The Use of Food As a Weapon Against American Citizens

If Obama, does, what many of us in the media believe he is going to do, he will soon provoke a crisis, declare martial law and use food as the ultimate weapon to subjugate an unruly population. This article provides an assessment of these possibilities.

Beta Testing the Poor

It began with the EBT cards going down for a couple of hours, which prevented many of the poor from buying food. The net result was that it didn’t even take a day for civil unrest to rear its ugly head before the riots began. The Federal government received a quick answer about how long it would take for the poor to riot. I contend that this was a beta test designed to gauge future behavior when Obama uses food as a weapon for real.

Would a modern day American president, in one of the most civilized countries in the world, actually resort to barbarism and starve vast amount of Americans into submission?

Military strategists tell us that it takes one soldier for every fifty citizens to successfully occupy a country. Obama cannot probably garrison over six million soldiers in America. He cannot count on the military’s support and he knows that fact given how he is the President who has fired more military commanders than any other leader in American history. Even though his administration just completed the training of 386,000 foreign troops to garrison America (i.e. learning to speak English and conducting urban warfare drills), he will not reach that magic six million number. As an aside, can any reasonable person find a legitimate explanation as to why an American president would find it necessary to house and train almost 400,000 foreign troops at a time when this country is broke? I can’t, can you? The only thing that makes any sense is that these foreign troops are preparing for sometime of domestic occupation of the United States.

Obama’s Motivation for the Imposition of Martial Law

Let me quickly review Obama’s possible motivations for martial law. First, his administration faces the brunt of three separate monetary debts that they will default on: (1) the national deficit is $17 trillion dollars, which could be paid down in about 30-40 years if we tightened our financial belts; (2) the unfunded liabilities of such social programs as welfare, social security and Medicare to the turn of $238 trillion dollars; and, (3) the stagger derivatives debt that modern-day nation states have agreed to assume in the amount of at least $1 quadrillion dollars. Keep in mind that the sum total of wealth for the planet is only $65-75 trillion dollars. The derivatives debt, alone, for Bank of America is $80 trillion dollars which is more than the entire value of the planet. In short, these debt cannot be paid off and the interest alone will crush this country. When the United States cannot pay the interest on the debt, we will be in default and the system will come crashing down and we will not just have 50 million food stamp recipients rioting, it will be nearly all of us.

No president will ever let the debt crisis get out of control to where most Americans will take to the streets. Every administration would seek to control the situation before the crises hits and become a case of political and economic suicide. A government would see subdue its soon-to-be rioting population before its population started hanging bankers and politician from the nearest lamp post.

Obama has another motivation to subdue the American people before the full brunt of the public’s anger has a chance to coalesce. In May, Obama had five Watergate scandals surface in the mainstream media in a 10 day period. They were the Benghazi scandal, the IRS scandal of harassing Tea Party members, the spying on reporters from the AP scandal, the NSA/Ed Snowden spy scandal and the public questioning new revelations about running guns to the Mexican cartels in Fast and Furious.

Finally, it is clear that Obama has fallen into disfavor with the central banksters who have hijacked every modern government in the civilized world.  Obama is in trouble with this group because he has been unable to find ajustification to attack Syria and Iran because Iran’s selling of oil for gold threatens the kingdom of the Petrodollar. It is likely that the banksters are the ones that leaked word of Obama’s scandals to the mainstream media, otherwise, these revelations would have never seen the light of day on FOX and CNN.

Will Obama finish his second term? Or, like Nixon, will he be shown the door as he leaves the office in disgrace?

Knowing these facts, would you not preemptively move to head off these crises with a series of false flag attacks which would provide the justification for martial law. Under martial law, Obama could thwart any legitimate challenge to the viability of his presidency. Under martial law, he could preposition assets to thwart the financial and food riots that are surely coming to American when the financial debts deliver a death blow to the economy and ultimately the banking system. Obama will not make it to his second term if he does not soon act because these events could soon be spinning out of control. Remember, this scenario: False flag, martial law followed by indefinite dictatorial rule.  

One thing is for sure, if Obama does not act soon, his reign of terror over the American people will soon be over.

Taking Food Off the Table of the Poor

Much is being made of the fact that the poor are being cut $36 per month on their food stamp entitlements. Judging by past behavior of various dictators, can there be any question that President Obama is preparing to use food as a weapon against the American people and he is just beginning with one of America’s most vulnerable populations, the poor.

Fifty million Americans will be impacted by the food subsidy reductions. As we know from the EBT beta test, many will riot. Neil Cavuto, from FOX Business News, reported three days ago,that the government has spent $80 million to protect the nation’s government buildings in anticipation of food riots which could be expected to start sometime in November.

These food riots would pale in comparison to the riots that are going to take place when the economy collapses and over 300 million people are impacted, hungry and angry. The coming food stamp riots will provide the justification to have martial law in place before an economic collapse.

Once martial law is declared, history has shown that when a dictator lacks the ability to successfully garrison a country, that dictator will resort to using food as a weapon.

The lessons of history clearly demonstrate that dictatorial regimes, whether they be Socialists, Communists, and Marxists will not hesitate to use food as a weapon against their own people in order to solidify power and impose absolute autocratic control. Food can be withheld from the masses by preventing it from being grown and harvested, by contaminating it and rendering it unfit for human consumption or by simply preventing food from being distributed to a targeted population. And there is a third strategy that the government can employ when subjugating a population by withholding food and that by hording food which has a long shelf life. And this is exactly what we see, the Federal government is stockpiling survival food with a long shelf life.

The Feds Have Been Preparing for a Long Time

As far back as 2008, I can find evidence that the government was attempting to stockpile as much survival food as possible. These events prompted prominent brokers and key media members to advise the public to begin storing food as long as five years ago in anticipation of what is about ready to happen.

In 2011, FEMA issued a “Request for information” (RFI), in which they inquired about the availability for140 million emergency meal kits with a shelf life of 36 months along with blankets. Please read the following and I defy the reader to not be concerned about long-standing pattern of this government in acquiring vast amounts of food.

I have more examples of how the Federal government is attempting to acquire as much food as possible. Just recently, DHS approached several emergency food vendors and were turned down by loyal Americans who said “no”.

How Many Coincidences Does It Take to Make a Conspiracy?

Doesn’t the attempted food hording by FEMA speak to something similar to what the DHS has been involved in since last year as they acquired 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition along with 2700 armored personnel carriers. Who are the DHS preparing to subjugate? Why? Could this be the preemptive move needed to head off the fallout from the coming economic collapse?

Here is another coincidence to consider as you ponder whether the government would ever use food as a weapon.

If America were to experience food riots, wouldn’t the government need facilities to place dissidents to quell the uprisings? In the same time frame that the government was acquiring massive amounts of food, arms and ammunition for domestic use, they were also preparing to erect detention facilities and the following is the proof of this.

I previously wrote an article in response to the intention of Congress to permit the military to indefinitely detain, without due process protections, American citizens for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever. In the previous article, I referenced the leaked memo from KBR manager, Bob Siefert, which was informing subcontractors to be prepared within 72 hours of notification to provide essential services to FEMA camps such as the installation of barbwire, blockades, personnel, food, water and sanitation services. Subsequently, one of my readers, Richard Firth, bravely took the initiative to write to Siefert and asked him to explain his stated intentions in the leaked memo. Below is the exchange between Wirth and Siefert along with my analysis.

Thank you for asking about the truth concerning our search for subcontractors. First, KBR is not a subsidiary of Halliburton, and hasn’t been since April of 2007. KBR intends to respond to an upcoming Request for Proposal. FEMA is looking for companies that can set up temporary camps to house First Responders to natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, floods, etc. The services included in the KBR request for information are ones we cannot provide ourselves and will need companies who can react quickly enough to meet the FEMA goal of having a place for their responders to stay within 72 hours of a call up. The camps will be temporary in nature, and nothing is being “activated”. FEMA is trying to be proactive in preparing for timely responses if emergency responses are required. I hope this answers your question.

To summarize, KBR’s Siefert asserts that (1) the camps are temporary; (2) the camps are only being constructed for first responders who will be used in anticipated future natural disasters; and (3) the existing FEMA camps are not being activated.

Often in life, there is the stated reason for performing some action and then there is the real reason. Below are some key provisions which are part of the impetus for activating the FEMA camps which are contained in the Siefert KBR memo.

“The Continental US will be broken up into five regions as indicated in the map below. Services” will be required in each State within each region.” (Author’s note) Interestingly, the South was also broken up into five military districts during the military occupation of the South during the Reconstruction Era following the Civil War in what was to be the last military occupation in the United States.

“(Contractors will) Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses. Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment.”

Additionally, the Siefert memo disturbingly calls for the installation of fencing and wire used for large scale detention of prisoners.

“Subcontractors will mobilize, transport, erect, install and demobilize temporary fencing, barricades, and associated equipment according to federal, state and local laws, codes and manufacturer installation instructions. The Subcontractor shall be able to mobilize and deploy key personnel(s) within four (4) hours of NTP to meet with KBR Site Manager at the Responder Support Camp (RSC) site in order to finalize the site design plan and acquire site specific design requirements and layout. Number of linear footage:

“Approximately 2,300LF for a 301 person camp after 36 hours of NTP”
“Approximately 3,600LF for 1,000 person camp after 72 hours of NTP”

This sounds like a detention camp activation order to me.

When a reasonable person compares Siefert’s original memo to his response to Mr. Firth’s inquiry, the latter is clearly a poorly written and a hastily orchestrated version of damage control because his original leaked memo was never meant to see the light of day. The KBR memo called for barricades, barbwire, food, water, sanitation, guards, etc. This is the material that prisons are made of, not temporary housing for first responders as Seifert alleges. Hastily staffed FEMA camp personnel would also fit the definition of first responders in the advent of widespread civil insurrection.

Conclusion

Soon, if you want to eat, this is where you will have to go unless you prepare.

What we have seen in this article is that Obama is a wounded animal and is desperate as he is besieged by staggering debt and political scandal. The government has been acquiring massive amounts of food, ammunition, guns and has made plans to construct detention facilities which can house untold numbers of American citizens. Should we not be concerned when these events coincide with each other? Doesn’t this speak to some type of sinister master planning?

International Monetary Fund Recommends Stealing Americans' Wealth Now!

By now, most Americans realize what they have earned, built and own, no longer belongs to them. It will be taken unlawfully in the blink of any eye. Much like Washington, global parasites now want more of your income and wealth. The international elitists are coming for your stuff and many in our government---Democrat and Republican---are entertaining closed-door schemes designed to, once again, relieve Americans of their property.

On October 9, 2013, from its perch in Washington D.C., the International Monetary Fund (IMF) released a report outlining its recommendations for immediate global wealth confiscation---specifically American wealth---and new capital controls and exit regulations.

The report titled "Taxing Times," calls for the confiscation of household assets by a "capital levy" on citizens with a "positive net wealth" to reduce advanced economies debt to GDP ratios and stabilize global bond markets.

In other words, Global redistributionist's, at the IMF, recommend increasing taxes and instituting new capital controls and exit regulations for seizing Americans investment equity, IRA's and 401K's to pay down outstanding debt to pre-crisis 2007 levels. According to the IMF, this move will restore global debt sustainability, which is to say, our government will be free to run up more debt again and debt-ceiling fights in Washington will not cause future bed-wetting at the International Monetary Fund.

To be brief, the IMF, founded in 1944, was established to rebuild post WWII International monetary systems, increase international/cross border trade and establish rules for a system of payments to and from countries utilizing different currencies. Today, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) works to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability, facilitate international trade, promote high employment and sustainable economic growth, and reduce global poverty; in other words, a new world order.

The International Monetary Fund report reveals global aristocracies concerns for the potential destruction of world financial markets. Somehow, the brains at the IMF miss the epidemic and out of control government spending/waste causing unsustainable global national debts, government defaults and economic disasters. Moreover, they want the sheep, us, to bail them out again. They also recommend "enhanced international cooperation to make it harder for the very well-off to evade taxation [capital levies] by placing funds elsewhere."

The IMF is selling their plan as a tax on the well-off, not the middle class. Sound familiar? I would remind America, in the world's eyes, all Americans are not only well off, but spoiled; even America's struggling middle class.

The IMF "Taxing Times" report is another example of pompous ivory tower elitism at work. It is simply another step to the New World Order that impoverishes those who contribute to feed those dependent on global government handouts.

World powers conveniently neglect to tell the poor that total confiscation of the well-off's property will not put a dent in the debt that the US government or foreign governments have created to pay for out of control welfare, healthcare, food stamp and housing entitlement spending. Living off others has a price, and that price is eventual enslavement. The IMF is the enemy.

Most well off Americans, do not have the means or financial acumen to protect their meager wealth from "capital levy." There is no exit strategy, no hedge against government confiscation and it is coming. The world is not satisfied with America's historical benevolence. They want control over our incomes, property and lives. In addition, they mean to take it while their poor and emerging economies bankrupt America. Perhaps someone should ask John Boehner how he feels about that. From what I hear, he is a pretty well off guy. He should be concerned as well.

Global forces are moving to destroy fundamental rights in the United States. Our government is entertaining these proposals. After all, they ran out of money 17 trillion dollars ago and printing more will only make it worth less.

The International Monetary Fund has boldly made public that which Obama already knows and aspires to accomplish. At some point, governments borrowing well will run dry and Americans will be forced to surrender to the coming confiscation. This is no conspiracy theory anymore.

Iran Says It Won’t Stop Enriching Uranium to 20%

MOSCOW, October 31 (RIA Novosti) – Iran’s foreign minister said Thursday that Tehran would continue enriching uranium to 20 percent purity to power a nuclear reactor, denying a senior lawmaker’s earlier claims of a temporarily halt, Iranian news network Press TV reported.

Last week, Hossein Naqavi Hosseini, deputy head of the Iranian parliament’s security committee, said the Tehran reactor “has its required fuel at the moment, and there is no need for further production.”

Reacting to the statement, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told a press conference in Johannesburg, South Africa, that the 20 percent enrichment would continue in order to power the reactor.

The minister emphasized that the enrichment would be performed under the supervision of the United Nations nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency.

He said Tehran would push ahead with nuclear talks with world powers “with good faith” and “with determination to reach understanding and with hope to reach an understanding at an early stage.”

Iran on Thursday finished two days of expert-level talks about its nuclear program with six major world powers in the Austrian capital, Vienna. The talks began a day after negotiations between Iran and the IAEA, which both sides described as “productive.”

A diplomatic source told RIA Novosti earlier this month that Iran proposed to the so-called 5+1 powers – the five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany – that Iran would temporarily halt 20 percent enrichment in exchange for a partial lifting of economic sanctions against the country.

The next round of negotiations in Geneva is scheduled for November 7-8.

Western powers have expressed concern that Iran’s nuclear program could potentially be used to make weapons.

US official confirms Israel struck Syrian airbase

While Israel has remained tight-lipped over an alleged strike in Syria, an Obama administration official confirmed to CNN on Thursday that Israeli warplanes had in fact attacked an airbase in Latakia on Wednesday. The target was “missiles and related equipment the Israelis felt might be transferred to Hezbollah,” the report said.

Earlier Thursday, on the heels of reports that the airbase had contained advanced, Russian-made anti-aircraft missiles, Al-Arabiya reported that Israel had attacked not one, but two targets in the civil war-torn country.

Al-Arabiya’s report said two targets had been hit in Syria on Wednesday night – not just the Latakia air defense base, but a target in Damascus as well. Both targets were said to have contained shipments of Russian SA-8 anti-aircraft missiles meant for Hezbollah, which were reportedly completely destroyed.

Earlier Thursday, Al-Arabiya quoted opposition forces as saying the base held S-125 missiles.

The S-125 is especially effective against maneuverable low- to medium-altitude targets, including aircraft. The Egyptians used such missiles with some success during the War of Attrition and the 1973 Yom Kippur war, and batteries used by Iraq may have knocked down coalition aircraft in the First Gulf War.

The system has undergone improvements since then, but countermeasures have also progressed significantly.

A massive explosion was reported at the base late Wednesday night, with some reports that it was targeted by missiles fired from the sea. The Syrian news outlet Dam Press, considered loyal to the regime of Bashar Assad, reported that the site was damaged but that there had been no injuries.

Earlier on Wednesday the Lebanese government news agency reportedsix Israeli aircraft flying through Lebanese airspace along the coast north of Beirut.

The coastal strip of Syria, encompassing the cities of Tartous, Latakia and Baniyas, is part of a predominantly Alawite portion of the country which remains loyal to the Assad regime in its lengthy campaign against rebels.

Israel has been accused of striking Syrian sites in the past, including in January and May this year. Israel refused to confirm the reports that it targeted weapons transfers, possibly to the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah, which has remained loyal to Assad during the country’s bloody civil war.

Syria is reportedly in the midst of upgrading its missile defense system to the Russian-made S-300, a move Israel has lobbied against.
