Over the past month ISIS has been getting angrier (""God Willing, We Will Raise The Flag Of Allah In The White House" - A Deeper Look Inside ISIS") and angrier ("ISIS Issues Threat To White House; Secret Service Taking "Appropriate Steps") until today it released a video in which it warned the United States it will attack Americans "in any place" if continuing US raids hit its militants. The video, released by Reuters, which shows a photograph of an American who was beheaded during the U.S. occupation of Iraq, featured a statement which said in English "we will drown all of you in blood".

But while we get the anger of the Islamic State, be it real or staged, now that the US has allegedly retaken the Mosul dam, one wonders how a terrorist organization with over half a billion dollars in funding, a state of the art "made in the US" weapons arsenal, and glossy year-end profit & loss reports, can't afford to spend a few dollars on the production quality of its propaganda videos, especially if as the rumors suggest not one but several key "developed world" intelligence outlets are pulling the ISIS strings.

Opposition asks if Ankara turning blind eye to IS militants in Turkey

An opposition deputy has pointed at an American newspaper's interview with an “Islamic State” (IS) commander in Hatay and asked if Turkey is turning blind eye to IS militants entering the country.

In a parliamentary question to Interior Minister Efkan Ala, main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) İstanbul deputy Mahmut Tanal recalled interviews in The Washington Post with a senior IS commander in Hatay's Reyhanlı district. Tanal asked how it was possible for Washington Post writers Anthony Gaiola and Souad Mekhennet to interview senior IS commander Abu Yusaf in Turkey.

Tanal asked Ala how Yusaf had entered Turkey. “Was the commander of a dangerous organization such as the IS able to enter Turkey and was the fact that he conducted an interview [in Turkey] a security breach?”

The CHP deputy also asked if Turkey gives permission or turns a blind eye to members of the IS. “Is entering Turkey that easy? Is it within your knowledge that IS militants wander in the Reyhanlı bazaar freely?” he said.

In an Aug. 12 interview, The Washington Post claimed that Turkey had rolled out the red carpet for the IS jihadists. The newspaper wrote that Turkey has served as a “strategically vital supply route and entry point to wage their war,” for the militants, according to an IS commander.

The newspaper cited Yusaf as suggesting that the IS has Turkey to thank for its success, though its access to Iraqi weapons no longer makes it necessary to rely on the Turkish border.

“We used to have some fighters -- even high-level members of the Islamic State -- getting treated in Turkish hospitals,” he said. “And also, most of the fighters who joined us in the beginning of the war came via Turkey, and so did our equipment and supplies.”

Yusaf conceded that recent Turkish measures had made it more difficult to use Turkey as a supply route, even though the fact that he gave the interview in the Turkish border town of Reyhanlı showed that IS is still slipping through Turkish nets. “I myself had to go through smugglers to get here, but as you see, there are still ways and methods,” he said.

Update: A fabricated report was spread by the UK Guardian newspaper and BBC that
a Russian armored convoy entered Ukraine and was destroyed by the Ukrainian military. The German media including Die Welt picked up the false report and spread the hysteria. Once again we have confirmation that the Western media is corrupt and unreliable.

The deadly consequences of such a war would extend beyond Russia, Europe, and the US to the entire world. The Western use of lies to demonize Russia endangers life on earth and reveals the West to be both reckless and irresponsible. Yet, few voices are raised against this recklessness and irresponsibility.

Cordons, common in the medieval era of the Black Death, have not been seen since the border between Poland and Russia was closed in 1918 to stop typhus from spreading west.

The phrase cordon sanitaire, or sanitary barrier, appears to date from 1821, when France sent 30,000 troops into the Pyrenees to stop a lethal fever raging in Spain from crossing the border.

Plans for the new cordon were announced on Aug. 1 at an emergency meeting in Conakry, Guinea, of the Mano River Union, a regional association of Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia, the three countries hardest hit by Ebola, according to Agence France-Presse. The plan was to isolate a triangular area where the three countries meet, separated only by porous borders, and where 70 percent of the cases known at that time had been found.

Cetron, the disease center’s chief quarantine expert. “But it has a lot of potential to go poorly if it’s not done with an ethical approach. Just letting the disease burn out and considering that the price of controlling it — we don’t live in that era anymore. Goswami who denies Chinese entered territory in Ladakh, a mountainous area in northern India. "No incursion or encroachment of Indian territory by China has taken place along the India-China border,” Goswami says in statement. "There are areas along the border where India and China have differing perception” of line of actual control. “Due to both sides undertaking patrolling up to their respective.

Fifteen months ago we reported China's stealth invasion of India's Ladakh region, and now, as PTI reports, Chinese troops are reported to have entered deep into Indian territory in Burtse area in Ladakh where they had pitched their tents last year. Indian troops spotted Chinese personnel 25 to 30 km from the perceived Line of Actual Control (LAC). PLA personnel carried flags reading "this is Chinese territory, go back" in their hands and they refused to move after being confronted by India's quick response team.

As DNA India reports,

Chinese troops are reported to have entered 25 to 30 km deep into Indian territory in Burtse area in Ladakh where they had pitched their tents last year that had led to a tense three-week standoff. Official sources said on Monday a patrol of Indian troops noticed the People's Liberation Army (PLA) personnel on Sunday while moving from their base towards the higher 'New Patrol base' post in Burtse area of North Ladakh in Jammu and Kashmir. The area is at an altitude of 17,000 feet.

The sources said the troops after walking barely 1.5 km from their base spotted the Chinese personnel in Indian territory 25 to 30 km from the perceived Line of Actual Control (LAC).

Udhampur-based Army Spokesperson Col S D Goswami denied that any such incident had taken place but said there was no commonly delineated LAC between India and China which led to transgressions.

"There are areas along the border where India and China have differing perception of LAC. Due to both sides undertaking patrolling upto their respective perception of the LAC, transgressions do occur. However, no incursion or encroachment of Indian Territory by China has taken place along the India-China border," the spokesperson said in response to an email query.

He said India regularly takes up any transgression with the Chinese side through established mechanisms such as flag meetings, border personnel meetings and normal diplomatic channels like Working Mechanism on Consultation and Coordination on India-China Border Affairs. At these meetings, the issues are resolved through the provisions of various agreements between India and China, he added.

This area was in news last year due to 21-day stand off between India and Chinese troops which ended after four flag meetings between the two sides. Chinese PLA had pitched five tents in the area and claimed that it was a part of their territory.
