?
Who do you think these Russian weapons are intended for? And what has all of this got to do with the giveaway of 7 Alaskan Islands and the training of Russian troops on American soil? Islands? Russian troops on American soil? Perhaps you should read on.

Any Military Invasion Will Surely Include Alaska: The Treason Factor

Nowhere have I received more information than I have from Alaska regarding the presence of Russian soldiers, in uniform, on American soil. Further, the F-22 over-flights between Russia and Alaska have been suspended thus, leaving the coastline more vulnerable.  The flights were ostensibly canceled  because of oxygen uptake issues with the pilots of the F-22’s. These surveillance flights should have been replaced, at least temporarily with the F-16’s. They have been replaced by nothing. Also, according to naval sources, submarine patrols have been greatly reduced and many locals have been reporting seeing fully surfaced Russian subs off of the coast of Alaska in multiple locations.
Giving away these islands constitutes a blatant act of treason.
Giving away these islands constitutes a blatant act of treason.
Obama is not just a traitor for bringing in Russian troops to police Americans, his treason started much earlier. As i I have previously reported, but the report went unheeded, Obama has given away seven strategic, oil-rich Alaskan islands to the Russians at a time when we could be going to war with Russia over Syria and Iran. At minimum, the oil, alone, from these Islands should be considered to be a military asset. I remain very concerned that these seven islands in the Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea could also be used as a military staging area from which to invade Alaska and defend its new claims of the mineral rich resources at the North Pole.

2013 photo of Russian and American troops at Ft. Carson, Colorado.
2013 photo of Russian and American troops at Ft. Carson, Colorado.
Russian troops began carrying out joint anti-terrorism drills in America since May of 2012. What terrorists could they be practicing for? The influx of Russian soldiers maybe began just as a trickle with a couple of dozen of Russians stationed at Fort Carson as we are witnessing the insertion of 5th column Russian troops on our soil. The extra-constitutional “agreements”(that means illegal agreements) were inked in Washington, D.C., at the fourth annual meeting of the illegally created U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission Working Group on Emergency Situations.”This extra-governmental organization, formed under the Obama administration, is one of almost two dozen similar “working groups” bringing together top U.S. and Russian officials. These two bodies are cooperating on everything from the drug war and agriculture to terror, science, “rule of law” (could that be code for martial law?), health, environment, energy, nuclear issues, education, culture, media, business, arms control, and more, according to the U.S. State Department. The Senate has not ratified any of the international deals, as required by the Constitution of the United States. And as such, this is an illegal agreement. However, this is not just an illegal agreement, IT CONSTITUTES TREASON AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

However, with the FEMA bilateral agreement, it is clear the floodgates are ready to burst wide open and Obama’s treachery is fully exposed. The following is in response to the trolls to who constantly write to me and say there are no Russian troops on American soil. As if the above is not enough to convince one of the growing Russian presence which coincides with the Russian military buildup at the North Pole, perhaps, you would like to feast your eyes on the following:

Conclusion

Since I wrote the first account of this preparation of the Russians to occupy this country, nearly two years ago, my fear of a Russian attack and subsequent Russian occupation has been greatly heightened.
When Russia consolidates its Arctic holdings they will surely exploit their military advantage as described in the earlier paragraphs. Again, Putin has outmaneuvered Obama an it has all been by design.
